I notice a bunch of people don't have their power rankings yet, so let me give you some help there. Take these with a grain of salt, though, because these are just my opinion. @Gentlemanvaultboy, I'd give owl man around C. @Pie Flavor, I'd say B at least, just because spatial manipulation. Spatial manipulation is pretty good. @Subject Zero, I'd give Legion around C as well. Also, Pole dancing? @Marx, I'd say Harper would be generally High B-A based on the amount of powers he has. Bo also sounds kinda like they'd be S rank or something based on potential, but I don't know. @Alternax, I'd say B because he gets near the speed of sound, can lift large cars easily and his plasma cannon is probably pretty strong, but he's probably not strong enough to blow up an entire city block Hope it helped.

The Owlman stood in the park, feeding ducks. He stood like some tall, dark scarecrow jutting out of the landscape, the gentle wind ruffling the feathers of the nightmarish head emerging from the neckline of his finely tailored tailsuit. Carefully stepping forward in his well shined shoes he took the bread loaf he grasped in one of his ghastly talons and scraped a small rain of crumbs into the water with the other one. Then he dutifully stepped back so the ducks would feel safe enough to eat, whereupon they swarmed up and began to gorge themselves. Off to the side he heard a distinct beep, and he turned slowly to take a look at what he knew would already be there. Two young girls, teenagers by the look of it, one with her phone out and pointed at him. They froze when he looked over, like rabbits, but if he could have smiled he would have. This was an opportunity to use his favorite move. He brought his hand slowly up to the brim of his tophat, gripped it between his thumb and index talon, and silently doffed in in their direction. There was another beep, then the girls ran off down the path. Giggling. That made his day. That was the whole point of everything. The suit, the hat, the ducks, the cartoonist french bread. Combined with his big ol' head it was a downright comical scene. It made people laugh, and if they were laughing they didn't have time to scream. He hoped they posted those pictures on the internet. Be public, that was the first thing he'd decided to do when he set out on this path. Walk around. Attend parties. Let them see you in broad daylight. Be silly. He could be a brooding terror stalking the night in search of crime to thwart. Some unholy thing spoken about in hushed whispers by criminals, always a superstitious and cowardly lot. He would be good at it, too. He was built for it. He was made to be Batman. However, Batman wouldn't help other like him. Becoming a symbol of fear would only drive him into the dark. What he needed to be was a symbol of normality. If he was going to be helping others whose power had turned them into monsters he would have to normalize being a monster. He was already Batman. When he put on his costume he became Bruce Wayne.

My Hider

His body is a dark blue color, his armor does it's best to hide his insides but some of his inner workings occasionally show themselves when he stretches or is damaged. His eyes glow red during combat, but outside of a fight his visor glows a bright blue. Powers:

• Super Strength: He can lift a garbage truck with some trouble, and shatter a small boulder. This can also translate to other uses or limbs.
• Super Speed: He can run just short of the sound barrier.
• Energy Projection: He can fire off super heated plasma in any direction he chooses thanks to his arm mounted cannon.

Weaknesses: As he does process a mechanical body he must come in for maintenance at certain times. Although his body is made of advanced materials he is still affected by extreme temperatures, such as absolute zero, in such low temperatures his AI core will forcefully shut down in order to protect itself. Alternatively while he can survive the heat of a single explosion, repeated exposures or an increase of, will begin to melt his joints together. But his weaknesses aren't all external, due to the unstable nature of his power core it can often overheat, it will overheat especially if he attempts to draw on multiple abilities at once. For example, if he taps into his speed and energy blasts, he will be able to maintain the combo for a few minutes before overheating and forcing a shutdown. Additionally, while he is trained with the utmost precision, and possessing a high end body, his actions are still limited by his personality. Skills: Advanced Training in Marksmanship, basic first aid, human anatomical information, and paper craftsmanship. Equipment:

• Mechanical Body: Because his body is a machine, naturally he can be upgraded at any time, already he processes a wide array of advanced circuitry made with his AI core in mind. This also means he is stronger, durable, and faster than regular humans.
• Plasma Cannon: An arm mounted weapon, capable of melting through the thickest of steel walls. He can change the setting on demand.
• Duotronic AI power core: This power core pumps a clean, seemingly unlimited power source through his body. The power core also contains his AI chip, which contains his personality and consciousness.
• GTG-6: A new compound of various metals and plastics made to provide a lightweight, durable, and in particular bullet proof body.

Ranking: I want to say A, but I really have no sure idea. Brief History: Due to the increased appearance of Meta humans many corporations, specifically private security, wanted to have an advantage of some sort against these people. A meta under their control, their power house to shove around or to order. Their solution was to hire the best in robotics, Dr. Phillip Smith. Phillip before his contract was desperate for funds, obtaining the metals he needed was overly expensive, and without any form of funding he was quickly loosing money. Upon hiring the Dr. Smith they offered him continuous and unlimited funding if he provides them a working war machine capable of standing toe to toe with any meta human, and so it was Phillip worked tirelessly on designs, calculations and formulas. Eventually he had constructed a working body, but as his time with the company grew he began to see precisely what he was doing. He was desperate when he accepted but upon building the war machine he wondered if it was truly a wise idea, this machine would be free to attack whomever it chooses, with no conciseness to temper it's actions. Unable to build a truly sentient and caring AI program he, with the CEO's approval, sought out a 'willing' subject. To the outside Dr. Smith was offering an experimental cancer cure, but known only by the doctor and the highest officials in the company, they would be removing said patients consciousness. Of course, there were thousands of applicants, but the Doctor chose the first person he saw on the list, Hayden Williams. Upon acceptance Hayden was brought to the laboratory the Doctor was working in, wherein he was told to lie on a table and accept anesthesia. The operation took much longer than anticipated, removing the brain was a careful matter, but the doctor managed to place Haydens consciousness into a tiny chip and attached it to his robot. Upon booting up the robot seemed to contain no memories. At this moment the doctor was pleased he had saved a life, but distraught he had retained none of his previous life. Unlike the doctor the company was simply pleased to have it online, and immediately sent it into a simulated battle-zone full of civilians and meta human terrorists. However in the middle of the simulation, when a terrorist held up a hostage Hayden hesitated on the killing blow. The company was unsatisfied, they had wanted to unthinking death machine capable of standing up to metas, instead they had just gotten another human soldier.

"Wats a pancake? Oh, bye." Drubbins says quickly as Viggo walks away before looking back at Margret. "Was he really castin' a spell on ya'? Dats bad, dats real bad. I kno' nuffin' 'bout magic, but a bloke doin' magic at ya' all secret like is always bad. Been done ta me a few times, blokes puttin' needles in me thinkin' bits. Used to not mind so much, 'cept now I'm tryin' ta use em more so anyone tryin' that again's gonna be gettin' a good krumpin'." It was around this time that Nadia rounds the table to make her delivery. The smell was nearly overwhelming as it lit up the insides of his nostrils. It was just as heavenly as he remembered, but he held back on digging in on account of them not being his. The blokes at the tables, though, hadn't complained when she'd brought them over. Did they not understand what these were, or were they just being polite to the blue bloke? They weren't eating. He decided to breach the subject. "Uhhhhh," he started, not really experienced with pointing out other peoples mistakes. He pointed down at the golden brown goodness piled on their table. "Dat bloke got it wrong." He said tentatively. "Them is flapjacks. Ya can tell 'cause, see, dere flat an stuff." He waited for a moment for this information to sink in properly, then decided to be bold. "Can I 'ave 'em?"

D-Rank is now up, as well. Also, do not be deterred by the simplicity of the E-Rank missions. One of them at least has a special event that will be later discovered as the RP progresses. Yes, more than one person can come along on a mission. Like I said, the RP is meant for Character Interaction and missions are equally a great way to have said interaction. You create stories through these missions (and some missions may become a long story arc as you progress). Anywho... I'll post here in a bit. Just wanted to let you all know they were up. (I purposely slacked off so you all wouldn't start doing missions until later :P)

On the one hand I'd be good at any mission involving punching things, and would probably not be to welcome doing jobs in town. On the other hand, I really like the image of Drubbins covered in dogs.

Well, apparently this Justice fellow is an evil gunslinger, so I s'pose that makes sense. Can't say I'm familiar with the voice acting, though. I only remember Ron Perlman from Fallout.
