@LuckyBlackCat In terms of buying them, you'd have to wait until we got far as Ponderous or Qualeen. Gyms still have tutors, and definitely still hand out TMs. I'll give everyone free reign on their TM from the gym (assuming they conform to the gym's type)

@LuckyBlackCat Yep, and it seems we'll be pretty staggered anyway as Nox, Laach, and Dabombjk are already en route. It ought to make the gym battles more manageable.
