Current My Italian friend just asked me if it's true that all Americans are fat. I'm offended but I can't stop laughing.

I always respond to OOC tags within 10 minutes, but I respond to PMs within 10 days. I don't know why- I suppose it's just because PMs are so easy to brush aside and forget about

I don't have any finals, but everyone else having finals is slowing down my RPs. Second-hand busyness.

I know it's time to go to bed, because I just started wondering if maybe the whole universe is a single cell on some alien's ass

If a tree falls in the woods and Fox news isn't around to see it, is it still Obama's fault?

Poor Namilee! I will send them some edible non-kazzlehorfs and a hundred episodes of Kazzlehorf Adventures for free if they stop by to help them on their way. Maybe a repair drone or two if they give us a pet. It was like giant monster eating a cute harmless critter. Just arbitrary and savage

I know!

I hate the X'Cor now!

All races, the Coalition, the Federation, the Xim, the MONARCH, and the Kazzlehorf will all BAND TOGETHER TO SAVE THE NAMILEE @Shorticus
This is what I have thus far.

Also, have some mood music.

EDIT: And yes, I plan on these guys being super pseudo-pacifists. I'm tentative to give them any weapons to start with at all.

This is the best sheet so far, and probably the best Nation Sheet I've ever read. And it's not even done

If you haven't already, transfer this beauty to the Characters section.

The Xim will have some pity on the Namilee, for while they aren't overly-caring, they do have souls xD
They will also probably dislike the X'Cor, so you can imagine that if the Namilee need help, the Xim will provide them with weapons, or genetically engineered super-soldiers who are capable of fighting on behalf of the Namilee, although I'm guessing that the Namilee would not accept an offer of military aid

Kazzlehorf will be so pissy that you think they are not 'all-powerful' and would not want to share his DNA. Kazzlehorf would never want to dilute his perfect DNA with that other species. Kazzlehorf is all that is good, no need to improve things. DNA of Kazzlehorf is the best DNA already, this experiment is idiotic and has no value. Kazzlehorf will demand a alternative deal. How do they feel about TV? Kazzlehorf has the best culture and media. Thousands of episodes of "Kazzlehorf Adventures" will be sent to your faction. There is no better media around.

(Kazzlehorf is convinced it is the perfect thing at everything even with mountains of evidence to the contrary. Kazzlehorf is totally convinced it is being the perfect diplomat when it throws out offers like this. The reason why things never go right with kazzlehorf is because all the other factions have horrible and unreasonable diplomats who don't know the perfect being of which there is no comparison to even when it is clearly staring at their face.)

The Xim will accept the deal for TV, then secretly take some of Kazzlehorf DNA when they kill the Explorer.
Kazzlehorf is perfect already, no need for experiments.

The Xim believe they can acquire perfection and even godhood through science and genetic engineering. They want Kazzlehorf DNA to take anything useful from it and add it to their own genetic structure, while discarding anything not useful. Kinda like the Borg

If the Xim achieve their goal, they will have the strengths of every species and every conceivable being, with the weakness of none. They will truly be the perfect beings.

Kazzlehorf may not be all-powerful, but if they've survived long enough to reach the stars, they must have something useful that the Xim can add to their DNA.

That is what the Xim would ask for in exchange for killing your Explorer.
My captain ironically will not be Kazzlehorf. My captain will be Kasahov. Who is literally the worst thing in the whole universe if you ask kazzlehorf. Kazzlehorf will try to get whatever faction they can, even the ones trying to kill Kazzlehorf to think of the most creative ways to horribly murder Kasahov for its deviance. The more humiliating and drawn out the better, and please film it for Kazzlehorf. Kazzlehorf will love you for that.

The Xim will probably greatly admire and even look up to Kazzlehorf for their (as the Xim see it) harmonious society and genetic structure.

They don't like cold-blooded murder, but they might take up the offer to kill Kasahov, especially if they can harvest some of his genes for experimentation and engineering.
Kazzlehorf has something like that.

It is called mastrabation.

*sigh*

No need food, want material. Must build more, must construct more ships.

I don't need material! I can grow my ships with regular food.

ALSO, 100TH POST
Kazzlehorf will give you lots of food for your animals.

By that we mean your populace.

We have the most advanced technology in the galaxy!

Xim also have "pleasure stimulators" which is a device that directly activates the part of your brain which triggers happiness. With the press of a button, you can feel complete joy all day!
@Hael On the note of technology...

So, I wanted my species to be VERY advanced technologically, but have almost nothing designed for warfare. Given that, and given that I'm planning on having a population of roughly 10,000 remaining, what sort of limits would you suggest for me technologically?

Very few limits on tech. I'll let you do pretty much whatever you want, since you are a small minority that could never use that tech to Godmod against other Nations. I'll even let you circumvent the ban on high-power replicators. REPLICATE TO YOUR HEART'S CONTENT.

BUT, I should warn you, the Xim will attempt to acquire that technology for themselves, if they can. Not through violence, most likely, but through bribery, cleverness, friendliness, aid (I.E. giving the jellypeople weapons to fight the X'Cor) and maybe some intimidation. But they would never actually attack.
<Snipped quote by Hael>

Hmm, the Xim appear to be of too little mercantile importance and severely lack the expansionist drive necessary to be considered fit for aiding the Republic's policy of rigid internationalism at the cost of native populations' cultural and economic integrity. We gleefully accept the Federation's offer of alliance.

Boooo!

Although, while the Xim do have a strong economy, you're right about the lack of mercantile importance. They aren't much for trading or warfare or expanding. But they're the most technologically advanced races in everything except weaponry and ships.
X'cor are animals with spaceships. Very disgusting things.

x'D That's pretty accurate, actually
