That's very combat orientated :P
Apart from the year it took us to do it, Episode 1 was pretty good. A bit confusing so yeah Nevis' suggestion is a good one!

On an entirely personal level I'd like a chance to play Ash and Cori a bit more in episode 2 (Neither got much attention, though Ash is mostly my fault aha) ;) That's of course purely me haha not a general thing.

What I'd like to see more is... I guess not even necessarily IC. Just all of us collaborating? So far a lot of it has been of site with titanpad, skype ect and I feel like the last few months I've had minimal contact with everyone else in this roleplay (partly due to titanpad not working on my phone, I'll admit). But yeah it'd be nice if we can all do things I guess! More player interaction! Yay!

Edit: Also that blue text is not good on grey :P :P
Don't worry about it! Just take your time, I don't mind
Ky stifled a laugh as they both re-entered the ballroom. She would have to act more lady like again, in the company of more than just Tamaki. It was the thing she disliked about gatherings among the upper class. There was so much pressure to act a certain way. She wasn't entirely used to it and it didn't really come naturally to her.

Smiling at him she also raised her hand as they took their place on the dance floor. "Hopefully this will go as well as the last time!"

Hikaru and Kaoru both took their place, which was a bit away from Mimori and Kyoya. Of course all of their fans eyes were on them, delighted at getting to see another dance where the two of them were partners.

"It is my pleasure, after all you are a guest of ours," Kyoya responded with a charismatic smile. And her interest in the twins could certainly make the club some money if he could market certain picture collections to her. "I noticed, earlier." Kyoya tended to... pay attention to guests of note. He moved slightly so he raised the hand that now held hers, and put his other around her waist. "It is good that the twins did not scare you away after what happened last week."
The instance that she had begun eating the creating Holly had felt the overwhelming urge to throw up. As she retched slightly, trying to keep down the horrible meat, she shuffled slightly away from the other girls. Whether it was because of her shyness or the strange thoughts that were beginning to crowd her mind she did not know.

The pain was horrible, and she automatically bent over as it washed through her body. Was this what dying felt like? Was what she had just eaten killing her? She didn't want to die... not here, not soon. Not in a strange place surrounded by other people.

Then it was gone. Holly felt powerful, realising that she could destroy the shades that had seemed threatening not so long ago. They couldn't do anything to her. She felt a certain glee as they ran away, though also disappointed that she hadn't been given the chance to exercise this new found strength.

Though she may get a chance to. The other girls around her, the ones she had already been afraid of, seemed to have changed to. They were like her. A threat. She took another few steps back, gaze a mix of calculating and bestial as she looked at the others. Could she take them if they attacked? She had an urge to attack first... To get the upper hand. But she would wait.
Ky laughed slightly as she took the offered arm. "I guess that that's acceptable," she glanced over at him. "Not everyone can be perfect and decisive, can they?" She was teasing him slightly. Though she tried not to make it obvious she was looking forward to this dance with him. She had enjoyed the last one with him after all.

"It was no problem," Hikaru responded with a shrug, glancing over to Kaoru. He'd gone over to ask because it seemed like Kaoru would be happier if Mimori was dancing with someone. Though Kaoru himself didn't seem to recognise that... And also Hikaru had been worried that Kaoru may not want to dance with him. "We better go onto the dance floor, Kaoru, the final dance is about to start."

Kaoru nodded, turning to smile at Mimori. "Have fun!"

"It would be best if we followed them," Kyoya spoke to Mimori, offering her his arm to lead her onto the dance floor.

(I'll take Kyoya it makes more sense xD Though I may be bad at it)
Cause I've got exams at the moment i probably won't respond until the weekend, or after next Monday when I'm done. Sorry!

Shades in the Walls - Continued

β€œT'as pas de couilles, (You don't have balls)” a burly, bald headed leader shouted as he emerged through the collapsed ceiling wreckage, β€œApprendre Γ  se battre et se dΓ©veloppe quelques balles vous Sarifen porcs! (Learn how to fight and grow some balls you Sarifen pigs!)" The man quickly unholstered two pistols, stepped into an fissured opening within the Chateau walls, and aimlessly emptied his firearms into the distant Sarifen lines before bellowing a string of venemous curses and barbed insults. The man's spirited taunts did little more than earn several precise arrow vollies into his gut and in a little under a minute, the last leader of Le roturiers de la rue mob resistance circle resembled nothing more than a bloody, writhing pile of dying meat. Several other Valanians emerged from the wreckage and slowly began to seize the situation before stumbling their way through the ruined chambers.

Moments later, the shaded wisp filled staircase chamber pulsated ever more intensely, following a disheveled figure that aimlessly crawled through the wreckage. The ceilings had collapsed only moments after the other Ivalians had invoked Topheth Councillor Gisgo had awakened and managed to creep through motionless corpses that once resembled accompanying elements of Ivalian society. Her gutteral cries and wails for forgiveness fell on deaf ears given how thoroughly Barekbaal and the surrounding Ivalians had fulfilled Topheth. Outside of the shade strewn chambers, the inferno raged ever so viciously and after several meters of pitiful wriggling, her sights laid upon a girl she'd trained and once considered her own.

β€œDaedhel!” she tearfully winced as she grovelled across the ash strew floor. A glance towards the others and their descent into the cellars spurred the Councillor to her knees. β€œIt's come to this, hasn't it? Our children are dead and have forced my return to Media to persuade our colonies to seek other markets. I cannot stay here and would ask your allegiance in this matter. The Council must know of the volatile nature of our business with Sarife ...”

The disappearance of Lucius, into the cellars from what Dae could see, forced her decision. Her gaze offered no sympathy as she glanced over at Councillor Gisgo. The corpses of the Ivalians only added to the increasing numbers of the dead. It was not something that bothered her, nor had it been something that had bothered her for a long time. Death happened. If she took too long to think on it she was sure that she would soon find herself among their number. That was something that she would rather avoid.

However considering the pitiful state that Councillor Gisgo was in Dae was unsure how far she would get helping her. "I will help you, however I have no interest in going to Media myself," as Dae spoke, relatively quietly, she bent down to offer the Councillor help to stand. She had no plans to return to working for the Ivalians. She had more personal things to pursue. "I am assuming you cannot walk by yourself? How much protection with these creatures," she glanced at the wisp, unsure what to call it or what to think of it, "...Offer? For we do not have much time to get out of here."

β€œI realize you haven't lived long enough to understand the customs amongst our peoples, Daedhel, but ... our children are not creatures. They are the spirits that inhabited my people before they ...” the Councillor paused and covered her mouth, swallowing heavily as tears once again streamed down her face, β€œ...gave their lives for me.”

In respectable gesture, the prominent Ivalian glanced back towards the circles of motionless corpses and offered a prayer. When she'd finished, the lady laboriously crawled forwards and teetered heavily, but somehow managed to stand. It was known amongst the Council of Four Hundred and Four that they should show compassion for the fallen, but to remain strong for Ivalis. As such, Councillor Sofonobisbal never looked back and just as quickly, wiped away her tears to the cold and calculating expression most other Councillors were expected to wear.

β€œTheir spirits will soon dissipate,” she voiced upon glancing towards the pulsating shades. The clouded had begun to fade and provoke a brief shudder from the Councillor's lips. Her forehead lathered with sweat and she soon found herself leaning heavily upon the Valanian killer's support, β€œLead on and if Mother Athirat permits ... we will discuss mutual interests later ...”

Dae merely nodded at the explanation. She did not give much thought to it, nor did she try to understand exactly what was going on with these spirits. There were more important things to think about such as how they were going to get out. The route that Lucius had taken seemed like it was probably their best bet. A fire raged around them and she didn't fancy trying to go through it.

"Then we must hurry, otherwise their sacrifices will have been in vain," Dae spoke with a frown. Though it was going to be difficult to move quickly with the state that the Councillor was in. And it wouldn't be easy for her to defend them if needed.

Without saying much more she proceeded to move forward, quickly finding the passage of sorts that Lucius and the others had taken. It didn't seem like it had collapsed yet and it was the least risky way out. Silently she entered it and began to move as fast as the Councillor seemed able. She could only hope that she could find some kind of safe place afterwards. She needed rest herself, considering the injuries she had sustained not too long ago, and the Councillor was not in a state to go far.
Ky couldn't help but roll her eyes when he spoke about being special. He really was an idiot, and a self centered one at that. She didn't think she'd ever met anyone so full of themselves. Then again there was a lot of things about him that seemed quite good. Ignoring the fact that he was an idiot, of course.

"Oh," Ky looked somewhat shocked, also trying to refrain from laughing as he dropped to one knee. It was almost as if he was proposing... It was really rather dramatic. "I guess that I will, yes," she responded quietly, biting her lip. "Though... You really need to make up your mind as to whether you are special or undesirable. And I certainly don't think you can call yourself humble!"

"I'll go check if Kyoya is free," Hikaru offered, something that Kaoru hadn't exactly expected. The slightly older twin headed quickly over to Kyoya.

"Just try not to get dragged in by Kyoya's marketing ploys," Kaoru laughed as Hikaru began to head back over with Kyoya in tow. "He'll try to sell you anything."

(that does make sense!)
Ky laughed at Tamaki's somewhat odd eyebrow waggling. She wasn't really sure exactly what that was meant to mean. It was funny to see, however. "So everyone only remembers the last one, yet somehow you remember them all? Is that not a bit contradictory?" Ky raised an eyebrow as she turned to look at him, though she couldn't help but smile. He was being overdramatic, but it was something about him that she had grown to like in the short period of time she had been properly talking to him. All the other people she was close to were very down to earth. It was a change.

"And who is this lucky lady, then?" Ky folded her arms, tilting her head to look up at him. Part of her hoped he meant her. but that couldn't be true - he had had his first dance with her anyway. It wouldn't be far for them to dance the last one together too.

~~~
Hikaru didn't notice that Mimori had been put off by his words - nor had he really meant for them to come across as harsh. He was quite socially inept, after all. Though he could hurt others if he really tried... He just wasn't going to hurt a girl that Kaoru seemed to want to be friendly with. Even if he was feeling slightly jealous about it.
"Hmm," Kaoru looked thoughtful at her question. "Well Tamaki will undoubtedly have a line of ladies waiting. I doubt you'd want to dance with Kyoya. Mori or Honey might be free, though! We'd have to find them... And I'm not sure it would be much of a dance with Honey." He laughed slightly. Honey was so short, after all. "But it is up to you, of course." He looked slightly apologetic about the fact that he couldn't dance with her.
