Bio

Well hello.

I guess I should introduce myself, huh.

I'm Gardevoiran, just some schmuck going to college and working towards getting a degree in Fine Arts.

I do commissions and what-not, and you can ask me to do a commission for you through my Discord (Gardevoiran #1429) or up here through RPGuild PMs, and I receive donations and payment through my Ko-fi page. Clicking the box right below here will take you to it.

I'm a nerd. I play Pokemon religiously, I dabble in some anime, I write up here, and I love watching incredibly awful movies and just making fun of them. Specifically things like "Leo the Lion" and what not.

I don't have much else to say, so I guess I can leave you guys with a really bad joke.

"What do you call a cow with two legs?"
"Lean beef."

The fire ball disappeared into a golden mist at the wave of the figure's hand. He stands up from the table, only to reveal the table had never been there at all. There was no table in this place, nor were there matching chairs. Odd.

"Calm yourself. It is not your time... yet," the figure crows, walking towards you with a book floating beside him. You see the side of the book read "Demonic Scythe", so you can only guess it's a spell tome, made for casting spells to no end, however, it seems like it's only beside this figure in case you attempt to assault him. "You are one of only three people to ever arrive here to speak with me, and as such, I congratulate you. Most go crazy when they so much as hold the tome which your physical hands touch."
You lift the tome up, only to find that it's not in your hands anymore.

You also notice that you aren't exactly in the same room as before. You're not even in a room, it's more or less an empty desert.

What you can see though, is a cloaked figure sitting at the end of a table, hands made from bone extending out just barely beyond the cloak's reach. The figure's fingers tap each of the opposite pair as a raspy voice echoes into your ear. "Ah. Tobias Skinner. You had been in my cards for quite some time." The voice is more masculine, so you assume that it's a male speaking. "Do you know who I am?"
"Welp. I ain't got shit to do," Tibulus said in a country accent as the ship autopiloted itself to the coordinates. He needed a small break between pilot jobs. Autopilot was good for that, if nothing else. The funganoid pulled his cigar away from his mouth as he went through what he could, pulling out the robotics kit yet again as he tried to create something more or less incredibly situational but incredibly helpful. Eh, it was something to do to pass the time when nothing particularly... incredible was going on.
@Crossfire
I'm good with this. I'll likely have a post up soon.

As for the future of Tibulus, I realized a bit ago that being a pilot in a setting sort-of sucks because I'm mainly typing the same shit over and over. Am I mad and gonna leave? Hell no! Y'all need a pilot and I like this setting. So he's staying, and I'm staying too.

I just haven't posted recently. I can do that soon, though, no worries.

Edited post accordingly. Ping!
The next room, seemingly just a well-gardened hallway, has an open door on the other end of it, leading into a larger room beyond. The ground is well covered with flora and other sorts of foliage, somehow growing despite the lack of any sunlight. It's a bit worrisome, but you dont fret as you move on into the next room ahead. This was just a hallway after all.

The next room, what you can only assume to be a final room, holds the tome you were hired to obtain on a pedestal lying before what seems to be an old dusty carcass, sitting on a throne, a rather characteristic blade resting on the lap of the skeleton ahead of you. He's clearly dead, but you can feel some kind of special energy flowing from something in the room. Something restless and powerful, from what you can assume. Common writing is engraved on the throne before you and your ragtag group.

BLESSETH, YE WHO COME IN SEARCH OF POWER

FROM THIS LAP THY DO NOT GLOWER

THINE TOME WHICH LIE TITHER

OBTAIN SAID KNOWLEDGE TO MAKE OTHERS WITHER

Gobbo clearly looks distressed as he runs to the corner and begins to knock on the only door in the room, a large wooden door clearly meant to hold something beyond it. Maybe it is of interest to you after you inspect this tome?
Upon feeling the metal spike pierce your skin, the gate opens as your blood trickles down the spike and into a basin. That was the right way.

Gobbo lifts up the book and hands it to you in a gleeful manner as Hikado walks into the room, his freakishly large arm using a large claw to cut some of his barky skin, allowing for some magical sap to trickle out. At least, it looks magical in some way. You may just be high right now for no reason.

"The sap heals wounds! You'll be okay!"

(OOC - You could've totally used your metal arm and not had blood trickle down the spike.)
Which hand did Toby press the button with? Very important question.
Anomaly

Xoxi's face stayed stoic as she watched Emblem crumble to pieces in front of her at the hands of Dian. She was doing a good job at hiding her actual emotions and feelings, which all accumulated into her wanting to spew chunks literally everywhere in front of her.

Nevertheless, her wispy ghost hands materialized once again as she stood near the two fighters, but still at a fair distance. Her hands flew out of sight and returned to where Dian's legs (or in this case, leg) stood, calmly waiting there to act on an opportunity to just pull the super to the ground if she tried to get up, maybe give someone else some opportunity to strike.

Speaking of opportunities to strike, a gunshot rang through the area, causing Xoxi to wince at the sudden noise and give a half smile... that is... until the bullet veered off it's course and jammed itself into the ground behind Dian.

"Shit."

Anomaly
Near a crashed VTOL

"O-Okay..." Anomaly choked out her word as she turned to go help out a few injured people. As she walked away from Sickle, however, she turned around once more and gave him a look. Not out of anger. Not out of sympathy. Just... a look.

Sickle was broken. He walked behind Knight with his voice shifting. He looked like he was in a lot of pain. Serious pain. Anomaly watched as he trailed, his body language reeking of agony and torturous feelings. Feelings that Anomaly could sense. Her ghost hand trailed behind him, just enough for her to feel the emotions he was giving without absorption. They made her want to puke, it was so... so... terrible.

Anomaly dissolved the hand trailing behind Sickle as she ran over to a car with a kid hiding in it. He was afraid of what was going on, and Anomaly didn't blame him. She spoke into her communicator to the group as she got the kid out of the car.

"Did... did I do that to him...?" She meant it in a sense of did she get him into that state of mind that led to him and Knight's argument. She knew she didn't actually push him into thinking that.
