Sundos stepped between Marcus and Kyra. ”Brother, there is no reason for violence between the Forces of Light. I am a DawnBringer. I shall watch the three of them and make sure that none of them cause undo trouble. Do not waste your men lives fighting an unnecessary battle. We will need all of them to fight the forces of darkness soon enough. This border war is just starting. You have been chosen as a leader due to your wisdom. Use it now.”

“If this Lob really is a danger, we shall see soon enough and bring him back. But who his father is is not enough to keep him locked up.”

Sundos raised his arms to all of the guards and everybody else in the building. ”Brothers, Sisters. Let there not be bloodshed in these walls. We are all Servants of Light. We all want to defend the hamlet from the evil orcs. You will have the chance to spill orcan blood soon enough. You will have your fill of blood soon enough. Do not waste your blood or the blood of your fellow defenders. We must stand united. If we fight among ourselves, surely the demons and devils will laugh as they unleash their orcan armies upon us. Let us stand united. A united army will fight better than a splintered army. May Lathander watch over us. He shall protect and strengthen us. Do not allow fear to overcome you. Be smart and valiant. As I live, so does Lathander Lives. Allow us to leave in peace. You shall see, we shall aid in the defense of your hamlet, your homes, your wives and your children.”

Looking at Kyra and Lob, he said, ”Sister, Brother, er.. Ash.., let us go back to the tavern.” With that he moved towards the door.

Sundos was confused and wanted to get to the bottom of what was going on. ”Sir, why is this.. Lob.. locked up in the stockade? What action did he do to deserve this? Is it only because of his race? Has he not been tortured enough by Nature? Must we now torture him as well? He has no control over who his father is.” In Sundos’ mind, the orc blood could only come from the father.

Looking at Lob, Sundos tells him, ”Lob good. Yes. Yes. Lob, sit…Lob, quiet… Great, now I sound like him.” Turning towards the other, Sundos continued, ”So, Sir, what did he do? I cannot stand by if injustice is being done of one of Lathander’s Children. By his mother’s blood, he is Lathander’s child.”

...Or did you mean our characters will be old? That'd be odd. but I guess they can save the world with their walkers. Romantic... I haven't done that in a while, but I can give it that good old college try.

Putting these two together gave me a very odd visual of an old man saying to an old woman, "Romantic... I haven't done that in a while, but I can give it that good old college try," as they use their walkers to hobble to bed.

Location: Outside Jail Interacting With:Kyra, Lob, Saul, Ash

Sundos has been walking with Saul to meet the constable and a local priest. He was still getting over his shock at Saul's words and trying to decide what he could say to right things with Saul.

Sundos saw them. that rude archer and wolf, standing outside the jail and thought,"Aw... crap. She is going to think I am following her. And is that an half orc with her?" Sundos didn't know what to think about half orcs. Humans, elves and even dwarves were races of Light and were under Lathander's Glory. Orcs clearly were not a race of Light. They were enemies of Lathander and all He stood for. However, an half orc was a bastard child of the two races. Sundos decided that the half orc's mother must have been abused by the orcs and forced against her will to be the child's mother. He felt pity for the half orc's mother and decided to treat the half orc as any other of the races of Light. at least for now...

Sundos walked up to Lob and Kyra. He didn't approach them too closely and said, "Greetings, Sister...hmm... Ash and you, Brother. Fear not the Darkness, Dawn Shall Arrive soon. I promise, Sister, I am not following you. However, I was guided here to meet the constable and a priest."

Then he continued to the half orc and said, "Brother, I am called Sundos Solito, I am a DawnBringer. May the Glory of Lathander shine upon you. Have you also come to help defend the village?" Sundos smiles and bows slightly to everybody but does not approach any of them very closely.

Location: Heading to the Jail
Interacting With: Saul

"I doubt the Morninglord would disown you. I am sure you have done good work for the Church in your service with Prince's Cavalry. Scouts from the Prince's Own Light Cavalry often work with the Paladins and Soldiers of Faith. They are good people." Sundos was naive enough to believe that anything that helped the kingdom also helped the Church.

"We are meeting a priest? I was told that there was not a Church in the hamlet.... Oh... You mean that 'Rose Temple'. Alright. Let us meet with them. We will need to work with them for the defense of the hamlet."

Sundos was excited to meet important people of the hamlet and to see how he could in the war effort. As they walked, he kept his eyes opened for a good place for a shrine.

"Ser, Lathander is a fair, just father. But He also loves and care for his children. Why do you believe Lathander would reject your service?"
