It's...free. There really isn't a lot that hold you down there. There are laws and such, but you definitely don't feel confined or held back and everyone is pretty accepting!

Tech isn't something that is huge where I am from and in Mecros, so it's pretty cool to be able to do some things. No magic with this too!
