Nicknames/Aliases Mama Tsuki | Lady Fujino | One-Eye'd Wolf of Sakanoshita | CodeName: Silver Tengu
Birth City/District: -Redacted-
Age: 55 Years Old
Height 6'0 ft (1.84 m)
Racial Background: Pure Blood Japanese
Race: Y.S.G Natural Born (Who're often referred to as Shoguns in the mega-cities)
Hair Color: Silver
Eye Color: One Blue/One Grey
Appearance: Tsuki has a vary intimidating aura and stature, said to be able to suck the air out of the room just by walking in. Standing at 6ft tall, she isn't necessarily the tallest person, but tends to be noticeable based on height alone. Being a part of the Jaeger, Tsukiyama has had to maintain her physical health for more than 25 years, and her body shows that. Underneath what typically is a traditional white kimono, is an exceptional toned and built body, like that of an Y.S.G solider. The Jaeger program kept her on a tight training and maintaining regiment that, despite being ten years gone from the government position, she still follows the regiment to a T. She also has an uncanny beauty for being 55, seeming to have stopped aging in her 20s, having Y.S.G has prolonged her health and aging. Tsukiyama is riddled in dozens of scars all over her body, not just the ones present on her face and neck. Being a Jaeger meant a lot of combat and skirmishes, having come close to dying several times, her scars are a window into who she was prior to becoming woman she is now. She also has a vibrant neon tattoo of a simple black swan at the back of her neck, near the base.
Mutation Marker(s): She has one grey eye, that gives the illusion shes blind, but it simply it cloudy, seeming to be filled with mist almost. She also has the white wings of a crane that she can keep tucked to her body to seemingly disappear under her clothes. She also was born with long flowing silver hair that has never lust its vibrance.
Personality:
Tsukiyama is a very particular person for some with Y.S.G, once called too soft for being a Y.S.G Holder when she was younger. She is typically considered one of the most down to earth Y.S.G Holders many come into contact with residing in Sakanoshita. Especially for someone running a gang in the more seedy parts of Neo-Tokyo. Truth be told, she often thinks that the job isn't for her secretly, she feels like she should have been a doctor or care taker, but she'd learn it really doesn't matter what she thinks pretty early on in her life. Upon realizing she was a Y.S.G holder, or rather her family realizing, her life would be carefully laid out in front of her, never being allowed to stray from it. She would be forced to be perfect in every way, from her attitude, to her mannerisms, even the way she spoke would have to be eloquent and perfect. Because she was always told to put others before herself, this is where the base of her personality starts, a child who wanted to be perfect for a family that she could never be perfect enough for.
Tsukiyama has a very calming personality much of the time, like that of a mother or a grandmother, because of her experience as both a mother and and a wife. She learned to deal with a lot of problems such bickering or disagreements and happens to have a very soothing voice that seems to want to lure you into a calming state or even sleep. She loves to go through problems with people and act like a mother or therapist giving her opinion on what they should do or say. She is over all the nicest when it comes to those sort of things and she loves helping others a lot. Even if they aren't the nicest, she tries her best to help out with even the smallest of others problems, whether it be physical or mental, she does her best to use her wealth knowledge and try and give the best advice she feels possible. The other gang leaders find her personality interesting as she strives to help even the evilest of people before having to fight. As long as its not killing the innocent, Tsukiyama will try help with almost, again almost, every task. Though there are some boundaries she will not cross, those involve her body, killing comrades and overall just wrongly hurting or extorting people. Those are the boundaries she will not cross even if her life is on the line and a sword is at her neck.
She can also be much like a sage when helping people through physical hardships, helping them train, even save their sorry asses if need be. She gonna try her best to help the newbies out whenever possible, even ones that aren't going to be fond of her. If the person is willing, she do her best to help them train, just ask nicely and she'll do her best to make you stronger. This part of her comes from the fact that she no longer has Y.S.G Soldiers to train, having been ten years since she quit the J.F Special Forces. She loves giving advice that is honest regardless of if they will hurt your feelings, she will not lie to you even if it comes down to saying something mean, she only wants you to get better and if things need to be said then she will say it. Granted she does understand feelings and try to dial it back in certain situations, but for the most part, you will get the truth out of her and nothing less. In the event that she does lie to you, which rarely will happen, she would do it for the protection of not only herself but you and the people involved if it is that serious then at that point she will keep it to herself and only the people she is sure can handle it so that she does not cause mass panic.
She does have a dark center however, her time as a Jaeger did harden her into a dangerous person. Gaining the name of One-Eye Wolf of Sakanoshita was not for nothing. She is exceptionally trained in combat scenarios, dealing with hundreds of missions in her 25 years working in the J.F military, 22 years of which were in the Special Forces division. Not only was she a member of the Jaeger Branch, but she also lead a squad for many years, before going on to become training director for the Jaeger Branch. She is a trained killer, with more then 500+ confirmed kills under her belt. She is not someone you want to cross, as underneath the sage like persona, lays someone ready to do ANYTHING is possible to keep her gang and people safe. Not many have seen her fight in combat, but the ones who have, have gone on to say that she becomes unrecognizable. As if she becomes an disciple of death itself, there is no one who has crossed her, breathing alive and well.
TL:DR: Tsukiyama is the Mother of the gang, she’s looking out for not only her own but her surrounding community, and will do her best to guide them. But understand all circumstances, do not try to cross her or get on her bad-side, it might lead to an immediate dirt nap.
Aspirations: -She tries and rise above the darkness that is Neo-Tokyo Gang Culture. -To better the lives of the people she leads and those that rely on her. -Supporting her local community and attempting to provide order in a district of chaos. -Hopefully one day wash away the sins that she committed as a Jaeger for the J.F -To disrupt the J.F at every turn and destroy any power they hold over Ishura.
Fears: -The death of her Gang members. -Failing to better the lives of those around her. -Never being able to escape the shadow of her time serving the J.F. -The J.F's political policies and power.
Vehicle: Mitsubishi Horizon ZR6 Tsukiyama has always been more partial to the older body styles of motorcycles from the past. When Mitsubishi announced they be making a retro bike, She could hardly contain her excitement. Thanks to her job with the government, and a high position at that, she was able to be one of the first to order and purchase one. Hers has a white base paint with gold and black trim, with the Kurosagi symbol of the black swan as a decal on the right side of the bike. The bike is a hyrbid, capable of riding on the road, or switching seamlessly into its hovercraft mode. It is naturally faster on the road than on the hoverzones, as it is a retro build, capable of reaching speeds up to 250MPH. The bike has an active A.I system, that aids in keeping the Bike on the road at its top speed. The A.I system also has a An Active Protection Policy that keeps a small invisible forcefield around the bike when it's in motion. It does not disturb whatever it touches unless the A.I deeps it a threat to the driver. It also syncs to a special helmet that has a Heads up Display projected on the visor of the helmet. The bike requires a hand imprint cybernetic that acts as a biometric key. Meaning the bike cant be turned on or activated unless Tsuki remains in close proximity.

Strengths/Natural Abilities: -Redacted-
Weaknesses/Flaws: -Redacted-
Y.S.G Ability(ies): Base Ability: Object Displacement Within an invisible sphere of fifteen meters around Tsukiyama, she can teleport any object (living or Inanimate) that enters within the sphere of influence, anywhere within fives miles around her, either vertically or horizontally. There are some requirements for Tsuki to be able to use it on living objects. The most important requirement, is eye contact, not having to be longer than 3 seconds in total of uninterrupted eye contact is necessary for complete displacement. Otherwise she will either teleport a portion of the object, or be unable to control the direction and/or destination of the displacement. She also must stand still prior to attempting precise displacement, otherwise it can result in horrible disasters or accidents. She also is able to teleport herself freely within the sphere of influence, it appearing as though she's suddenly popping from place to place if you were to watch her use the ability on herself. Being a natural born Y.S.G, her power at birth were already pretty strong, accidentally teleporting her father into the sky above the hospital when he held her for the first time. She also happened to be a Y.S.G Holder, whose power had the ability to awaken twice.
First Awakening: Object Acceleration/Deceleration Following in the same distance of Object Displacement, Tsukiyama is able to speed up or slow down living and nonliving objects within the sphere of influence. All the same requirements apply, this awakened portion of her ability requires even greater focus in order to use it precisely. She simply must think about the speed or lack of speed she wants in the object and she can enforce the change in speed immediately or gradually. She must maintain absolute focus if she wants to specifically use the ability on an enemy and not an ally also within the invisible sphere as an example. Meaning she is heavily vulnerable when attempting to use this portion of her ability precisely around her allies. From the perspective of a living object being subjected to this ability, they would totally be unaware of the changes at first, only simply feeling something was incredibly off. Quickly however, Living objects that were sped up would feel as if they were teleported, and the space around them seem to be moving in slow motion. Where as if they were slowed, they would feel as though they were slowly treading in wet cement, unable to control their forward momentum or actions. Time would appear to pass them at a terrifying speed, with no way to react properly. She also can apply these properties to herself if she chooses too.
Second Awakening: Liminal Purgatory -Redacted-
Soul Binder/Weapon(s): Kusarigama - A chained sickle-esque weapon with a spiked weight at the end. Tsuki soul binder is a perfect match for her, capable of close combat and mid ranged attacks. The weight on the end is said to be well over four hundred pounds, capable of destroying walls and the ground by a simple swing. If anyone were to pick up her soul binder or attempt to use it, they would quickly discover the weight of the weapon was outstanding, despite Tsuki wielding it as if it were no light than a feather. It's summoning and desummon effects consist of a mist that covers her abilities sphere of influence and lingers for ten minutes. Covered in battle scars and being solid black, Tsuki's Kusaigama has only been shown to a handful of people that are still living.
Cybernetics/Gadets/Accessories: She does have a small implant that allows her to use Kurosagi's private netspace on the go and contact her gang members. She also has a custom hand imprint on the inside of her right hand, it white, gold and black to match her motorcycle. It serves several different purposes, its primary function being a biometric key to her home and bike, as well as her office at the Kurosagi's homebase. It secondary functions include, a virtual wallet, the cybernetic itself is bullet proof and can be used as a shield against bladed weapons and a flash light.
E X T R A
Anything else? - Theme Song - She has a slight addiction to Yokai Tabacco, a sort of Y.G Weed variant that aids in eliminating the slight pain in her hand she feels from her cybernetic implant. She will often be seen smoking or rolling her own cigarettes. - She has an extensive knowledge of the inner-workings of Neo-Tokyo and decent knowledge on the other Mega-Cities having been a Jaeger for so many years. She has a wealth of knowledge on how the J.F functions as well, that has helped the Gang avoid the lime light for the most part. - Because of her life before coming to Sakanoshita, she has a seemingly unlimited number of connections and contacts that she's made with her work in the J.F Special Forces.

- Redacted-
Tsukiyama would leave the Jaeger Program and the J.F as a whole at the age of 45. After the incident of - redacted - she would be dishonorably discharged from the J.F Special Forces Jaeger Branch. Now having the opportunity to be herself and make her own choices after giving her all and serving without once stopping to question her orders, she wanted to change the status-quo that was the J.Fs control over Ishura. Understanding that this was no small task and would have to take time to accomplish successfully, she decided to start her plans in the heart of Sakanoshita. Opening up a illegal car modifications shop, named Fujino Motorworx in the heart of the district. Tsuki would spend ten years building the shops reputation as a reliable shop that did good and honest business despite being in one of the more seedier parts of Neo-Tokyo. Because Tsukiyama had an untapped wealth of savings from working in such a high position in the J.F Military, the stock she was able to acquire was nearly unlimited, especially as the shop began obtaining high society clientele commissions. All the while, Tsuki herself would become a bit of local celebrity, known as a kind and gentle business owner in the dangerous and treacherous Downtown Sakanoshita. Her shop that started as as only a vehicle mod shop, would eventually add a bar within its walls. This bar would begin to be called the Kurosagi, a safe space within Sakanoshita where those who felt like they didn't belong in any of the groups in Sakanoshita. Tsuki was the bartender, seemed to welcome must anyone that would behave. There was also many rumors of the few occasions someone had decided to wrong such a nice lady. In turn, a swift and almost blindingly fast end would almost always come their way. There also was a very old rumor that not anyone dare mention in her establishments, that she was once the Head Jaeger and Training Director for the J.F. Some unfortunate souls learned this the hard way very early on into Tsukiyama's arrival in Sakanoshita.
Now ten years later, Fujino Motorworx has a steady line of regular customers, who only trust the shop to touch their car. The Kurosagi is typically always packed with drifters and characters of all types but there is one thing they all have in common. They seek a place to get away from outside world that was Neo-Tokyo. In the bar, there was always laughter and excitement, and while Tsukiyama wasn't the main bartender always, the occasions she would, it would always mean free drinks for the night. Only within the last year has she started the second phase of her operation against the J.F, recruiting the people she trusted most to join in her gang, a front that she was going to use to disturb the general ecosystems of each district and respect big gangs. Of course she always wanted the people she recruited to be able to live the lives that seemed so unobtainable from the perspective of someone on the streets in Sakanoshita. She was unsure of if this was the correct move, but after 10 years of embedding herself back into Neo-Tokyo's underbelly, she felt her plan would work sufficiently, or rather she hoped.

If you aren't going to use a picture at all, then i would like at least one paragraphs for your appearance so we can get a good idea of what the character looks like.
Mutation Marker(s): These come many different forms, however varying in number between Y.G and Y.S.G Holders. If you're going to be playing a normal human then you can delete this from your cs. As for Y.G vs Y.S.G, Y.G will only have two mutation trait, while Y.S.G can have up to four different mutation markers. These markers show up in various forms ranging from Extra Limbs/Tails/Wings/Horns/Extra Heads to more subtle changes such as Separate Eye Colors/Inhuman Irises/Uniquely Vibrant Hair colors/Inhuman shaped teeth or ears/Scales /etc. I'd like for you guys to give the markers some descriptions that make them unique.
Personality: Self Explanatory.
Aspirations: What does your character want in life? To Rise to the top and get into high society? Or maybe they just want to see the world burn? Whatever drives them forward or gives them hope can be put here in list form.
Fears: What keeps your character up at night? Spiders? Losing loved ones? If your character has a specific phobia or less specific fears that stay at the back of their mind should go here in list form.
Vehicle: Not everyone needs a vehicle in Neo-Tokyo, but most that are in gangs or in social circles will typically have a vehicle as an extension of themselves. Because Neo-Tokyo does have a very confusing and jumbled street system as the city expanded faster then it could plan, those who can afford it, will typically take to the Hoverzones above the cities streets. Most vehicles will typically be a hybrid of hover and standard road types and all will run on YoFuel, or a synthetic fuel made from the bodies of Yokai.

Strengths/Natural Abilities: What is your character good at? Fighting? Are they a smooth talker? Can they navigate you through the labyrinth of huge and vast mega-cities? Maybe even have special connections to smuggle whatever in and out of the city? These traits can be listed here. If they're a Y.G holder, then also include their one enhanced natural ability. If they are a Y.S.G holder then all natural abilities will be enhanced, but you will need to include which specific natural ability they excel at.
Weaknesses/Flaws: Every character has their weakness, wether it be their proficiency at hand to hand combat, or their inability to collect information, whatever traits and or natural abilities your character lacks in excess (I.E being picky wouldn't count here, however being deathly allergic to a certain food would count) should go here in list form.
Y.S.G Ability(ies): If you're playing a normal human or a Y.G holder then you can delete this from the CS. However if you're going to be playing a Y.S.G holder, then your Ki ability can be explained here. These powers are indistinguishable from magic or super powers, and can vary hundreds of different types and combinations. Typically when a Y.G holder is born, they'll be born with their mutation marker, and their one enhanced natural ability, but no powers. A Y.G can have one of two situations happen to them, some have latent Shogun Gene's, in which case they'll typically awaken from high stress/excitement/etc and develop an ability that they can train to awaken into a secondary evolved ability. OR they can train to a point of awakening, however they will only be able to have one power that can never evolve. Someone whose born with Y.S.Gs will either of the three situations happen to them, they are born with two or more (max 4 which is incredibly rare, like 0.00000001% chance) abilities they cant awaken further, they're born with one ability that can awaken twice, giving the user three abilities, or they're born with both their base ability and awakened ability. Y.Gs awakening into Y.S.Gs tend to awaken them at younger ages, but there are cases where adults well into their 30s suddenly awaken. Especially if you're someone who trained to awakening.
Soul Binder/Weapon(s): If you're playing a Y.S.G holder, what is your souls weapon of choice? and can vary in size, color, and materialization/dematerialization effects (I.E When summoned and unsummoned, the weapon will shine a blinding light.). I'd like one paragraph about the design and overall feel of your characters Soul Binder. If you're playing a normal human or a Y.G Holder, or if you're a Y.S.G who carries around some special or extra weapons, then list and describe them here. Weapons can vary from standard weapons that can be found in modern times, to things like Vibrating Blades and Knives, better known as Vibroweapons, energy based weapons, which are extremely rare and run on Yokai Energy cartridges, and other various cyberpunk/future weapons. Just run it by me on discord and Ill let you know how to go about writing them in or answer any questions on general functions.
Cybernetics/Gadets/Accessories: Any types of cybernetics () your character has on their body can be listed here with a small description of its capabilities. Hi and welcome to the world of Ishura, an alternate version of earth where the continents were slammed together as a result of a war in the Year 1901 C.E (Common Era), between incredibly powerful beings, known as the Japanese Folklore spirits Daitengu, and their disciples. The aftermath of the war would mark a completely new Era for humanity, every year after being known as A.U or After Union. In this universe, the creatures, spirits, demons, etc, of Japanese Folklore exist and heavily influenced the course of the worlds history.
The most important change in this Universe's History, was the emergence of a genetic mutation, better known as Yokai Gene's (Y.G for short) across the globe. Because the world and it's inhabitants were in close proximity to Yokai, naturally the energy or "Ki" of these mythical beings and creatures would begin to bleed into everything around them. Plants, animals, etc, would begin to involuntarily absorb properties of Ki, and as a direct result, the world would begin to see results of the mutations. Plants would be the first to alarm the change as some became sentient, or would grow in bizarre ways, some even having wildly vibrant color schemes, while others having poisons that could destroy whole sections of forests. Then animals became next, as yokai-esque looking animals began to show up around small towns, while other animals would be seen able to control certain elements or other seemingly magical abilities. Then the first human would surface, with what is now called a "Mutation Marker" that appeared in the form of horns on his forehead. Slowly but surely more humans began to develop traits such as wings, tails, extra arms, two heads, etc. These mutations not only gave a human one trait, but also greatly changed the natural abilities of humans, varying from inhuman speed and dexterity, to increased strength and durability or even heightened senses of smell and hearing.
At first, humans would only have one Mutation Marker and one natural ability that was altered, however that changed when a woman appeared with not one, but two traits. This woman would have wings and horns, and seemingly had all his natural human abilities altered. Not only that but he had the ability to control the weather and materialize a vibrant rainbow colored Katana. She would be known as the first human-being to hold Yokai Shogun Genes or Y.S.G for short. Y.S.G mutations would only appear once out of every ten thousand Y.G holders naturally, meaning they were incredibly rare. A being with Y.S.G would have two or more Mutation Markers, increased natural abilities on all fronts, the ability to summon what would be come to know as a "Soul Binder" or a Katana they can be materialize and dematerialized at will, as well as typically one ability that could be perceived as magical or divine in it's nature. Thus began humanities new societal age, as Y.G and Y.S.G's became more and more widespread with each passing year.
This RP will be taking place in the year 2185 A.U, a dystopian cyberpunk-esque future on Ishura. I have a couple different plots we could do, but the main plot idea I had would be for about 5-6 other people (willing to take more if it gains that much interest). You guys would be playing a group of Y.S.G military operatives, who are tasked by Ishura's government to stop a terrorist group known as the "Banished" from releasing a council of the strongest demons in Jigoku, or the Buddhists version of the underworld.
Other Plots ideas include
-Portals have been opening up in the Brokenlands and letting Yokai escape from Jigoku. We are Wall Defenders, attempting to save Neo-Tokyo from the waves trying to breach it's walls. -A group of ragtag Y.S.G Mercenaries who are trying to make it in capital of Ishura, the Mega-City Neo-Tokyo. -A reverse of the main plot, we'd be playing the "Banished". -A "Death Squad" of Y.S.G soldiers in the J.F (Japanese Federation) siege the Mega-City of Moscow-0, who are trying to secede from Ishura. -A More sandbox idea, of us just playing Y.S.G Holders who live in Neo-Tokyo.
- Setting -
Our story will be taking place in the far off future of 2185 A.U. In 2185, the world is vastly ahead in means of technology, lifestyles, world views, and general societal hierarchies. On Ishura, there are Five Mega cities Of importance. Them being known as New-Paris (All European Ancestral Decent) at it's Northwest corner and Coast, Moscow-0 at its Northeast Corner and Coast (All Russian Ancestral Decent), San-Washington at its Southwest Corner and Coast (All North, Central and South American Ancestral Decent), Old Kinshasa at its Southeast and coast (Middle Eastern/African/Australian Ancestral Decent) and last but not least, the most important city, Neo-Tokyo (all Asian Countries Ancestral Decent), lay at it's center. Each city spanning thousands of miles wide, all in various different designs and city plans.
All five cities fall under the law and order of the Japanese Federation, or the J.F for short. The J.F took control after the chaos of the Union generally pretty fast as most of their infrastructure was in tact and they happened to have the most Y.S.G soldiers at the time. Of course this wasn't a peaceful takeover. Once the J.F realized they weren't the only surviving government entity, there was a period of hostile take overs, as the J.F mobilized and siege each city at the time. It was a swift and "just" takeover, as the J.F began dictating what was and wasn't allowed. There would be a nation wide ban on the travel of Y.S.G outside of Tokyo, only those carrying a special passport, with approval from the J.F were allowed to leave and live in another mega-city. Not only that, but every Y.S.G would be required to have a tracer injected into their bodies, either at birth, or for the already existing Y.S.G, a non-optional medical procedure. Of course there are many who hide in the vast mega-cities, however they must keep a low profile or risk the Jaegar (Think Navy SEALs) operatives coming to terminate "Undocumented Shogun". This is a problem that is gaining more and more ground as Y.S.G are forming groups and pushing back against the status quo of the J.F.
After the events of the "The Union" there was an unbelievable amount of tragedy, both from direct effects and the thousands of problems that arise when continents collide together. Paris (EU), Moscow (RU), Washington D.C (NA/CA/SA), Kinshasa (AF,ME,AU) and Tokyo (Asia) would largely remain intact after the world altering event, and as a result would lead to mass migrations to each respective city. The earth's population at the time was close to around 1,654,000,000 and rising until the calamity, which would leave only a third (551,000,000+) of the worlds population alive. Now however, the world sits at 7,750,000,000+ people, with 80% opting to live in one of the five Light Rail connected Mega-Cities. The other 30% reside in what is called the "Brokenlands", the destroyed ancient remains of hundreds of cities and pre-Union society. These people consist of those that don't agree with the Ruling Political Parties of Ishura, dangerous beings banished from any of the Mega-Cities, those looking for extremely dangerous peace and quiet, or even those who seek an unmarked frontier, ripe with old ruins to rediscover.
In terms of the general environment outside the cities, and even within some of the megacities, are a varying mix of different climates and vastly different landscapes. Because Yokai freely roam the Brokenlands, its been off-limits for many years now, after many civilians who opted to cross the dangerous lands to the other mega-cities were slaughtered in droves. For a Y.G the survival rate is about 10%, and a Y.S.G hitting about 25%. If the various different types of Yokai didn't kill them, it was the always changing weather and landscapes. What could be lush jungles, could change to barren salt flats in the span of only a couple of weeks. With the advancement of technology however, there has been a very primitive road system for those that find themselves outside the mega=city limits. The light rail system however, remains the fast way to traverse to any of the five cities, taking about 30 minutes to cross what would typically take a full eight months on foot. Drifters, banished and Defectors from the J.F all have their own ways of surviving and typically if you seek to venture outside the walls, you'll need have a Coyote with you, or someone who makes a living smuggling things in and out of the mega-cities and across the Brokenlands.
- Potential NPC Gangs/A good way to see the vibe of the world -
Gwen found herself sitting opposite to another busker, both them drumming on paint cans and metal trash can tops. She sat in torn clothing, seeming to be haphazardly sewn together pieces of fabric, with a mask on to cover her face. Her hair pulled up messy, to onlookers she would just seem like another homeless busker, an intended disguise just incase anyone knew the Gwen from this universe. She hadn't had any run ins yet, but with the people recording her shows, she felt it was better to be safer then sorry. A once small crowd had formed around them, almost piling on each other to watch the two, as they played a fast and intense rhythm back and forth to each other. Gwen had become somewhat of a local celebrity, known as the "Ghost Drummer", an elusive busker said to play a show and then suddenly vanish. She be seen all over the city, despite her ragged look, New York was captivated by her drumming. Her only real past time to relieve stress, other then fighting bad guys of course, was drumming, and not being in a band, or being on stage sort of killed her inside. So she turned to busking as both a form of income and a way to play without having to either reveal she was Gwen Stacy, or try and make up a whole new identity, the former being definitely out of the question.
As the two came to a close, the crowd cheered and began tossing money into their paint buckets. The two bowing, she saluted the crowd as they began to circle her, asking for autographs and pictures "Sorry folks, I'm only here to play music, thanks for staying to watch!" blowing kisses to the crowd and suddenly turning invisible, the crowd went wild as the Ghost Drummer preformed her signature disappearing act.
Walking away as the crowd began to take selfies of where she once stood, the voice of her closest friend spoke in her mind "Gwen...this feels like a waste of our time. Why do you waste so much time here?" Venom asked slightly annoyed the woman used their powers for something as trivial as this.
"Because this is best place to make money, which allows us to buy food, and you unfortunately make me incredibly hungry...all the time" Gwen said snarkily as she weaved in and out of the crowd still invisible.
"Fair point."
In truth, Gwen found this to be her favorite place in this universes NYC, some how feeling vastly different from her own, somehow brighter and busier, if that were possible. It had also been a sure fire spot for busking when she wasn't out being a hero and she made most of her friends here, despite most of them being homeless. It also happened to be one of the only places that seemed to not change despite all that happened 8 months ago. Gwen hadn't been with the Avengers yet, but she did show up to aid in saving civilians as the Avengers handled the bigger problems. Seeing Time Square appearing as if nothing had happened felt odd, the memories of the crash site somewhat haunting her, but also very reliving. Almost like a time capsule that remained unscathed by the world around it.
Sneaking off to an alleyway, she uncloaked herself and changed into her Ghost Spider suit. Or almost did, as she put on her mask, her spider-sense twanged, making her turn around to a gun in her face "dont make any sudden moves, gimme yo-"
"You're not serious are you?" Gwen cut the mugger off. "Either you're stupid high...or stupid stupid" the man confused at Gwen's lack of fear, despite him towering over her. She pointed to the spider symbol on her chest and she could see the metaphorical cogs turning in his head. The man dropped his gun and ran, making Gwen sigh "why do they always run?" shooting a web at the mans Ankles, while using her other wrist to shoot a web to the building above her. Pulling herself up, while pulling the man with her, she landed on the edge of the roof, the man dangling below her. "Im going to let you hang out here and think about what it means if anyone finds out what I look like, I'll send the cops for you...eventually" she winked at the man, putting her mask on and jumping off the building, webbing him to the side of the building while swinging away. Snagging her backpack, she she pulled out her phone and checked the news. Her eyes reading a headline made her come crashing down on a rooftop, the reason being an article talking about the passing of George Stacy's wife.
She had thought about maybe approaching them when she first got her, but after learning of this Universe's Gwen, she felt it wouldn't go well. Still, the idea of this universe's George losing both his wife and his daughter, made her only think of what her Father must be thinking, unsure if time even passed the same here in this universe. Shaking the thoughts, she sighed and sat on the edge of the building, pulling out her Avenger's I.D, flipping it between her fingers. She wasn't really sure what to do about this whole Avengers thing, having been recommended to Cap by Fury, when she met with Captain America, she felt she didn't exactly belong. Even in her universe and prior to meeting other spider-totems, she really only worked alone. She had teamed up from time to time, but that was in a Universe where she was known. Here though, she was just a new hero on the scene. She also knew that Peter had made the team, because well...duh, but the only people who knew her situation was Fury, and Cap, both of which said they'd help keep her identity hidden until she was ready. Anything could happen however, and at some point she would have to talk to Peter.
While having a slight panic attack at the idea of seeing a Peter Parker again, the I.D would suddenly come to life, making her drop it. Webslinging it back to her hand, Steve suddenly appearing and informing her to meet at the Avengers Mansion for a mission. "Wow impeccable timing, almost like it's watching me" she joked.
"I'll never get over the fact Caps a guy in this universe" Venom spoke as Gwen leaped off the building, swinging towards Avengers Mansion.
"It is kind of a let down, isn't it?"
Avenger's Mansion
Arriving at the mansion, she had only been there a couple of times, opting to not live at the mansion like some of the others. Both to help keep her identity secret and because she felt weird living in a superhero dorm. She did come to take showers every now and then, but she had never met any of the others. Partly because she used her invisibility the times she had come, and partly because she came late enough to ensure less of a chance to interact with anyone.
"Hello Jarvis, am I the first one in?"
"Hello Ms.St-...Ghost-Spider, you happen to the third, right after Mr.Parker and Mr.Hammond. They are currently in the briefing room, would you like me to take you there?" the elevator door opened.
"Of course Peter is here, he couldn't have been the very last person to show up, or just missed the meeting entirely...thanks Jarvis, I'd appreciate it" stepping in, the elevator doors closed leaving Gwen and Venom alone as it moved down.
"So how do we play this? I was thin-"
"No...no plans from you, not after last time" Gwen shuttered at the now buried memory deep within her mental vault where other Venom Plans resided. "We're just going to act like we're new to the city and that Peter was our idol growing up. That's it, hopefully others will come in before Peter want's to ask any questions."
"Sounds horrible....I love it!"
"Yeah yeah, just try to keep quiet, I want to make this work okay?" Venom opting to not respond, both annoying Gwen and relieving her. She didn't need crazy alien goo monster talking her mind, while she attempted to pretend to be someone else. The door to the elevator opened, Gwen jumping to relax her body a bit. Stepping out she saw Jim and Peter sitting next to each other. Her spidey-sense twanged slightly, her being sure that Peter's did something similar. Deciding to speak before he could "It's nice to finally meet you two, especially you Spider-man, I hope you dont mind that I took some inspiration for the costume" she quickly sat across from the other two "I go by Ghost-Spider, I wasn't late was I?" Gwen attemping to make a joke to hopefully lighten the mood. Although she did feel weird for still having on her mask, she hoped it helped mask her voice, just in case she sounded like the Gwen Stacy of this Universe.
Nicknames/Aliases Her childhood nickname was Ike growing up. Her family also refer to her as one of the Ikehara's " Cursed Children"
Home Location: Tsu, Mie Prefecture, Japan
Age: 14
Grade: 9th Grade
Year of Attendance: 1rst Year of Attendance
Gender Identity: Cis Female
Race: Cursed Human
Natural/Racial Abilities: While she is a regular human being, the curse that has been bestowed upon her by an ancient Oni altered some of her natural abilities. While she doesn't have any substantial increased strength, the curse has forced her body to be in peak shape, naturally having the strength and dexterity that could be compared to that of a teen Olympian. Her natural healing capabilities are slightly elevated. Cuts, bruises and sicknesses such as Colds/Flu's that took days to heal from, Now only a took a couple of hours, while more intense injuries and ailments take days, the worst of course taking a while for recovery. Her durability fall close in power level to her strength, not being incredibly durable by any means, she is capable of taking quite a few punches.
She also does have a natural inclination for combat arts, both with and without weapons. The curse makes sure it's host is capable of learning and exceling at the art of fighting. Her ability to pick up martial art techniques, specifically with that of combat methods with bladed weapons was frightening. Though to her, the weapons just seem to make sense in her hand and it was as though she already knew the techniques before having them taught to her.
The biggest increase to her natural abilities however, would be her speed and agility. She is incredibly gifted in acrobatics and balance, knowing how to push her body to the extreme and testing her limits. Because of this, she is a natural at free running/parkour, as well as climbing, specifically free climbing. Her speed is most certainly her most unique natural ability. Not being fast enough to compare to a speedster, she is well past the speed of a human, capable of recorded speeds up to 30 mph when straining herself. She is probably capable of higher speeds but has not been interested nor challenged yet to push past her current limit. A special factor about the curse's "gifts", is that the abilities will constantly increase the more she trains and uses them, behaving like muscles almost. The more work and effort she puts into bettering her natural ability, the better they become.
At the end of the day however, she is a human first, so she can be killed by the typical standards and has similar weaknesses, just more resistant than the average person.
Height: 1.65 m (5'5 ft)
Hair Color: Blue
Eye Color: Red
Distinguishing Features: She has a couple separate distinct features, the first being her eyes. A borderline bright red, Her slit shaped irises, similar to a cats, was a symptom of her curse. She's been told that her eyes make her face intense and wild, as if she were attempting to stare through whatever was unfortunate enough to catch her gaze. They also appeared to have purple specs within the pools of red, that would create an almost glitter like effect when hit by the light. Her eyes also are slightly larger then the average, making direct eye contact with her sometimes overwhelming. Her next feature would be her hair, a beautiful sky blue, her hair color and eyes were a trait every first born of her family had. It would be medium in length, passing her shoulders and seemingly thick and naturally straight. She also sported messy bangs, long enough to be able to hide her eyes away from any onlookers. The two together gave her a very mysterious and sometimes angry appearance.
The last feature, and probably her most blatant feature is the marking on her right hand. While it appeared similar in texture and appearance to that of a hand tattoo, it was a birthmark. Her family had come to call it the "Branding of Shuten-dōji" the marking every first born received to indicate he/she was Cursed with the Oni's power. If stared at for long by an onlooker, the birthmark seemed to move just ever so slightly and dude glow red when she uses her power.
Appearance: Eri has what could only be described as a wiry frame, small in stature, she had long flowing arms and legs. The Ikehara Clan held all standards, body, health and hygiene, for their first born children to an almost unachievable level with no exception. Her posture was eloquent and proper, years of constant punishment for slouching or bad posture in meditation leaving a permanent mental scar. She also had learn to seem invisible when needed, or prideful and boastful when she needed, though she tended to attempt to make herself seem small and invisible as to not draw attention to herself. She did have a somewhat toned body, a result of both the Ikehara Clan and the curse she was born with. She's also a runner, using it as the only time she could really have to herself when she was living on the Ikehara Family Compound, so she prides herself on fitness and keeping her body in peak shape. She also has been training in a couple different martial arts almost religiously since she was 7, so her body does have definition. Someone very lucky would find a very shocking sight when compared to her stature and personality.
Personality: Eri is a very puzzling human being, who like a cake has many layers within herself. At a young age, prior to her and her family becoming aware of her powers, she was bright and bubbly soul. She had been known in family and friend's circle, as the shining star of the Ikehara family. She seemed to be the type with an obvious path towards the entertainment industry. She was always seen smiling and laughing, her laughing being the type that seemed infectious. Her piercing and wonderful eyes always "seemed so full of wonder" her mother would say to others. And in truth they were, Eri always curious about the world around her and how it worked. While people around her growing up would have pegged her for the entertainment type, she was more interested in STEM. The random and unpredictability of nature was something that mystified the child. Dead set on becoming a scientist of some sort, she became increasingly more interested in school as she began kindergarten.
And she would excel, her wonder and excitement showing through in her efforts for school. She would have been well on the track to an accelerated school path, however all of this wonder, brightness and success she had, would quickly be ripped away when she at the age of 7. After activating her powers while playing with a knife, she became scared of what she was capable of, as did her family. What was once fun and wonder, had turned into hatred and fear, her parents pulling her out of school after seeking advice from the family elders. She would be taught by the elders of Ikehara, who were all holders of of the curse. While on the outside this would seem to be regular homeschooling, every first born upon manifesting their curse's power, would be recruited into the prolific Clan's secret. Trained to one day become warriors for the Ikehara, ninja and samurai who donned the "Branding of Shuten-dōji". No more was she allowed to be happy, or excited, no longer allowed to be the bright and cheery soul she was born as. She would have to become quiet and refined, "invisible" to an onlooker. She would become the perfect warrior that the Curse would allow her to become.
After she started her training, she wasn't allowed to have any contact outside of her family, and so she became somewhat emotionally stunted. She was never to have any emotion in front of her elders, everyday she would have to hide her feelings, burying them deep down into her psyche. While not every first born Ikehara was broken from the training, Eri was not fortunate to be included with this lot. Their methods of training and homeschooling made her a fierce and cunning child. What was once exceling at schoolwork, was now exceling at combat. She was forced to learn to be resourceful, distrusting, mysterious and even wary of everyone who wasn't her family. Though the learning was more akin to brain washing, breaking the once bright and cheery girl, into an emotionless battle ready warrior, ready to sacrifice for the greater good of the Ikehara Clan. She will always want to be bright and bubbly again, but the hold that the Ikehara Clan has on her makes her more likely to stay incredibly introverted and to herself.
Aspirations: With this new opportunity at a new life, free to learn and do what she wants, she wants nothing more than to change the status quo that the Ikehara's first borns are thrusted into. This is the one thing her mother begged for her to change, when she was leaving Japan with her father's help. Her family weighs heavily on her shoulders as she was on track to become an elder. Though she does have wants outside of fixing her family. She wants to learn what it means to have emotions again, to want to learn new things not because it's what the Ikehara wanted of her, but because she wants to learn them herself. She misses the now blurry and faded memories of her early childhood, when she aspired to be a scientist. She wants to discover the world with her own eyes, not through focused lens of the Ikehara clan. Though above all else, she wants to become stronger not just to protect herself and her immediate family, but to be able to ensure no one will ever again exploit or overpower the girl.
Fears: -Her family, more specifically the Elders and Older Cousins -Becoming nothing more than emotionless husk -To never be able be more than what she was taught to think of herself as -The capabilities of her curse
P O W E R I N F O R M A T I O N
Strengths: -Above Average Proficiency in hand to hand combat -Extremely Proficient in Bladed combat (Knives, Swords, Axes, etc) -Above Average Speed, Strength and Healing Ability -Extremely Agile and Nimble -Specializes in infiltration and Combat -Extremely capable Human Box Cutter
Weaknesses/Flaws: -Only a cursed human, so susceptible to typical human things -She has an extreme fear of her family through psychological manipulation -While she is capable of taking a beating, she is not incredibly durable -Wounds from to knives, bullets, extreme temperatures, etc, can kill her if a major wound. -She currently does not have a means of mid-long range combat -Without a bladed weapon, she is just a human who is fast and slightly stronger then the average human being
Magic Type: Personal
Magical Focus: "The Never Dulling Blade of Shuten-dōji" - while magical in nature, this curse does have some unique qualities compared to the average Personal Magic Type. Given to every first born of their respective familial branch, the Ikehara Clan's ancestors, one of the first Ninja Clans of Feudal Japan, made a deal with a powerful Oni in order to achieve great power. While it was sold to the Ikehara as a blessing, in truth the curse was only a means for Shuten-dōji to attempt to find the perfect avatar. Given a tattoo-esque birthmark at random on their bodies, the first born would be destined to become a solider for the Ikehara Clan's family Ninja, and many years later, Samurai. Giving them one of the many abilities Shuten-dōji had, it is a roulette of sorts.
Eri's Curse allows her the ability to cut anything, with any bladed weapon. Meaning she is capable of cutting a steel door in half with a butter knife as an example. Any blade she touches, will be branded with the same birthmark that stains her hand. Though the mark will remove itself once leaving her hands, she can use the hands of someone else, an example being, guiding ones hands while cutting into a wall. However this is a more upper level example of what her ability is capable of. Using an example to explain how the power works a bit more, if she were in a situation in which she would have to cut a piece of metal only, that sat on a wood table, it would require some focus. Meaning if she were to become distracted or lose her focus, she would cut not only the metal, but the table and if deep enough, the floor as well. As it stands now, she must use a bladed weapon, such as the Tanto she is seen with at all times, or weapon made for combat (i.e Katana, War Axe, combat Knives).
The Curse also has some baseline properties given to every holder of the magical ability. These being above average speed, slightly above average strength and healing abilities. It also makes learning combat techniques and abilities much easier, being able to pick up what would normally take years in a matter of months. The curse ensures above all else, that the host in peak shape and health and a suitable host, if in the event they become a suitable match for Shuten-dōji's Avatar.
Anything else? -If She were to have a battle theme or general theme, this would be the song/vibe. -She likes music, and will often be seen wearing ear buds, as it was her way of tuning out the world when she was homeschooled. (She specifically loves fusion/bebop jazz) -The idea of loving anyone scares the fuck out of her, so she's in a gray area with her feelings toward any type of relationships.
H i s t o r y o f E r i I k e h a r a
The life an Ikehara consisted of two paths, one being a rich bureaucrat, living in the high society of Japan's upper circles. Living in houses placed on compounds on the roofs of skyscrapers, going to secret parties full of the wealthy elite. You would never have to worry for a thing, and you would have access to any avenue. You wanted to be a high stakes player in the Japanese Stock Market? Done. You want to become a tech company able to rival those in the top 100? Easy. The path's were unlimited for the lucky Ikehara Clan members born after the First Child of their familial branch. For their family held within its circles, a secret so deep, it touched some of the very roots that snaked through the Japanese Government and Economy. The Ikehara was a clan whose existence was kept very close to the chest of Japan's high society, both politically and business wise.
The Ikehara Clan has been around since the days of Feudal Japan, a clan of farmers, turned to bandit ninjas after the local lord had their crops confiscated. They were a small fish in a fast ocean at first, knowing any attention from a big fish would mean the instant eradication of their Clan. But with no meaningful returns from their new avenue of business, they instead turned to a more mystical means of gaining more fortune and power. Climbing to the highest mountain tops in country side, they found themselves at a place only known as "The Pond". It was said a mysterious man lived deep within a cave, where a lush jungle and pond at the center laid inside, upon the tallest mountain in the region. The rumors of the man were said to be that of Sage capable of giving blessings to clans offering up something equal to what they were asking for. With nothing to lose, they came to the great sage, pleading to make their clan both successful and powerful enough to keep what was theirs. In turn, they would offer up every first born to be his acolyte, something the sage had never been offered before.
However what the Ikehara were blind too, was that the Sage was nothing more than a power Oni, one named Shuten-dōji. He had been sealed in the cave, by the very sage he was appearing to people as at the center of the pond. Making the deal with the Oni would yield instant results, as all of the current Ikehara Clan members at the time were given the "Branding of Shuten-dōji" a tattoo-esque scar that appeared in different places for each. They were all blessed with unique abilities the Oni was capable of. As would every first born of a new familiar branch, And in the matter of years, the Ikehara had become one of the nations greatest Clans, supply a spy network of ninja's all through Japan, and eventually supply Samurai for armies and the like. Surviving through many wars and conflicts, the Ikehara family would slowly begin to wipe any trace of their warriors, and instead replaced their family trade for bureaucracy.
This step would allow for the evolution of a Clan known for their seeming mystical warriors, to one of the richest and business-savy Clans in japan. It also allowed the family to survive through the many different emperor and eventually complete political changes Japan would face through it's history. While they were not the most powerful, or the most rich, they gave the argument for the Clan with the most influence for the many hundreds of years they've existed since meeting the Oni. This is a rough explanation of the Ikehara Clan's history and leads us the birth of Eri Ikehara, a "Cursed Child" of the Ikehara. Though her story is far from the normal within the clan.
Born to a second son of the Ikehara Clan, Ryoto Ikehara, and a daughter of an effluent Japanese Tech Company CEO, Naiko Oyama, the two were bond together by an arraigned marriage. Though this didn't mean they didn't love each other, they weren't necessarily in love at first. Ryoto had no interest in having a child, painfully aware of what it would mean for the kid, while Naiko, who was in the dark of the Ikehara secret, one dream was to have children of her own. Through many years of abstaining from trying, Eri ended up as an unfortunate accident, a phrase she would become all to familiar with. Born a healthy baby girl, she of course was born with the marking of the family curse, as well as the signature blue hair and red eyes. However unlike most in the Clan's recent history, her powers didn't manifest immediately, and so she was allowed to live with her parents. Though her dad kept his distance from the girl, her mother cherished the beautiful little girl.
The mom would take her everywhere, spoil her rotten almost, and for the first years of her life, she was the perfect daughter. She was known to draw the attentions of parties with her beauty and pure joy and wonder. At a young age, she was always curious of the world around her. She would ask her mother what sometimes felt like thousands of questions in the day. And her mother always obliged, never growing impatient or tired of the girls questions, and Eri would say this is what caused her to want to be a scientist at the age of four. Her mothers unending support, and the constant compliments and love that her family and friends would give her, was sending her on a path of incredible success and wealth. But all of this would change one summer day when she was seven. After watching a martial arts movie for the first time, her mother finally lamenting and letting her and her siblings finally watch one, she was left to enjoy herself for the rest of the day. Sneaking a steak knife out in secret, Eri would playfully slash at the air, mocking the movements she had seen on the screen with surprising ease. Deciding her shadow opponent was no match for her, she turned her eyes on an old tree in their families garden. Said to be over a hundred years old, this tree had come to be one of Eri's favorite spots to come play. And so, looking at the tree and playing slashing around it, Eri went to slice into the Tree. Closing her eyes at the point of contact, the resistance she expected to feel, instead felt as if she had only slashed the air.
Opening her eyes, she was met with the alarming sight of a diagonal clean cut, as if it had been cut through with an enormous bandsaw. Immediately crying for cutting down one of her favorite places, she was crying so hard, she neglected to realize with the tree was coming down towards her. Out of seemingly no where, her father suddenly scooping her up and dived out of the way, as where she once stood was now a crater in the ground from the weight of the tree. Her father stood in disbelief at the sight of the tree, confused as to how it happened. Though once he saw the knife in his daughter's hand, he very quickly put it altogether. Grabbing the knife from her hand, he dragged the girl into her room and locked it behind her. Despite already crying and protesting, her father was now even more cold-hearted towards the girl. After an hour of no contact, she heard her parents talking outside her door. Though she was too young to understand what they were talking about, she could hear that her mother was furious, something that Eri had never heard from her before.
It was then that the house seemed to shake, as a helicopter landed in the garden of the house. Eri was unable to see out the window completely, so so she was unsure of who exactly it was. She heard what seemed like the whole house beginning to scurry around, something that happened only when an important guest would be coming. Then she felt it, as if there was something watching her in the shadows of the room. She experienced a full body shiver, and her body immediately was covered in goosebumps. Then the house seemed to fall silent, making her out her ear to the door. She was only able to make out the sound of a person walking with a cane. The slow tapping started faint at first, becoming louder with each tap. Stepping away from the door, her curse brand glowing as the tapping stopped in front of the door. "Open the door child." Her body moving involuntarily, her movements inhuman, as if she was simply a puppet on strings. Her body ached in pain beyond an unbearable amount, but was unable to utter a word, not even cry a single tear. Eri opened the door to be face to face with the oldest Elder of the Ikehara Clan.
Masuyo Ikehara, said to be the greatest head of the Ikehara Clan's very long existence, was only small in stature. Any person who underestimated the tiny woman, would find a swift and almost always, tragic and horrific death in their not to distant future. She embodied the Ikehara Clan within the very fibers of her being. There was nothing more important in this world then the Clan's success, and there was no success without ruthlessness and power. Her 60 year's of being the head of the family, and before that 15 years of being the head of the Ikehara Clans warriors at the age of 20, left a prolific era of change for the Ikehara clan. Before, they were a part of high society, now they lead it, admired by the other clans. Not only ruthless, she had a brilliant academic mind, understanding science and technology was a new frontier for them to conquer. She even personally trained the First Born's on account of her Curse's power, "The Kings Will", a magical ability that allowed complete control over someone's body and mind. And this is why she was here, after quickly accessing what Eri's ability was, she whisked the child away without a second thought. Her parents unable to even say goodbye to her, she would from then on become a part of the First Borns ranks.
It was suffice to say that Eri would never be the same after the meeting with Masuyo. She was immediately taken to the Ikehara Clan's first estate, though it now looked like a small fortress compared to what it used to be. She would be stuck within its walls for seven long years. In this time, she was not spared one bit from the "homeschooling" of Masuyo, maybe even being pushed harder on account of starting her training at a later period then many of the others. Masuyo would give Eri private lessons, in which the child's identity and personality was slowly, maliciously, picked apart and rewired. Masuyo was disgusted with the little girl at first, making sure to never let the girls bright and wonderful personality come out in front of the old woman with her power. Masuyo started with the little girls mind, and once broken within the first couple months, reforging her so to speak into a cold and quiet person. Then when the old lady felt satisfied with the results, she would throw the child into the proverbial flames of sparring. Sufficiently getting her shit kicked in for months, Eri who had never fought, nor come close to any negative confrontation, was suddenly consistently bullied by the others. It didn't matter if she was a frail little girl, her more experienced cousins spared no sympathy for the girl and in a way it accelerated Eri's growth tenfold.
She refused to simply be broken by the Ikehara, and so she adapted. She would become the chameleon her elder wanted, a capable warrior who pushed through every obstacle placed in front of them. She trained harder, pushed herself further, it was almost as if a switch was flipped in her brain. What she would later come to realize as her psyche finally breaking under the pressure, Eri would quickly become ruthless, pushing her sparring partners to the limit after finally improving substantially in combat. This would transfer over into her other "studies" as well, what was once hatred, become dedication to the cause. Of course this was all artificial, a way for Eri to hide her true feelings and keep the heat off of her. Within the first two years of her new life, she would already catch up to the majority of her cousins. Masuyo was on record as saying Eri's growth was alarming and might need to be limited in order for her to not become too powerful before fully under her wing. The elder saw the potential for an Ikehara who could follow in her footsteps, if guided the proper way. And so, this would be Eri's norm. Eventually focusing her combat arts into a terrifying mix of Jujitsu, TKD, Ninjutsu (Japanese martial art of unconventional fighting) and Kenjutsu/Kendo. She also exhibited a knack for most bladed forms of combat, on account of her curse's ability.
This would continue on for many years, up until her 13th birthday, to which a turning point had happened. Standing close to the top of the class at this point, Eri had become a force to reckon'd with, within the First-Borns of her generation. She was frighteningly ruthless, and with a nasty power to bat, whispers that Eri could potentially follow in the footsteps of Masuyo began to circulate first within the First-Borns, then within the clan. Eventually the Japanese Government caught wind of the talented child, and attempted to recruit the girl from Masuyo. Offering something to good to pass up, Eri was to be shipped out within the next year on her 14th birthday to a Japanese Military Black Site. By this point Eri had given up on trying to go against the status quo of her family. How could she ever stand up to Masuyo and the clan, hell she didn't even know if her parents cared for her anymore, as she hadn't seen them since the day Masuyo took her away to this hell. She resigned herself to the idea that this was really going to be her life forever. And so for a year, Eri was trained evenharder, to insure she would be ready for the Japanese Military. It was until the night before she were to leave, that her mother and father came to her in the night. They seemed to simply teleport in front of the child, Eri not even being able to recognize the two. They on the other hand, rushed the girl into a group hug, even her father tearing up at the sight of his now teenage daughter. They couldn't explain how or why they were there, just that they were going to save her from the reaches of the Ikehara, if only for a little while.
They would explain that they had secured her a place to go to a school for people like her. She would be able to learn whatever she wanted, and be able to become whatever came to her. It was a ticket to freedom, a new chance at life, to be a kid again. Somewhere safe from the Ikehara's money and power. They told Eri they would teleport her to a dock on the Japanese coast, that would have a man who would smuggler her out of the country. Once free, she would be met at a dock on the west coast of America, where a school representative would be to pick her up and insure she made it to the school safely. With the sounds of the alarm suddenly blaring, her father took her face in his hands "Im sorry for distancing myself from you, I know nothing i say right now will fix it, but understand that I've done nothing but miss and worry about you since you've been gone. I love you my daughter" he said before teleporting away. An explosion rang out on the otherside of the compound, as Eri's mother took the childs hands and held them out. "I should have fought harder for you, we both should've. But we cant change what happened, only what will happen. We'll see you in a couple months once this all blows over and we can just...talk, okay? I would say i love you my little one, but you so big now. We promise to make it up to you okay?" Eri the whole while unable to speak. She had thought about what she would say to her parents for letting this happen to her. But now that they appeared infront of her, she was frozen. All she wanted was to cry in her mother chest, as so she did. Though for only a moment before more explosions closer to Eri's room rang out. "I'm sorry my baby, there's no more time left, take this and show it to the man fishing at the end of the dock. He'll be wearing a gray jacket and red fishermen ha-" her mother stopped and looked towards the door. A kick suddenly rang out against the door and her mother put her hand on Eri's head. Mouthing I love you, Eri was very disoriented as she was suddenly teleported to an undisclosed Dock in the city.
The rest essentially writes itself and now Eri will be enrolling for her first year of Anepool Academy. It has been an exceptionally rocky ride, as she was wired to not trust anyone after years of mental and physical abuse. Anepool helped with her rehabilitation, as a part of the deal her parents seemed to make for her, and while she was a couple of months out of from the school year, everyday was an intense challenge leading up to the start of the school year. She met with a therapist, who only after two months of listening to the woman talk did she open up. Really after finally be able to speak about her past to someone who wasn't her family, she was able to start the process of becoming a regular kid again. While she had never killed anyone, the environment she was in at the Ikehara Compound could only be described as hyperviolent. Telling someone lifted both a metaphorical and a mental barrier for Eri. And by the start of the school year, she was rehabilitated just enough to be able to participate in the school year. She is still most definitely a work in progress and everyday is another day further from the hell she came from. She is working hard everyday to try and retake her life back from the clutches of the Ikehara Clan.

Gwen also happens to have a bit of a chip on her shoulder, as she was considered a criminal for the death of her Universe's Peter Parker and Killed Her Universe's Harry Osborn, who had become the Green Goblin. Now in this universe that she mught permanently be stuck in, she vowed to do better then she did before. To be the best, not because it was cool, but because it was her responsibility.

History:
Gwen Stacy was born in Forest Hills to George and Helen Stacy in the Universe-65. Following her mother's death, she was raised by George alone, the new City Police Chief. Gwen's free spirit and artistic inclinations often put her at odds with the type of ethics her father worked to instill. As a result of this contrast with her father, Gwen would often retreat into quiet seclusion and play the drums. Over time, she developed a friendship with her neighbor and fellow introvert Peter Parker, sharing their love for music. At Midtown High School, Gwen developed relationships with other students, a group of girls with whom she formed the band, The Mary Janes, and rebellious affluent student Harry Osborn. After being bitten by a genetically-engineered spider, Gwen was granted arachnid-like super-powers, and started a part-time career as a crimefighter, dubbed by the media as "Spider-Woman." She was given a costume and a set of web-shooters by retired crimefighter Janet van Dyne. Gwen spent most of her early adventures focused on exploiting and maintaining her newfound attention more than helping those in need; however, Gwen's behavior changed after her father expressed he believed Spider-Woman could easily help people.
All of this was culminated into one moment, when Gwen was forced to make a choice between saving a burning apartment building and making the Mary Janes first headlining show. Ultimately saving the dozens of people and helping the fire crew put out the fire. However in turn, inadvertently ruining the Mary Janes big debut, and almost getting them dropped from their record label. The band would make the decision to drop Gwen, and thus began Gwen's switch into the full time profession of being a superhero. And it would continue on this way, still going to her old bands shows, they weren't on speaking terms, but she was happy to see their success. Deciding to go to college with Peter and Harry, it was there that she began to get to comfortable with her double life. Do to her being busy, she wasn't able to see the trio's crumbling relationship. Both of the men would begin to become toxic with their obsession of Spider-Woman, envying her power in different ways. For Peter, he envied the freedom and popularity spider-woman had, the lack of becoming Peter Parker dooming him to forever be the meek, glasses wearing nerd. While Harry wanted the power that Spider-Woman had, thinking of all the things he could accomplish with just a sliver of her power.
And both men's path began to divert off the deep end, both using their respective resources to begin their own path to what they wanted. Peter would work with largely discredited Dr. Olivia Octavius, to find a way to bridge the gap between technology and mind. While Harry would use one of many Oscorps R&D Blacksites in attempts to create powers similar to that of Gwens. All the while both would appear cheery and happy when the three would hang out. It wasn't until the end of the school year, that Gwen began to notice how frequently the two skipped class. Not only that, but the two began to look drained, bags under their eyes, they seemed almost sickly. And worrying about her childhood best friends, she made the choice to follow Peter first. Coming to a laboratory on the outskirts of the city, it was there that Gwen would witness in horror, Olivia injecting nanites into Peter's body. It seemed as if his body had been undergoing this seemingly painful procedure a hand full of times, his Torso riddled with Metal Flesh scars. Unsure of how to handle this discovery, Gwen turned to Harry, hoping he was simply just off being a snobby rich kid. But he too would shock her, after finding he was attempting a similar procedure, instead using what appeared to be genetically manipulated Wasps to try and alter himself.
Stuck on her own, she turned to the only person she felt she could trust. A young kid named Reed Richards, who was known as the Forefront of the future in technology and science. Asking him to look into what the two were doing, she would come to find they were both attempting to give themselves powers to achieve different things. Opting to talk to them both as Gwen instead of confronting them as Spider-Woman, she naively thought she could talk them out of their crazy actions if she made them confess too her. And so she did, a couple nights later when the two were over watching movies. It was painfully quiet as the two now seemed to talk less and less in the timespan she had last seen them. Slowly bringing up that she felt something was off with the three, she attempted to coax out the truth from the two. But neither budged, saying it was just her imagination, but this angered Gwen. What was suppose to be a simple talk, escalated into a shouting match, until the accident happened. Harry in a stroke of rage would push Gwen, the argument both hitting a crescendo and an instantaneous stop, followed by immediate shock from all three of them. Both the mens bodies would begin to finally react to their experiments as their stress peaked, falling to the ground in pain and agony. Peter would then become this universes Dr.Octopus, his arms made of nanomachines implanted in his brain and body, while Harry would turn into a twisted hybrid of a wasp and grotesque green skinned human, becoming this universes Green Goblin.
The three would fight an intense building, Peter attempting to kill Harry, while Harry attempted to kill Spider-Woman in his confused twisted mental state, destroying multiple city blocks in its wake. The two would eventually flee with major injuries, leaving Gwen to try and fix their destruction. As a result however, she became the cities scapegoat for the damages and deaths, despite her trying her hardest during the battle to save the people in the three's path. Following that day, the publics opinion of Spider-Woman plummeted as every time Gwen would catch up to either Peter or Harry, sometimes both, the same result would happen. Not to mention J. Jonah Jameson and his podcast cult following slandering her any chance they could. Her world seemed to uncontrollably nosedive in the matter of a couple months. What was once a city that loved Spider-Woman, the peoples champion she had been called, was now hunted not only by the Police, but the citizens themselves. She still had her supporters, but she would often get attacked in the street by an angry mob. All the while Peter and Harry would wreak havoc all over New York. The two become determined to kill the other, Harry for Peter getting in his way of killing Spider-Woman. Peter on the other-hand was trying to protect Spider-Woman, figuring out she was Gwen after the first time they battled. Though often to the determent of innocent people, he only wanted to protect the woman he had loved since highschool.
Then after a year of the city falling to chaos as Gwen began to stop fighting crime and focus on capturing Harry and Peter, Harry would cross a line that couldn't be uncrossed. Luring Peter and Spider-Woman into a trap in the sewers of NYC. Goblin would use the one-sided fight of Gwen against Peter as the man tried to convince her he was on her side, despite killing dozens of innocent and contributing to the chaos of the city. Harry would attempt to sting Gwen in her heart, her spider-sense letting her move out of the way. Peter, however, was both unknowing and unable to move out of the way. Struck through his heart, Harry laughed maniacally as Peter coughed up blood. Removing the stinger and flying away, Gwen caught the dying man, attempting to seal his heart wound with her webs. The hole in his chest would result in Peter Parker's death moments later. Blowing up the ceiling above them, Harry attempted to flee, while burying the two under the street. Gwen pulling both herself and Peter out of the rubble, citizens almost instantly began filming her holding the mans body. Knowing this was only going to make it worse for her, she chased after Harry, catching him at an abandoned railroad. While before she was pulling her punches, the death of Peter Parker sent Gwen into a blind rage, her strength overwhelming Harry, who underestimated the woman's rage. Ripping his wings off so he couldn't escaped, Gwen beat Harry Osbourne to death, only realizing he stopped breathing after trying to ask him why he killed Peter. Never taking a life before, Gwen was horrified fleeing the scene in tears.
Of course unknown to Gwen, the security footage of her fight and eventually killing of Harry Osbourne was leaked to J.Jonah Jameson and by proxy the whole world. Thus began the worldwide manhunt for Spider-Woman. During this time, Gwen stopped being Spider-woman for two years, deciding that Peter and Harry's death could have been avoided if she had never put on the costume. It wasn't until her father sat her down and told her that he knew she was Spider-Woman, and that the city needed her more then ever in her absence. However to their surprise, the two would be visited by a team of Spider-Hero's lead by Spider-UK, looking to recruit Gwen for an upcoming battle that involved the many different Spider-Totems (People connected to the Master Weaver through their Spider Powers) called the "Great-Hunt". A monster like being named Morlun and his family fought and seized control of the Master Weaver, using their ability to travel across the multiverse and kill Spider-Totems one by one. She was sent on a mission of retrieving a Peter Parker who had lost his mind to the spider abilities. Through a journey of twist and turns, Gwen would help save the multiverse from Morlun and his family. She also would learn about the many different Spider-Totems and gain many new allies across the universe, as well as technology in the form of a watch that allowed her to jump to different universes when she wanted.
In her months long absense, Matt Murdock, who had previously been a underling of Kingpin, and leader of the Hand, had usurped the big man and taken New York into his iron grip. While people feared the Kingpin, the city dreaded the cunning and ruthless blind man. With a new sense of purpose post-Great Hunt, Gwen wanted to do better, not only for herself, but for Peter and Harry's memory. And thus began her on and off fight against Matt Murdock and S.I.L.K, a terrorist organization that had even the Kingpin himself under their thumb. It wouldn't be until she turned 23 that another change in pace would happen for her. In a long winded plan, spanning many years, the Cindy Moon of her universe finally revealed her plan. Setting Gwen and her father up, she forced Gwen to make the choice between being Spider-woman and saving her father. Cindy revealed that she was the one that made the spider that bit Gwen all those years ago, and using the same serum, developed and Anti-venom that would get rid of her powers. Choosing to save her father, Gwen ultimately lost her powers for a year, and lost her universe jumping watch to Cindy Moon. Having walked well away from crime-fighting, one night while she was jogging, she was ambushed by Esmerelda Brock, or rather She-Venom. Getting saved by the Punisher, she inadvertently touched a part of the girls symbiote. Venom immediately latched onto the woman and Gwen would black out. Coming too at the top of the Empire State Building, she would find that she once again had her powers back, with a little spice so to speak.
Intoxicated with having her powers back, she would drop her title as Spider-Woman and thus would be known as Ghost-Spider, a ruthless superhero known for having a hot temper and short fuse. What use to be quipping jokes, was turning into threats and anger. The Spider-woman that pulled her punches was for the time being replaced by the Venom corrupted Gwen. It wouldn't be until she found herself arguing with her Father about her recent actions as Ghost-Spider and she had the sudden urge to eat her father, that Gwen realized Venoms corruption. Running away, Gwen snuck into the Mary Janes recording studio, where she would use the power of punk-rock to separate herself from the symbiote. Before forcing it into submission with electric drums blasting off multiple speakers. Gaining the aliens respect, the two left the studio, but unaware to Gwen, the symbiote had accidentally left a piece of itself behind. That would later find its way to Mary Jane who stopped by the studio by herself to work on some music. It was here that the birth of the monster Carnage was born. Mary Jane's hidden emotions rising to the surface and taking the corruption of Venom to a new level. She would become Gwen's most dangerous villain, in a span of a few days racking up a kill count of a couple hundred, the city would be placed on lock down in fear of this new Red goo Monster. Though the connection that Venom had with Gwen, Mary Jane hard learned the secrets of Gwen and became blinded by her rage and hatred for Gwen leaving the band and walking away from their friendship. Going for Gwen's father, she nearly killed the man until Gwen intercepted her, the twos fight spanning the whole city. Hours of fighting and chasing each other, eventually culminated in the two fighting at MSG, where Gwen used the sound system to separate Carnage from Mary Jane and destroy them.
Mary Jane would turn herself in, permanently scared by Carnage both physically and mentally. She would be unable to play music ever again and suffered short-term memory loss. Her only memories of Gwen being from highschool, MJ treated Gwen like a friend again, completely forgetting the bands break up, or any of Gwen's secrets. After the event of Carnage, Gwen then would begin to form a friendship with Venom, teaching it how to be a proper hero, though sometimes not always ending up this way. In the following year and a half, Venom and Gwen had developed an unbreakable bond, finding family in each other. They moved as one cohesive unit and together they began to track down Cindy Moon. With this new and improved version of Spider-Woman, the two naively believed they could match up to the brilliant villain. After months of following breadcrumbs, they came across a secret underground S.I.L.K base, where once inside and sneaking past many guards and soldiers, found themselves in front of an enormous gateway. WIth no sign of Cindy, Gwen attempted to find out what exactly this giant machine was. Until the alarms rang and the room flooded with S.I.L.K agents, Cindy Moon clapping condescendingly. Gwen would once again blindly fallen into yet another trap, Cindy impressed with the woman's new look. Gloating to Gwen, Cindy thanked her for the watch, saying she got so much use out of it. Gwen putting the pieces together, realized the gateway was simply a bigger version of the watch, a door big enough to transport a whole army. Taunting the woman, Gwen attempted to fight back, but Cindy bid her a farewell, signaling to turn the gateway on. Leaving as an army of goons began to slowly back her towards the gateway. Unable to escape and facing death, Gwen made the choice to jump through the gateway, deciding wherever was on the otherwise was better then getting the shit kicked out of her.
And this is essentially how she came to be in this Universe, with no way back home, she did attempt to look around for a familiar face. But she quickly realized this Universe seemed largely unaffected by the events of the Great Hunt, so it was unlikely she would find anyone that she would recognize and vice versa. Trapped in this new universe, Gwen sort of decided to start fresh for many different reasons. If she could gather allies here, she could tell them about her universe's Cindy Moon and S.I.L.K having a multiversal portal, with access to anywhere and any time. She also wasn't considered a criminal and public menace in the way she was back in her home universe. It was a nice change of pace, and she kind of welcomed a do over in a way. So she began to slowly surface in the hero scene, doing just enough to not cause big enough waves for Spider-Man to come and investigate. She was unsure of how to handle meeting Peter Parker. She had read that this Universes version of her had died from a Spider-Man related incident, so she could only assume Peter would assume she's a bad guy pretending to be Gwen Stacy or a clone, both judgements possibly leading to the hero community attempting to hunt her down. However this would all be for naught, as she was approached by Nick Fury after inadvertently recovering stolen Shield Technology from some medium level thief's. Getting caught on Fury's radar effectively thrusted her into the Hero community tenfold, working with Fury a hand full of times before he asked if she would be interested in joining the Unlimited Initiative. After hearing about her Universe's Cindy Moon, and getting to work with her first hand, he said this could be a good thing for her. Befitting both parties to gain allies and to be able to work with Cap if Cindy ended up showing up in this Universe. Thus is her beginning on the Avengers team.
Supporting Cast: Nick Fury - Currently her biggest ally on this universe, she had originally been hired to help Fury wrap up some loose ends regarding stolen shield technology. Though Shield was no more, Fury saw Gwen's potential and saw a potentially good addition to Cap's New Avengers. He also is currently the only person who knows Gwen's identity and her situation. Helping both Cap and herself, Fury is the reason Cap considered Ghost-Spider for the team despite not knowing her true identity.

Finished my CS, I did change a decent amount of her origin story, but tried to keep the same general idea's and plot for her, also added some minor villain changes. Please let me know if i need to fix or clarify anything, history especially
