After witnessing two trainers battle it out in front of him, a smile grows on Oscar's face. "Hey RR, why let them have all the fun? Let's us go and introduce ourselves?" Roadrunner chirps excitedly and follow Oscar to the two trainers, who have concluded their battle.

"Hello, you two. The name is Oscar Berg and this is Roadrunner." Oscar points to the torchic besides him and the torchic nodds as to say hello. "You two are so eager to start your journeys that you have your first battle and possibly rival. If you need a extra partner, I will be happy to do so."

The sun's rays filter though the the leafs of the forest canopy. Lea soaks up as much as she can. She wants to enjoy the warmth as long as she can. Once she has had enough, Lea goes out to collect some Oran berries for breakfast. After clearing a few bushes, she returns back to the cave that she and the other escapee,Flamuja, slept in for the night.

Upon entering the main lab area, Oscar saw what looks like a tornado had been though the place. He saw the professor addressing the other trainers. Once all the other trainers had a turn with the professor, he goes over to the professor. " Hi. I am Oscar Berg and this little guy is Roadrunner." Roadrunner chirps excitedly. The professor tells him his number and gives the key to his locker.

After getting the stuff from the locker, he finds a nearby stool and takes a look at the map while scanning the other trainers. "So RR, what do you think of our rivals? I hope they can put up a good fight"
