But thats also assuming we'll ever have player to player combat. Its very out of character for Light to fight friends without a very very good reason.

We've all seen stuff like this, and it always turns into a giant fight, so let's just drop it and say that while Light can't beat Fenrir, if she were to get in a fight with him, she'd not die. Because I don't really see any of Light's attacks doing much to Fenrir.
