Oh, and I thought I'd make a quick index of some possible aura flavors for seniors. Remember, while empowered aura isn't the same as semblance, the two can often be connected. It stands to reason that if your semblance is water control, and your character's color blue, your flavor would be water. The main aesthetics that you'd be concerned with right now are Channel, Burst, and Guard. I'll give an example. You can get creative:
Wind:
Visible air currents spiral around the character's arm and fingers, slithering over the surface (channel)
A blast of wind, like a balloon full of gas popped, flows out from the point of impact (burst)
A miniature hurricane raged beneath the attacked area, spinning and repelling the assault (guard)

Razor:
As the character's arm moves, the fingers and knuckles cut through the air, leaving streaks (channel)
A huge arc slash, as if a blade had been swung faster than the speed of light, defends the point of impact (burst)
The incoming attack is blocked by an invisible edge, causing sparks and sounds of metal on metal to appear (guard)

Other flavors include:
Fire, sand, ice, water, blood, dust, light, sound, soapbubble, shadow, electricity, shot, acid, ink, glass, fog, and pretty much anything else that can act as energy, be channeled through the user's arm or leg and into objects of creatures, by condensed into a single point and then explode outward, and provide an increased aura defense to keep blows from connecting.

Staring at Sepia with a blank expression and dead eyes, he tried his best to maintain a 'I'm not amused' face. He was unable to hold it for long and burst out laughing. "Oh, come on. Now you're just patronizing me!" He decided to play along, doing an odd bow in his seat. "And good day to you, m'lady! Hmm! Yes, indeed! Please to make your acquaintance once more! 'Tis truly delightful to be prattling on and so forth with a lovely lady such as yourself!" He laughed again, easily amused.

He was taken by surprise when Sepia posed an interesting question to him, seemingly at random. "What, are you doing some kind of documentary on the students of Beacon? Some sort of expose into the daily lives of a Hunter-in-training?" He teased, lightly tapping her knee with his knuckle. "Well, while your question was kind of out of nowhere..." Shiro's gold eyes slowly scanned around the classroom. Gren apparently knew one of the new transfers into Beacon. Other students were coming in last minute and taking seats next to their friends, chatting with one another. Smiling warmly, Shiro crossed his arms over his desk and rested his head on them. "I'd have to say just being around other friendly people. Getting to know them and just hanging out. Enjoying our youth. Sounds corny, I know. Like my 'joke' from earlier. But really..." Shiro shrugged. "Really, that's one of my favorite things. Just getting to know people and making new bonds. Y'know?" Shiro turned his head, locking eye contact with Sepia. "What about you? Since you've asked me that question, it's my turn. The ball is now in your court. Tables turned on you, Miss Sepia. What's your favorite about Beacon?" He tilted his head slightly out of curious habit.
