"Pay no attention to the writing on the wall. The words seem empty 'cause there's nothing there at all." The smooth sounds of the Alan Parsons Project filled Emily's ears as she walked down the street. She walked at a relaxed pace but with purpose, eager to chat with her new friends from the Project, as she generally called it. As she listened to the album she had heard so many times before, she considered how the others had reacted to their pills' effects. After she had taken her own maroon pill, there had been no discomfort. All that she had felt was surprise that suddenly she understood more than she had before. Of course, when she discovered the other side effect it was a little different. It's hard to remain calm when you think about wanting food and your TV turns on that instant and flips to the Food Network. Unfortunately for Emily, all of these thoughts occurred very quickly and no noticeable amount of time had passed. No matter, though; the cafe was just around the corner. Reaching the entrance just as "Children of the Moon" concluded, she paused the album from her phone, put her headphones around her neck and entered the Fresh Pot in a way 100% opposite from the Irishman's moments earlier. Opening the door and walking in, she beheld the four that were already there. "Hey!" she said to everybody/nobody in particular, and sat down at the table with Penelope and Orion after giving a glancing smile to Ferghus on the couch. "I see nobody's died yet," she remarked jokingly.

We already have someone that put in Plasma Manipulation, I just have yet to put it on the list and I think Vector Manipulation is similar to the Portal Manipulation thing unless it's different. But Light manipulation is new, me thinks.

Vector Manipulation is more similar to Telekinesis than Dimension Manipulation (portals). You can basically modify any object's trajectory. (Ninja'd.) And with that, I'm off to go play Latin jazz. See y'all tonight!

Name: Emily Clarke Age: 22 Gender: Female Personality: Emily goes through life at a relaxed pace, even when everyone around her is in a rush. She leaves no page unturned and no decision unplanned, quietly confident in herself and those around her. She is very logical and doesn't bring attention to herself, yet she enjoys the finer things in life and is thus commonly seen wearing...well, things like in her picture. She practices tai chi and is known to meditate on occasion. All this doesn't mean she has no sense of humor, however; she's always searching for a song to sing and a laugh to share. Background: Emily had an idyllic upbringing, raised in the suburbs by an upper middle class family. She quickly decided to refuse financial assistance from anyone (especially her parents), viewing "old money" as undeserved. When old enough to work, she started from scratch, working anywhere that would hire her. A string of jobs including receptionist jobs, a long stint at Chipotle and the occasional modeling gig eventually earned her enough money to afford higher education, and she enrolled in college as soon as she could. Studying to become an architect, she now works a part-time job as a receptionist for the university. Although she has a steady flow of income, the lucrative nature of Project Olympia combined with her scientific "why not?" conclusion drew her to the experiment. Chosen Pill Color: Maroon Other: Emily can often be found with headphones on her ears. She usually serenades herself to the sweet sounds of the Alan Parsons Project, and enjoys singing despite never taking any lessons or being in choir.

Yay :D -blushes- Also, Emily has an apartment. It's unlikely she'd move out to move into a lab where she doesn't have to pay to live there. I was thinking off-campus, but there could be an apartment complex next to the lab perhaps. After all, I'm typing this from my ON-campus apartment.
