I don't necessarily agree.
Attempted murder is not actually taking a life. Aggression towards people is not a crime that warrants any punishment. Scheming is the most severe crime of them all, given the specifics, but even that does bot warrant death. I say 2000 years of incarceration, then 10,000 years of parole afterwards.
