@The Harbinger of FerocityI apologize for taking years to respond to this. I have been gone all day and I've been reading this through my phone. I don't see anything wrong with this profile, HOWEVER, IC-wise, your character is going to face a lot of shit more than once being "unregistered." To make it more realistic, he should be registered but his file should only be kept by those who have the "need-to-know," which are very very few people. This will avoid him constantly getting picked up by law enforcement or even the Task Forces IC. He will be detectable, but they won't have the authorization to view his I.D. which will tell those types of occupations, "Oh okay. This guy works above my need-to-know." He also won't have issues passing into establishments that have special detectors.
