I'll throw my hat in this

EDIT: And, boy, do I have the perfect faceclaim for this
That it is. Especially if one doesn't have to opportunity to play the game live. Best of luck.
@Gilgex Maybe even too late, unfortunately. By latest intel, the launch was aborted.

Though I can't really speak for the GM.
Synth approached the location of the meet, monitoring the net in the back of her mind. She spotted a familiar style of coding and a gentle smirk stretched her full lips. Impatient, are we? Don't fret, little jacker, I'll be there soon enough. But the world does not revolve around you.

Synth felt her spirits rise at the impatience demonstrated by the data peddler. Of course this could be due to a number of factors. The jacker knew what they had and couldn't wait to unload. They didn't know what they had, but knew they had heat on them and, again, couldn't wait to unload. They were young and impatient in general. Synth could speculate like that for hours. But she didn't need to. The building where the meet was scheduled was in her view and she'd taken the appropriate amount of time to scout it out.

News of the incident at Ori's party was already aplenty on the net. Synth felt her anger coming back as the news focused on the injured CEO and completely ignored the staggering amount of casualties. And for what? Just to get to one corrupt corp head. Or was that incredible display of lack of subtlety just a smoke screen for something deeper, far more cunning and devious. Synth didn't know and didn't care. All she cared was the people who payed the price for those silly power struggles between the corporations and between the corporations and the criminal element. And now she'd lost three of her people to this silliness. Three lives given to save one. One would think the price was too high. But not for the people who'd payed them. Each and every one of her teammates was prepared to give that and more to offer the chance of freedom to those, who never imagined it possible.

Is it all in vain? Synth wondered as she reached her destination sending a quick ping to her impetuous data jacker that she'd arrived and business could be had.
@Morose I will take this (someone using the faceclaim I finally settled on) as a sign and withdraw from this. Thank you for your time and have a ton of fun with the RP
Lonett sighed as the obstinate orc rebuffed the reasonable offer of the colorful gnome. They didn't have time for this. Time was of the essence! Undead hordes were amassing and a vile ghoul empire was allowed to expand and prosper underground. And now, it appeared, it was attempting to spill out onto the surface. Added to that the threat of giants and an ancient dragon collaborating. Lonett used her shield as cover and emitted a birdlike chirp that would remain indistinguishable from the local bird life, but that held a completely different meaning to a certain owlbear. 'Approach my position with caution. Do not expose your presence.' Was the message the ranger sent her companion. She then stepped forward a bit, placing herself between this Krusk and Kethen, the elder, as he appeared to Lonett the most frail of the group.

"If I may... Master orc." Lonett spoke. "We have not the time to stand here and listen to you contradict yourself. You either want Valkyr's blessing. Or you seek to issue challenge to him." The ranger gripped her shield, Kord's sigil clearly visible in the center of it. "My companion here has told you how to obtain the first." Lonett motioned towards Scrapmouse. "As for the second, we care not how, when and where you do that." The ranger locked eyes with each of the orcs. Her gaze burning with determination and a hint of irritation. "If you seek glory in battle. Join us. One, or all. And you shall have it!" Again Lonett made sure to lock eyes with the other orcs as they seemed more malleable then Krusk. "But if all you want is to stomp your foot on the ground and demand attention from the gods, then we cannot help you as we do not have their ear!" The ranger stood tall. "Now kindly make your choice. Or let us get on with our urgent matter." There was a note of veiled threat in Lonett's voice.

@Morose Looking over at the characters submitted so far I don't think what I had in mind for mine would fit with the cast so far. I guess I'll wait around a bit to see some other characters, but this is a tentative withdrawal for me, unfortunately.
@Guardian Angel Haruki Why... That bloody thief!
@Guardian Angel Haruki Jesus, what are you feeding him?!?
*sighs* Ugh, sometimes you just should not delve too deep into google search. I won't be using that faceclaim >.<
