MoO

Moo tumbled to the ground, rolling away before jumping back on her feet, just in time to see Hiruq attack. The wolf was tossed away, but not far, as Moo jumped in the air to catch her furry friend. They both hit the ground, courtesy of catching a giant wolf. Moo moved her new friend off her and moved to her feet. She watched the others prepared their attacks.

"Moo tiiired’a dese… no’alai bu’ no’dead t’ings… actin’ weird, hittin’ Moo frens… If tha’ not-dead, not-alai t’ing wanna trah guess wha’ Moo du… den—"

Moo looked around and set her eyes on the girl with the scythe. "Moo surpriise wit’ DIS!!" The horned woman rushed towards Yumi. She grabbed her by the clothes on her back, swung around and threw her like a missile towards the enemy. "Geh! Sma’gir! Slii-slii-slii!!"

Moo wasn't going to let her new friend, hood girl, suffer alone. She rushed the enemy while swining her right arm in circles before spreading it open, ready to clothesline the crap out of it! "Eeh’ dis! Yoo no’alai-no’dead… uggli t’ing!!"

Moo hated the smell. Her pretty nose couldn't take much torture anymore! She crouched down to cover her nose up, for an instant. She saw the wolf moving ahead to fight whatever was next and she had to follow along. It was fun fighting alongside the beast. He used his teeth and claws while Moo punched and punched harder, it was amazing. Then the party was ruined.

A big cloud rained and destroyed everything around them. Moo could only shield her eyes and grit her teeth as she felt a slight burn on her skin. She recognized the attack. It was similar to what the girl with the funny ears had done before. Once the attack was over, the horned woman looked around for her new friend and the others.

Her amber eyes navigated the scene before the settled on the figure up ahead forming and standing up. A smirk creeped on Moo's face. That was the big boy she wanted to punch. Not only that, but it was focused on her big eared friend, Yume. Over Moo's not alive and completely dead boy would she allow that!

The moose girl lowered her head, stomped the ground with her right foot and then charged. She knew she wasn't close, yet. But if she could get that thing's attention away from her friend, who Moo was starting to think she was a humanoid rabbit because of her big white ears, that would be enough!

"Gah! Sm'll laka'krap!" Moo shook her head, trying to shake off the nasty odor covering the battlefield. Moo wasn't about to let a stinky situation stop her though.

She watched as the big dog, that came out of nowhere basically, joined the fight and started tearing through the dead. The village had sent support to burn those that were not alive and not dead but still moved like if they were alive but smelled like the dead but they were neither alive or dead, which Moo understood perfectly well if you asked her.

"Das'wadda'akin'bout!" Moo cried out as she rushed to the wolf's aide. She jumped into action next to him, protecting his back as she punched anything getting closed. When it was two or more, she slapped her right bicep and then clotheslined them and sent them flying back. It was like fighting along her friends back home and she was loving it!

"Buurn'em?! Haa'mah s'pose'du tha?" Moo called out, annoyed that her brute force wasn't enough. To make things worse, more of them were coming out. She had to figure out how to do it and fast. Her first thought was to ask the small magical girl with the funny ears, but she ran into the forest, probably going to do magic stuff. Moo didn't understand but she understood.

She set her eyes on the dead but not dead but not alive either that she had taken down, it was still moving. How was Moo supposed to set them on fire? She couldn't shoot lightning like the sky did! She didn't have magic! Or did she?

"Ooo! Laik em, wachu'ma'killit, dra'goons? Yeh! Moo trah tha'!" She walked over to the zombie getting back up. It was simple, she had to scream so load that fire would shoot out of her mouth.

Moo took in a big deep breath and then, "MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH!" She let out the biggest scream she could, even shaking the snow and ashes around her as she waited for fire to erupt from her. Then, all of a sudden, from her belly she felt something hot, boiling up and then, "BURP!"

Moo groaned, it hadn't worked. She looked at the zombie getting back up and punched it back down with a basic attack. She set her eyes on the army coming in after them and her team. Moo rushed to the new wave, jumped into the air and came slamming down, aiming to shatter the earth in front of her and create a hole to keep the monsters in.

The chaos around bothered Moo. She wasn't there to help them before and she didn't like that. Made her question how things worked. For a second, then the time to fight arrived. Moo stretched her arms up high. Normally, she would have a cocky smile plastered on her face. But this wasn't a combat, a test of strength or skills. Her enemies weren't even alive or not alive, they were dead but not dead, she hated how that didn't work and how they defined nature and the fact that someone or something is using living or dead creatures that way. No smile. Just an upset Moo.

She set her eyes on the big group, so many of them. But the big panda took them on by himself. Fine, she would ask him for a chance to fight the next big group after this. The small mouse moved quickly and soon the beautiful blonde human warrior followed after to help out. The feline female also joined the fight, leaving a few more unalive undead let. If Moo wasn't going to get to clobber a lot of them at once, she was going to hit one really hard!

Moo got down on one knee, aimed her head at the third zombie and charged, moving across the distance before she leapt across the ground and dove head first towards the poor soul or souless in front of her.

"It is pretty impressive, isn't it? I haven't named it yet, but it feels like a she for some reason." Ruby drank from her mug and set it down, leaning forward on the table. "The secret to swining it around with ease, is anger." She smiled with a soft growl coming from her chest.

"I just think about what I hate the most. I put their stupid mutt face on the target and swing, with all my might. At first I would get really tired, but now, I barely even break a sweat." She leans back on her chair and smiles as if watching something in front of her. "I could still hear the howl of my first victim. They thought they were so tough with their big claws and teeth and out of instinct I just grabbed this scythe and slashed it down. It was beautiful." She picked her mug up and chugged the entire thing down before setting down on the table.

"What's an internesh?" Ruby's eyes rested on Yumi's. "You watched a show on that? Is it a town?"

Moo knew a true friend when she saw one. Hiruq gave her a bowl and she would risk her life to save his, that's how friendship worked. She didn't hesitate to take the warm meal with a big "Dank'ya!", and slurped it down as if her life depended on it. After she was done, she had two more. If she was going to punch those that are not alive and not dead at the same time, she had to make sure her fists were ready to break through anything, old bones or mushy meat. Then she closed her eyes then and there and fell asleep. She snored softly, being soothed by the sounds of the others talking and her ears twitching now and then while she sat there, back straight and head held high, but sleeping deeply.

She suddenly woke up when she felt the others starting to move, which meant she had to get going also. Moo let out a big hearty yawn and patted her cheeks before standing up. "Guna pawnsh'em nutliverz, huh?" She moved her shoulders in circular motions while following the crowd towards the outside.

Moo stood in the cold snow and she could feel the warm meal running through her vains as she took her hood uff and tucked it under her arm. She wasn't going to depend on some silly cloak to keep her warm, her heart and soul would do that for her! She started walking behind her new leader, Hiruq. "Ca’wai’ta stahrt punchin’ deez ded t’ings tha’ ain’t live’n ain’t ded at saim time."

Moo shrugged, it was so weird, but not as weird as the former opponent she had. The big thing she and the small white haired magical girl with the giant ears, had fought in that dream like world. Still, Moo liked punching things, especially those that deserved it, like those that refused to die.

Moo had just given them the key to victory and nobody seemed to have noticed. Even the tiny mouse thought they were gonna hug them or something. Then again, she wasn't a genius, she was just good at hitting stuff and of course, eating.

To be big, you gotta eat big! At least that's what Moo believed in. She learned to eat from mama bear and oh boy could she eat. Moo patted her belly and started walking towards the gathering where people where getting their meals. It smelled good! Something about being around humans that Moo grew to love was the way they mixed all kinds of things to make new and tasty meals. That and beer, oh boy did they nail beer.

Moo walked over and took a sit down at the edge of the table setting her bag stuffed with bark jerky down. Then it came. A nice big bowl with a nice warm feeling and a scent that made Moo slap her knees and howl in joy. "Na'dis'botta'be guan'em 'elichious teizzty dangs y'all'mix'em stafph intah guan em big'ol'bawls, ain'tit?" She grinned and looked down at her meal. "Dank'ya!"

Moo put her hands around the bowl and put it up to her nose, sniffing the delicious scent before slurping it down like a thirsty moose on a hot Canadian day, I don't know, it was just really loud and quick slurping, okay? Moo put the bowl down and sighed loudly. "Kennet'gal git'sum'ore?" She called out, raising her hand and waiting patiently in her spot.

If there was ever a solution to never stopping nightmares, it was to drink yourself to sleep, right? That was Ruby's goal, get so drunk she would wake up days later, finally enjoying a good night's sleep. She picked up her mug from the bar and looked at the mellow looking drink. She sighed, knowing very well that it was a terrible idea, but she just wanted to sleep through one lousy night.

Ruby looked up from her beer and searched for a spot to sit down. None of them looked inviting, bunch of drunkards. Her red glowing eyes scanned the room, hoping to find a nice looking chair, table or bed... but it was all the same stuff. That was until she spotted the scythe. It was a nice looking one, not as great as hers, but nice all around. If she was going to enjoy someone's company, it had to be someone who had the same taste in weapons.

Not to mention, it seemed it was a girl about her age also. Perfect. Ruby walked over to the table, set her mug down and sat down. She didn't know if she had to ask permission or not, but she was already there. Her crimson eyes looked at Yumi, nodded and then looked away. This place was still strange to her.

Before she had just been told to take some sweets to her sweet grandma. Nothing out of the ordinary. Until she got to grandma's house. If it hadn't been so dark, if she had seen the stains on the walls if she would've ran away as soon as she heard the voice and the growls. She had been too naive. After having every second of her death ingrained in her head forever, she woke up in this strange world. Only to realize there were a lot more like HIM.

If it weren't for the small group she had formed a band with, she would've probably gone insane already. At least, she found someone like her, even though she looked a bit drunk.

"Nice, scythe. Are you and adventurer?" Ruby said with a tone so relaxed, it felt heavy. "I have one myself, more for slashing and tearing than cutting."

Moo was not that much ammused by the talking and explaining, like usual. She did however, give Yukan a big toothy grin. She recognized a strong ally and a potential opponent in the future to test her strength. Besides the giant racoon warrior, she didn't care much about the other lady or the guard. Moo just chewed on her bark jerky when they mentioned her and nodded. She was Moo.

The reunion with the others did peek her curiosity though. So many warriors, so many she could challenge to a duel. But, it wasn't the time for that. They were going to fight these so called undead. Which didn't make any sense to Moo. How can someone be undead? If ya ain't dead, then you're alive! You can't be not dead, because dead is a thing and not a not thing! Some of these people were supposed to be super smart and yet it was humble Moo who seemed to understand they were not dead, just badly alive.

Moo's ears did perk up when someone asked for food. While her jerky had been good, she could go for a bowl of something else. But first, she had to fall in line and talk about her abilities like everyone was. It was pretty simple, just look at her and you knew what she did.

"Am Moo. Y'all kenkal meh Moo. Ay heet stagh n reely'ard." Moo scratched the back of her head. "Ay laik'em celmun." She added in case anyone was taking orders.

Whatever the case was, food or not, Moo was ready to start hitting stuff. She did wonder about the strategies they were going to use to fight this army of not living so well beings and that just made Moo remember that one time there was a overwhelming amount of fish in the river that she and her brother bears couldn't catch them.

"Jus'gutta am grab em laik won'o'em crabbers. Ya'now?" She looked at Yumi and Itsy before at the rest of the group. "Paw!" Moo opened her arms and then closed them, making a circle in between them and her chest. "Laik'a crabber, pinch pinch."
