Background - Only born in the far plains of Redwood, his beginning was filled with turmoil from his first breath. Sickness seized his heart and took the use of his arm, and from the moment he was able to move he worked. Poverty itself was a challenge to overcome, and an aspiring monster hunter should have no lesser equipment.
Soon, he seeked familiarity. He found his desire in bounty hunting, at twenty. This, he figured, was a respectable job. Of course, his arm and illness was the only thing holding him back. So, he conjured the Witch of the Wilds. He would grant him his wish. By her word, his arm was restored! 
In perhaps a different appearance.
Abilities - 
The bullets he crafts are what he calls his magic. His gun, Peacemaker, upholds his law. His crossbow doles out justice, as he sees fit.
His weakness is simply his ailment- it will claim more of his body and later, his life.
