So wait, are you saying just write out the conclusion without waiting for Players?

Well, you want to end it right? Have the players finish their scenes if you want, and then a final post to wrap it up where the Jester narrates the ultimate end of the conflict between the PC's and the Imperator, and the aftermath. And there you have your good end.
@Flamelord

Are you trying to be passive aggressive again? The "Bad Ending" is just a label for the premature end of the RP. We've already said we're ending this for GM reasons and not because of Player actions. Don't imply things that aren't there.

That being said, what suggestions do you have?

No, I am merely remarking that calling it a 'Bad End' is a misleading label that inaccurately portrays the motivations behind it, especially for those of us who do not have significant knowledge of visual novels to know that that is the term you would use for any ending before the main ending.

As for my suggestion, to make a Good End feasible is fairly simple. You just have a shift in PoV and write it from the perspective of the Jester. Even if he was to be the main antagonist, we both know that you would never kill him off for realzies. Combined with his unique status as a figure erring towards the Deadpool/Neptune side of meta awareness, and it would be comparatively easy to write out the happening and end of the final battle, and what happened to the Imperium afterwards while keeping the details fairly vague.

Sure, not perfect, but it is an idea
While I am saddened by the implication that the GMs do not believe that the group performance in the RP has been good enough to warrant the production of a 'Good Ending', I'm also not surprised since doing so would require notably more time and effort in a story that they want over with minimal fuss (Though I can think of a relatively easy way to do it, if you're open to suggestions).

Regardless of that, it is also sad to see this go. It's been fun.
We Ace Combat now
I'd like to apologize for me being totally dead here, @Flamelord knows what caused it. I'll get the ball rolling once the battles settle down completely and we hit down time.

Fitzwalter remembers ;)
You make it sound like post numbers in the OOC section matters :V

Can't you just simply take control of him then? If this Lonewolf is going to be gone, we can't just leave such a major character in limbo like that. Was Ira supposed to be the ACTUAL new ruler of Hell in the first place? Like this was planned from the get go? (Again, Im still kinda new to this so you know... Im on shaky grounds with everything here)

Me, no, cause I'm the GM. But from my understanding Ira was indeed supposed to be the new ruler of Hell. Not that this makes what you did out of character in any way though, because the Demons are a bunch of powerhungry individuals who will stab each other in the back for their own gain at the drop of a hat. Comes with the territory from my understanding. So leadership changes are always going to be contested.

Wait... wait wait...

You mean to tell me that this has been a thing, Rufus perishing, and I wasn't aware or told of this?

I think I've been left out on some sort of memo. What the hell did I miss or overlook?

Rufus didn't die, he vanished because Lonewolf went on a 'hiatus', which will likely be permanent.
<Snipped quote by Mega Birb>

I think it might be a draw if anything. Would make sense once Rufus arrives to settle everyone the fuck down.

Rufus isn't coming back, so I wouldn't hold your breath on that
<Snipped quote by Flamelord>

Darn. Well, if you insist, better luck elsewhere. As Green said, it's not all about winning, even if competition is a primary element, but I can totally get being turned off by the premise.

Eh, I'm fine with not winning when it comes down to it. I was just having a hard time thinking of a way to even be competitive. The RP wouldn't be much fun if I got curbstomped in the first serious match, you know?

Thanks anyways, and I wish you good luck.
