I have gotten so sick, that I have taken the day off; Thus, expect some posts from me. It's bitter-sweet, isn't it?

Surely you jest, Comrade! To create an equal solution to falsified dental problems, we must create such dental products equally. Dentistry licenses must be required by the state so all may contribute.

@Akayaofthemoon whoops, did not know. Thank you.
Just wanted to make a quick announcement: If anyone wants to collaborate on fusion ideas and concepts between both their gem and Clinohumite, feel free to shoot me a pm. Just a little disclaimer though: It's going to take a while for the feisty orange gem to warm up to anyone right away, RP-wise that is.
Unless you're extra charming

Oh, also, @Kronshi and @Akayaofthemoon, is my backstory for the Clinohumites good to go? I wanted to make sure it would fit into the SU lore and atmosphere before editing it right into my CS.

Some other subtle notes in the mural:
  • Pink Diamond's feet and base are crumbling in her mural, perhaps alluding to her death and 'shattering'
  • There are red auras around three of the planets circling Yellow Diamond's head, perhaps Nebulas or even stars that she's conquered near those planets.
  • Finally, and perhaps most importantly, planets White Diamond has conquered seem to have moons that brandish the line of planetary axis or ring(s). No other diamond in the mural has moons with those lines. Thus, this leads me to believe that some of the dots in White Diamond's mural represent solar systems she controls, with the moons now representing planets and the planets representing stars or other large, celestial bodies.

Damn, I should do this conspiracy work for a living.
@Gisk Seeing Pink Diamond in the mural only holding up Earth, which has only one dot by it, I would infer that the small dots placed by larger circles are supposed to be that planet's moons. As well, you can actually see what kind of planet the diamonds captured. The size of the circles, as well as the lines crossing through a few of them, could very well indicate their actual size compared to other celestial bodies and if they have rings (like Uranus or Saturn). The lines could also represent a planet's axis.
@Kronshi Here's a little write up on the Clinohumites.

EDIT: Oh, and also @Akayaofthemoon if she wants to take a gander.

@The1Rolling1Boy Same. I really want to add a little bit of backstory behind the Clinohumite gems and what they were designed to do for homeworld, but I bet I've already blew the GMs brains out with enough questions already. Guess i'll elaborate on it in my first post.
@Peridot@BrassOtter Now, an interesting thing to ponder is: are gems mainly considered second-class citizens in Crystalisis? Like Otter said, we have gem mutants and perhaps some un-corrupted gems coming to the surface to suddenly be introduced to this huge host of humans learning all these things about their alien race. Also, Kids now pick on other kids for looking like gems: Gem = derogatory term, correct? Not to mention that a kid's parents could very well be giving them ideas for insults based on the 'lower-class' and 'strangeness' of gems they discuss at home. Furthermore, it doesn't really help an alien race's image when they have marks for 1) mutants coming out of the ground and 2) ancient damage that may have changed Earth forever, even if it wasn't specifically put in text books.
As well, you can also take into consideration Crystalisis social, political, and town structure. Beach City was a small town with many of it's citizens having lived with Gems their whole lives, much like Crystalisis, but the city is extremely small and extremely lax politically. The crystal gems and Steven could very well make up a good 2% of all of the inhabitants there, and thus, a lot more people get to know them and do buissness with the aliens. Crystalisis, on the other hand, is a sprawling metropolis that needs a stricter political agenda in order to deal with crime, population, etc. Say some bureaucrats see a glowing green man in the middle of town shooting lasers: with that strict political and, perhaps, social viewpoint in place, it could very well be assumed that Crystalisis and it's leaders are going to think him a threat. Combine that with un-mutated gems being a minority, corrupted beasts a majority of a minority, and a larger population to provide bullies: You have a good mix for racial injustice.

So, who wants to start the Gem Civil Rights Movement?

EDIT: Thanks for the welcome, @Raijinslayer! I'm so excited to roleplay with you and everyone else.
