Never said you had to remove the rockets, but I'm stating now that the supply for every given instance before returning to base is finite. Unless a good reason is given, I don't want them being rearmed outta nowhere because of reasons I wasn't made aware of earlier.

Okay.

Still didn't answer my question about the frame of reference in regards to that drill hand.
Edit: Damn you ninjaing me before I ninja back.
I meant to say pierce there. One letter makes all the difference.

And by rockets I don't beat flight rocket; I mean the projectile kind. Those were mentioned in there.
The problem with the eye is that it's very vague, and I don't like it when things are too vague.
Hellsalem's Lot- The Transient Tranquil Park

Satori's thoughts inadvertently drifted to an image of that tengu journalist, who, in all honesty, she would have preferred to forget, at the mention of a newspaper. The relation she drew was a mostly irrelevant one, but it didn't help that she was an accomplice to those two who broke into her mansion in the first place.

"...A newspaper should be fine, I'd think..." she stated, nodding her head before hearing the little girl's suggestion of killing someone to take it. That was... That was a bit too extreme, wasn't it? In what world did getting a newspaper necessitate killing someone?

"I also cannot approve of that course of action. No action is worth taking a life like swatting an insect."

As the group continued discussing a course of action, though, a tall man walked by the group, holding a cellphone to his ear with his shoulder as he walked over to a nearby bench, newspaper in hand.

"Yes. Okay. No, I don't know where he's gone. Chain's lost his trail, too?"
The conversation he was having, it seemed, wasn't exactly one he was pleased to be a part of.
Ah, alright. Well, if that's the case, I'll push the scene along.

Edit: Blah, that was short. There's not much to be said, but it'll do for now.
Erm...
Well...
A few things stand out that are a bit... Iffy.

First off: Berserk mode and friendly fire. Seems like a risk factor that would've been taken into account before the events that you see in the prologue here, so I'd find it unlikely that she'd be picked if there was even a remote chance that things could be even more FUBAR after she's brought in.

Second: Ability to demolish a good chunk of a city single-handedly as collateral. That is... An issue. A big issue. Especially coupled with the first problem.

Next: Arsenal. "Piece flesh" is a pretty bad frame of reference when we're looking at thing many, MANY times more durable than that.
Also, carrying rockets is kinda... Suboptimal, don'tcha think? At least, not without a suitable hammerspace bag or pack mule to drag along... Which, you know, can be a pretty big liability.
There's also that eye, because you have to factor the existence of magic in many worlds into the equation. In a perfectly science-driven (aka 'normal') world, that's okay. But... Yeah.
Yeah, that does seem to be a trend, doesn't it? Guess that shows the kinda audience that polls well in these situations.

Good luck with that.
Then the problem becomes explaining how it all occurred to put him at that level in the first place, and doing so logically... Would it not?
Hrm... Okay.

Ah... Well, you see, the thing with Genos is that he's still got his extreme mobility and physical strength in comparison, which remains a problem in the long haul. So.
Ah. Well. Hrm. That's... A weird way of phrasing a post, but okay. Threw me off because it said 'grabbed hold' (which indicated a confirmed action) and then what you said. Mixed messages are... Bad.

Edit: Blah, ninja'd.
I was expecting the ability to transform because I swear that half the cast can transform anyhow, and so it's just anticipation at this point. =3=;;
With the things you're proposing, I'm not seeing any problems in particular...
Actually, I need the strength of the plasma. That's important.

Define 'limit.'
@Jake: Yo, Guts can go kill some different stuff now; the scene's changed a bit, so there's stuff to react to.

@Lmpkio: Okay, lemme just... Stop you right there a moment and evaluate what you're proposing.

A kaiju gijinka is just... Asking for trouble, imho, ESPECIALLY one of something like Godzilla. I'm not allowing anything that has a semblance of nuclear radiation in, because that will SERIOUSLY not end well. I mean... I'd shoot down any suggestion for, say, Utsuho down, for example, because NUCLEAR RADIATION NEVER ENDS WELL. Also, I'm not fond of giant monster battles because of the fact that, unless they're primed correctly, they tend to marginalize characters. That's not good. Pseudo-invulnerability's also really iffy, imo; if the character is able to regen faster than the enemy can damage them, then it's basically an instawin... Which means that all enemies they fight are either mooks or have to pass that damage threshold. And I don't really like spiking difficulty because of one character.

I have zero clue who/what 'Kawrou' is, so... I'll inquire there.

Cloud... No problems with him, at least. I think.

I don't wanna allow Saitama in any form, nerfed or not, because then his identity disappears if you remove the 'one-punch' aspect of it all. No, really; I want characters to be able to retain their core identity without making them too weak, or else they're not themselves anymore and it becomes kinda disappointing.

Genos... Well, the weird thing about OPM is that Genos is used to frame characters as powerful, so the anticlimax of Saitama doing his thing is driven home. He's obviously damn strong otherwise, though; given what we can see out of the manga and the anime, he's got stupid amounts of firepower, strength, and speed that could possibly trivialize a lot of stuff. This one's a tossup, honestly; it depends on what he has the capability to do at the end of the day. Genos straight out of the series, though? Given the current strength threshold of the characters, I'm gonna have to shoot that down right now.
