Not quite. Change is the essence of Harmonic Chaos. Change is chaos in order, since change--well--changes what was the order of things to something new, something different. With it I can make things happen that wouldn't have happened otherwise--I can affect the factors around me so that the chain reactions that affect everything are changed to aid us. I can spread change, too.
