I have a feeling that I'm going to enjoy Elise's reaction when Miyako copies her teleporting trick.
Miyako nodded as the Contractor affirmed what she had said. Not, perhaps, in a direct method, but it would good enough to serve her point. She was the best, no two ways about it. And everyone here would find that out soon enough. She couldn't let herself be left behind in this struggle, as it were.

Of course, it seemed that not everyone approved, and she met Elise's gaze as the girl pointed at her, insulting her in the process. "I said it cause it's true," she replied, calmly, not rising to the bait of mutual antagonism. She knew she was for a fact, and didn't feel the need to vigorously defend her title. Not yet anyway.

A nod was given as Akame announced that they would go for the origin point, and offered training them at the same time. A nice gesture, but one that the green clad girl ultimately thought was unneeded. Which was why she was so relaxed with this all as she ate another cookie.

She shrugged then as Emiri addressed her once more. "Thanks, but like I said I'm not new at this. Just because I only recently moved here doesn't mean I'm a novice. I know what I'm doing." Perhaps she wasn't yet up to the skill level of these three, but it wasn't as if she was some rookie, at least from her point of view.

Still, she reached out to shake the girl's hand. "Sure," she added. Might as well go and see what the members of this group could do, if there was anything interesting they had skill wise. It'd be important for her own particular ability, when they found out about it.

Prepared to follow, she came to a rest as other girls came through the barrier. "Hello," she said with a wave. No one else was acting with hostility yet, so she wouldn't prepare to fight immediately. At least, not until she knew why they were here or something

Cinder Fall, Museum

Cinder grunted as she watched her arrows have little effect on the thing that had attacked her. Well, that was a problem. It seemed that she would have to get serious if she was going to make them pay for attacking her like this.

...Or perhaps not, as she watched the traitors beat a hasty retreat, at last realizing how outgunned they were. She would have felt satisfied if it weren't for the fact that they had stolen the throne that she had come here for. Most likely without good intentions for it in mind. It was enough to get her blood heated in annoyance.

Still, she supposed she should help Kiba before the idiot got himself killed, though taking a few seconds to heal some more couldn't hurt. Those plasma burns were a nuisance at best, even with a healing ability augmented by Dust and Aura.

She'd gotten back on her feet before she noticed the interloper, and just as the sound of a gunshot rang out. Her bow split back to swords as she slashed horizontally, aiming to knock the ribbon off course with the impact whilst flipping over it at the same time in moves that sent jagged spikes of pain through her muscles in protest. A dodge was a dodge though, and she came up as she slowly advanced towards the Faunus with swords held almost casually now.

"Well well, what have we here," she mused to herself with a smirk, which was not helped by the still healing plasma burns. "Blake Belladonna." Not her version given her current garb, but it was possible that she was going easy on her. Which was a mistake, but one could always fault heroes for stupidity.

At the same time, she snapped her fingers, the trio of Beowolves returning to her side to face down Blake, snarling and eager to kill. This was going to be an interesting fight, that much she could tell.
Seated, Miyako glanced over at the other girl who apparently wasn't part of this team, unaware that she had started some sort of eating contest. She was hungry, she ate, that was all there was to it. And her eating fell off as the meeting finally began, giving some understanding at last.

"Well, that's interesting," she said as Akame explained that they were here to take out a breeding ground for the Primordials. It would be a serious blow, to say the least, and she could understand why they would want extra numbers for it. It had to be risky as hell, to boot.

Then two of them spoke up, suggesting that they use it as a training ground, a farm if you would. While that made sense from a utilitarian standpoint, and in terms of possible future magical girls, it earned quick resistance from Emiri at the same time, which wasn't all that surprising.

The green clad girl let her finish before speaking up in turn. "I'm gonna agree with her," she added, gesturing towards Emiri. "Better we get rid of the thing now, before we get swamped in Primordials. They come back all the time, but we can't exactly pull other magical girls out of a hat, can we?"

that earned a pause as Miyako glanced about before smiling, realizing that she still needed to introduce herself. "Oh, and I'm Miyako Komatsu, best magical girl in the world, and that's a fact. Isn't that right, Contractor?" She didn't exactly need him to back her up, but it would boost her credibility, as she waited for the inevitable reaction.
I'm sorry sir, but we shall only worship the divine Word of our lord and saviour, Homucifer in this RP.

There is no god but magical girls.

Don't worry, I got it.

Post up soon.
Nother bump with a slight update I suppose.
Miyako followed along behind Emiri as the rain poured down, making things annoying. At least, it was annoying for her as she wondered where they were going and how long this was going to take. Every moment that she spent here with this girl was another moment that she could have been fighting primordials and protecting people. With that in mind, she seriously hoped that this was worth it, or else she would not be a happy camper, even if relations with the people already here wouldn't be a bad thing. It was just how she operated.

At last they arrived at some high school, Miyako wearing her magical girl garb for the moment while her guide had changed back to her school clothes. The place was pretty much abandoned, which was what Miyako had expected, and she looked about as she walked on, ready for some sort of ambush. She doubted it was a trap, but she could see why they might try one on her. She was a trespasser after all.

At last they arrived, and she noted the barrier that raised behind them. At the same time, she could see several other girls already present, other magical girls as was not too hard to surmise. Well then, seemed this city was busier than she thought. This was either going to be interesting, or a real pain. And the only way to tell would be for them to begin.

"Hello," Miyako said with a wave as she sent her weapon away and took a seat in one of the chairs. She picked up a cookie and began to eat it, thoroughly chewing every bite as she watched them all, waiting for this show to get on the road and for the opportunity to introduce herself. These girls had to know what they were getting into, at the end of the day.
Waiting on Laughing and Minder before I post as Cinder again. Though that's more just personal preference than anything
Haven't heard anything from Storm, unfortunately I blame myself for taking so long between posts. I dunno if they've dropped or not, but either way, I'm still kicking around. If I don't hear anything before somebody concludes their business, I'll poof Chloe somewhere relevant. I can RP with myself for a bit, I don't mind, but I don't want to just assume somebody dropped because it's been a while between their posts. That'd be sort of hypocritical of me. So I'll leave Chloe where she is for the moment, just letting everybody know I am still around even though I haven't posted.

That's fair enough I suppose. Hopefully @SevenStormStyle will pop in for a head up or something in case they have dropped or not. Either way, if you feel comfortable waiting then I won't stop you.

I hope my description of Eponine's attack makes sense.

Yeah, don't worry about it.
