@Letter Bee I would agree with @The Fated Fallen on all points.  What you've written of fine.  What matters most is how you plan on integrating it into the story.  

The only thing I'm super strick on is character creation.  This is a fantasy world, but I like to take everything with a dense of realism. I've drawn many parts of the story/setting from d&d, but this is not a d&d game. We have some players here who are more comfortable with a d&d character,  while others enjoy the flexibility and freedom outside of that structure.  As long as it makes sense and is not all mighty powerful (I hate powerbuilds- it ruins immersion), then your character should be good to go. 

Our story settles in Silver Lily Island, which is I suppose,  in the middle of everywhere and no where.  The island itself has been plagued by wars, the mages wanted to rule supreme.  We're currently 5 years after the first war,  and the predecessor of the original antagonist (Jeltheor) is attempting to force rule a second time. This time,  he's created rifts in the fabrics of the realm, allowing demons through to do his bidding.  Or so he thinks. 

Waeldeshore is the main town on the island,  about the only thriving/surviving place currently.  It's townspeople, for the most part, are extremely weary of magic. 

We've successfully gotten through our first chapter,  where our unlikely group of heroes were victorious against a demon attack. We're now moving into our second chapter,  where the group will be traveling up into the mountains to retrieve an artifact that is rumored to destroy the demons. 

I work a 9-6, mon-Friday and often am in bed quite early (I've turned into an old lady, I know <.<) but I try to be around as often as I can to mediate, navagate and contribute with my own character.  There are many here who can also help if you have any questions,  or if you need help with something.

She brushed off any tension from the previous conversation and looked up at Clay once more with her usual smile. 

"The tavern may be quiet, but we're still here." She says,  displaying her best customer service smile.

@Dark LightHer face reddens slightly, and she quickly tucks her necklace into her blouse. 

"Of course, right away", she muttered

Unless @Dark Light is gonna post, I think I'm going to slip off to bed :p

@timelord1101 She merely shrugs. "I wouldn't quite say I'm a 'hit it and quit' it kind of gal, so you've got me on that one. I'm not saying that I'm looking for a relationship necessarily,  but I do expect an effort of some sort. These little boys tend to think they're grown men, meanwhile they're just little wussies not even worth the effort. I'd like something with a little more substance."

She takes a sip of her coffee,  idly fiddling with the ring dangling off her neck. 

@timelord1101 "Sure, sure...he was eyeing all of us" she chuckled softly. "Though he didn't seem to be the commitment sort. There was a wild element somewhere, but he didn't seem to worried about passing me up when I mentioned I couldn't sit and chat..."
She looked over Alex a moment, thoughtfully. "Though you are much prettier than I, you do have that danger sense about you which I lack as well. .."

@CandiBarr "I'm good, thank you dear. That stuff doesn't sit right with my stomach.", she said with a grateful nod them returned her attention to Alex.

@timelord1101"because ever since he came in here, you've wanted to know about him, now you're looking for am excuse to talk to him" she smirks.
