I dunno, I've yet to see Ozpin do anything that counts as 'incredibly genre savvy'. I mean, we could draw attention that not only did they let the terrorist in (which I can excuse), and the guy who faked his transcripts (less excusable, they should have had experience with that sort of thing), they also let Cinder, Emerald, and Mercury into the school, in spite of Goodwitch knowing about Cinder, with the three villains even having to adopt a disguise beyond some other schools uniform. Not seeing the genre savvy here.

So, in case I missed any details about the restaurant district, especially the place where some characters just entered, this place has civilians and stuff here too, yes? Also, I may have entered the same restaurant that Saber and the others have just entered. Which will certainly end up badly for one party.

I will say I think Uiharu's more suited for a support role then upping her power and putting her into direct combat as a high-power character. I'll judge the bio fairly if it comes up but as of now that's my opinion. That being said, I really like Uiharu and think there's a place for the canon version of her in this RP. ... Though she would need a Saten to embarrass her.

While she could theoretically do that, absolute zero is a bit extreme if you're simply trying to kill someone, y'know?

Absolute zero is the temperature Hydrogen freezes solid at. While it's theoretically possible to reach, it's logically impossible to reach without bringing the entire rest of the universe to absolute zero, considering the nature of thermodynamics.

Uiharu's esper ability is temperature manipulation. At a Level 1, it allows her to maintain a fixed temperature of anything she touches. Ramp it up to it's high end effect, and you're effectively looking at flipping off nature and thermodynamics to do whatever the hell you want in regards to heat. So I could see her being able to lower something to absolute zero without freezing the universe, though admittedly not without quite a bit of effort.

Advice on how to better describe a character like Nono other than 'the pale white woman with pink hair', or Saber as 'The pale white woman with purple hair'? I can't use their names since Lucas has never met any of them, and unless the characters keep only those clothes on at all times, which is unhygienic, I can't use said clothes to describe them.

Nono is an android (Okay, okay, gynoid. Whatever), which is fairly obvious in and of itself if he happened to see her fight. So you could use that. Alternatively, the happy girl that keeps calling Saber her older sister.
