I always respond to OOC tags within 10 minutes, but I respond to PMs within 10 days. I don't know why- I suppose it's just because PMs are so easy to brush aside and forget about

@Vec is right, though. I thought about it and realized that Ull + Vulamera would work. Cosmos and Intelligence creates someone who has power over the cosmos, and is intelligent enough to use it for portals. Hence, we have the Kitty!
So that's also an option.
So is Vowzra plus anyone except maybe Vulamera

Because Mammon controls the Submaterium, and Ull'Yang controls space! Those two together = Portals

I advise you to think about which characters you like the best. Do you like Ull'Yang? Make him your father. Hate Vulamera? Don't her your mother, even if you think it would make sense. Just forget about what is logical and focus on who you want to be interacting with, instead of what domains combine the best.
If it comes to it, I could use Mammon. Submaterium &c. works well with space and doors, plus he's magic.
But you could just have one parent. Mortal/God pairs produce demigods too.
Ya, but mortal/god Demis are much weaker than god/god Demis.

I suggest Vowzra (@Kho) and Belru (@The Omnipotent Sphere), or if that doesn't work, Belru and Mammon (@Fabulous Knight). You could also do Ull'Yang (@Vec) + Belru or Ull'Yang + Mammon could also work.
Failing those, Mammon + Vulamera (me!) MIGHT work, if we stretch our imaginations. We could say that Vulamera's intelligence combined with Mammon's submatterium created a Demigod who could control the Submaterium and had the intelligence to manipulate it into creating portals. Personally, I would LOVE for Vulamera to have another Demigod :D
Ultimately, it's up to you. Just think about who you want to interact with.

Vulamera would. She's an invisible cloud of consciousness- she can do it with anything that has a mind. Can it think? If so, she can fuck it.
Not that I think Vulamera, Goddess of Mind, is a good potential parent for your character, because I can't see any way Mind would lead to Space- I was just making a joke.
