Well I was trying to keep most of my genuine criticisms for after the battle ended, but fortunately for me it seems like I don't have to do so now. I genuinely believe that Eos is actively trying to not win this fight, but if we have reached a point where every time I poke up to make a criticism it is either seen as sarcasm that doesn't matter or a passive-aggressive attempt to self destruct an RP I don't care about (which is untrue) then clearly our relationship has degraded to the point where things ar untenable.

As a result I will save you the trouble of having to ban me again and voluntarily withdraw from this RP. Have fun the rest of you, and I'll make sure not to join another of your games until I've run a successful RP of my own.
Alicia Hayden

Though she had been participating in the fight, Alicia had not been expecting the explosive conclusion to the fight that had taken place. She had been thrown off her rooftop perch by the force of the blast as well as the earlier attack launched her way, and she only regained it to find that Helga was gone and Lily standing there with some kind of transformation in effect. Which was unnerving all on its own, if she were to be honest.

Quickly she strung Star Seraph again, but she made no move to attack. Suwako would do better with restraining her should that need to be an option. She instead trained her bow on the duo, if only to serve as a deterrent and nothing else. Things had rapidly developed, and she wasn't even sure if the two they had been fighting would stick around or not. But she knew that they had a lot to deal with.

"Beckoner," she called out, summoning her liaison from the Beacon to look at the situation. "Should we treat her as an ally? She doesn't seem to be a monster...." It seemed better to be safe than sorry, especially in a complicated situation like this.

So if it's just purple prose then....how are you nuking almost the entire outside of the city sized factory without destroying the factory too? It clearly doesn't have a protective shield after all
I still think description would have been nice for the factory. For all we knew the entire thing could have been a Manhattan sized building buried underground. But I guess it's a bit late now, so it's more something to keep in mind for future battles. We can't react appropriately if we lack important information. And considering your general opinion of us I'm surprised you don't just default to pointing out the blatantly obvious off the bat.
You know, 'factory is the size of Manhattan' is one of those things that really should be mentioned in the description of the battlefield, as opposed to leaving the players to assume how big the factory is.
Also RIP MichaHelga. Too pure for this world
Considering Eos hasn't been acting like a commander beyond vague 'do this thing' directives to specific individuals, I'm not surprised that the Machina are winging other at the moment.

EDIT: Like, going back the only person to disobey a command from Eos is Lillian. And this is because she is the only one to actually get a direct command from Eos. The only other applicable thing that happened in the entire battle was when Eos told her people at the beginning to essentially kill people and defend the factory. And since the factory was basically indefensible from the get go, they're doing their best anyways. So claiming that the Machina fail because they're incapable of listening to directions that haven't been provided is incredibly misleading
@Flamelord
That's amazingly sadistic.

I prefer the term practical. What's the point in taking a prisoner if they're just going to kill themselves to escape?
Well I can't do anything there now, but once Cloud does manage to capture someone Lillian can help make sure they don't escape by offing themselves :V
Hm, this seems interesting. I'd be on board to give it a go.
