I have never NOT shat on a Teemo adc. Though, when someone feeds him top lane he can become a problem for me later on. I used to main Jinx then decided to switch it up. MF is much more reliable for me.

In my opinion, the best adcs don't rely on mana, save for the clutch ulti here and there. Build and play for your auto attackes.
