Personally I'd allow it, only for the fun of seeing Bumblebee pancake herself into the ground at such high speeds.

The rooftop is smoking from the doused fires, but the support beams beneath are groaning with the weight of the party as the vibrations from Thrash's attack weaken them further, although now a giant demon isn't stomping over them and deafening sounds waves aren't rippling through them they seem to be stabilizing considerably.

Guess I was expecting a more radial explosion then a directed one... Oh well. Live and learn.

The main problem was that you specifically said that Vex pierced the canister, in which case there'd only be a small hole for the gas to escape from, hence the rocketing effect. If he'd stood back and kiked the canister into Yjrash's face from across the rofftop you'd proiably have ended up with an entirely different outcome.

And before you ask, yes there are several other fire extinguishers inside the building, along with other emerbency supplies.

So he settled for picking up the 'model rocketship' (how fitting) And tried to knock her ass out with a football throw to her nose like Janet Brady.

Just to check, is Brick attacking or trying to defend again?
Normally I don't want to be this guy, but I have a question about the update. If the explosion from the Extinguisher was enough to send me flying off the building, the object was right in Thrash's face. She should've been at least disrupted or hindered in some form to prevent actions

She's been blinded, which prevents her from performing any regular attacks. Unfortunately her drumming ism't a regular attacks and as a punk rocker she's more than used to having things explode in her face in the middle of her performances, especially since Discord's normally bouncing around the stage blasting out power chords and guitar solos almost randomly.

I did try to warn you that the attack wouldn't be very successful, and gave you a chance to change your mind, but you decided to go ahead with the exploding gas canister anyway providing Thrash with smoke screen cover and launching yourself off the roof clutching a gas-propelled rocket.
