I mean. There is nothing that's "balanced" in One Piece. There could be Logia's before the New World, even before the grandline. The reason there's the least Logia users is because there's fewer Logia fruits than of the other fruits. So if we would have 5 DF users, out of which one was a logia, that wouldn't be odd. In a OOC-Balance point of view though, I could argue that would be a little overpowered.

That's a lot of text. Though, Ostarion, you're wrong. That's not how it works. The Logia does scale with your own power, as showed by Ace whom oringially was getting mauled by Whitebeard when he joined the crew. And by the time of Marineford Ace was third strongest on his crew. His powerlevel increased, he didn't just become smarter and more used to his power. Akainu was stronger than Ace, which is why he could kill Ace. Not because Akainu's power was more powerful than his. Though: Personally, I would suggest doing an elemental Paramecia instead of a logia power mostly due to the Logia power being very powerful and usually considered to be on par with Mythical Zoans.

Name: Javian Northstar II Age: 19 Race: Super Human: Javian is a Super Human. Really what it means is that he comes from a line of humans with extraordinary genes. He posseses no 'unnatural' abilities. But Super Humans are just naturally above average Humans. Comparable to Fishmen in physical attributes. Height and Weight: Javian is a rather tall man thanks to his heritage putting him at a height of 226 Centimeters and a weight of 102 kilograms. Pirate or Marine: Pirate. [Appearance] Tall dark and handsome. Javian sports eyes with a brown color and a golden trim. His hair is black and short, the bangs ending just above his eyes. He is usually seen wearing leather jackets and a regular shirt under it, matched with hardened leather pants and big boots. He also carries a plated shoulder pad on his right shoulder that used to belong to his father. The Shoulderpad is very special to him. Bounty: 0 Beli Personality: Honorable, loyal and truthful, this is the trinity that is the cornerstone of Javian's personality. He's a knight in spirit, always there to stand up to evil and protect the weak. Honor before all, to never back down and to always stand his ground. With this strong sense of morales, it might seem odd that he chose to be a pirate, but he despises the world government and the Marines due to their atrocities that had been committed to Javian's family. He personally thinks of himself as closer to a Revolutionary than a pirate as he has no ambitions to become the pirate king, but instead become powerful enough to change the way the world works. To break down the world government and the marines and create a new form of law enforcement. An institute that isn't corrupt and cowardly but instead noble and brave. History: wip. Abilities: 'Dragoon Style' Javian was trained to be a agile and powerful warrior, a Dragoon. A warrior wielding armor and most notably a lance and utilizing such things as tall leaps and heavy strikes. His style means that he can hit very hard with one move but it requires him to have extensive precision and dexterity to execute. Techniques: Wip. Inventory: His Spearblade: Closer to a glaive, really. It allows him to fight with it like a spear, but also use it in close quarters combat like a sword. Northstar Shoulderpad: The Shoulderpad holds the power of the Barrier Barrier fruit, as it was designed to be able to withstand the force of a dragon's fire. It's power is however based on the strength of whoever it is being used by. Javian can only use it by holding his hand on it thus activating it. The Shoulderpad can generate a directional shield, as well as a entire protective bubble around Javian. Currently the barrier is able to withstand cannon fire for a short amount of time. Marcus had remained quiet while the others were talking. Not because he felt shame for being drunk, or even missing the mission. He felt nothing regarding both of those. In his mind it was Fenrir's own fault for not making sure he was there before moving out. He definitely could have figured out where Marcus was. Probably even sniffed him out. The team were talking about the youngest member of the team, the girl. Belle. Marcus had never talked to her, he disliked kids. A shrink would have a field day with that one. Still, he did like how pure and untainted children were. They weren't cynical like the adults. Adam spoke up. "I know that some of you don't believe that Belle should be, but I was trained to become a hero at an even younger age than Belle. I know it seems crazy to have such a young girl on a team like this, but I will put trust in our leader's decision, and sometimes we have to grow up faster than others" Marcus scoffed, as he spoke up his boot-clad feet still on the table in front of him, leaning back in his chair. "And look how you turned out." His retort was filled with sarcasm. "Though, as much as it pains me to say, I'm with meathead over there, and Wolfgang too. Training her is the smartest move. Batman has taught a handful of kids and most of them turned out all right. We keep her out of the field to avoid any 'Tactical mishaps' like the one I'm sure happened during the mission and she should be fine. Discipline would help her control whatever feral side she has." Marcus ended his sentiment with a scoff. "6 A.M you said training was, right?" Mark confirmed, putting his feet down on the ground and standing up, walking out of the meeting room and heading towards his quarters. He had a bottle of Jack Daniels waiting for him. "Anyone care to join me for a drink? You sorry lot sure look like you could use one."
