Are they really that numerous? From your sheet I had the impression that the Temple of Kal's Passion was tiny and hated, like the Westboro Baptist Church. Maybe a few hundred or couple thousand members, but not big enough to be a national threat.

How big/powerful are they?

I didn't mean to give the impression that they were that numerous - there's only a few thousand- what I meant when I said "we couldn't possibly get rid of all of them" is that it would upset things too much in KalMea and lead to too much chaos to try and get rid of them.

EDIT: But, as mentioned in the sheet, they are rather wealthy. With wealth comes power, especially in KalMea

I like the idea that he said something different for each of us, but they followed the template of "You are become ____, "

I imagine Vestec would be "You are become death, destoyer of worlds"

Babur isn't a crazy burn-them-all zealot, he's at least somewhat reasonable. He also values KalMea's trade and military support greatly. That being said, doing nothing undermines the Ajdar Faith, and by extension undermines Tin's respect and his respect as Sultan.

If Tin had its way KalMea would simply execute/arrest all the extremists, starting with their leader.

Babur might be urged by advisors and nobles to demand that KalMea does this (or maybe even to tell the Ajdar in KalMea to rise up everywhere and kill the Kal's Passion people) but he won't do it. Instead he'll just clench his fists.

We couldn't possibly get rid of all the extremists: it would only make those that survived the onslaught that much more passionate, and would lead to conspiracy theorists saying this was all part of a Tin plot to destroy Kal's Flame, and Mulspan is playing right into it.

But this can still be a certainly interesting point in the RP, I think, which is why I decided to throw it in there
