Just as planned..well, except for the fact that the insurgents arrived sooner then expected and began to target him as well, although luckily it could easily be assumed to be misses on the Tiger team from their point of view due to how far away the group was and how inaccurate they could be. Time to get going! By they time they drew close enough to get a good shot off, bullets whizzing around him all the while, he darted around the corner to safety and stealthily made his way around back and over to the back entrance, opening it as silently as possible, peeking inside to make sure that they hadn't heard him. They hadn't, but that wasn't all luck because they would have had to have been looking his way in order to catch him, not focusing on the battle at hand. Rez let out a smirk as he leveled his gun at one of their backs; the one standing furthest to the left of the group.

He would attempt to take them all out before they noticed him, nonchalantly letting loose his entire clip in six seconds as he strafed from left to right, riddling the area with thirty fresh new bullet holes, hopefully each body filled with around half a dozen of his bullets so that they could all share in on his "present" to them. He didn't take time to aim too much in order to get them all covered as quickly as possible before they had time to react, so it was possible he'd miss some of them, but if they didn't notice him in time then the odds would be greatly lowered.

If they turned around and attacked him then he'd duck back out of the door and behind the wall to it's left side, reloading his clip as quickly as possible in preparation for the next engagement. They probably wouldn't be able to rush after him due to the gunfire from the opposing side, so he should be able to pull this attack off with little difficulty.
So which character of mine would you want to fight with whom? I kind of want to try out Kragimaeus. Though I'm fine with using any from my list.

I briefly scanned his sheet. Electric types are super effective against flying types so Evvie may be in trouble if we went for that matchup.
And a normal sized mouse that stands on its hind legs really couldn't stand up to even a normal human. So it's just kind of unfair.

I can find a way to loose to that.

So it seems @DJAtomika (maybe?) @ImportantNobody are free for a ranked match?

And @Skallagrim too if he's willing.

A 2 vs. 2? Or everyone versus Skally? ;)
I don't mind fighting a loosing battle, but of course if I know I'm going to lose I might as well make it unranked.
I'll wait for further info and see if my schedule clears up a bit before saying for sure.
I might do it.
Hell, I'd even consider something zany (I'm just writing this off the top of my head) like a system where 2-4 players start a game (FFA or 2v2) with nothing on their character, spawned in some battlezone with a randomly generated description. And as they play, they get random "cards" that range from giving them random items to buffs to debuffs. And maybe the randomness + a point system gives it replay value?

A point system as rewards for winning or a point system to keep track of how good the character's abilities are in order to make balance in all of the randomness? Debuffs would subtract points and buffs add them so you can see if someone is a 20 points you'd know how unfair or fair a matchup is and could give them additional buff or debuff cards in order to even things out. Drawing a card saying "has a wooden leg like a pirate" would be worth -2 points while something even more serious like "Has a pet zombie bird that pecks his/her eyes at a 20% chance every turn and he can't stop it" would be worth -5 points. Everyone can sumbit all of their ideas to a huge list to randomly choose from based on number generators. Either that or there's a secret list that you submit ideas to the moderators so you are even more surprised with what you get stuck with.
He hardly even felt the pressure of the grip on his armor, so if the mech thought finger strength would be enough to crush him then he had another thing coming. By the time that happened the mech would have run out of batteries or whatever fancy technology such a thing used. The problem, of course, would then be if he would shot him while he was trapped. He needed to avoid this somehow before he could do anything else.

He threw his created weapon in an underhanded way so that it didn't spin on it's axis, instead flying straight as an arrow towards the camera in place of the mech's head. Although it would be a very nice bonus if it hit and destroyed it, this wasn't the main reason for his action. He wanted his hands free so that he could create something else. Holding out his palms, which the mech neglected to trap in exchange for picking him up by the torso, he let his lava begin to flow out into a sort of a bubble shape around him; a half circle over his head, trickling heavily down the mech's hand, and forming into another half circle around his legs, attempting to encase himself in it's protective shielding before the mech would get him into position to fire, and if he did fire before the shield would completely gain it's strength in 3 seconds then it would still obscure it's view, which he would shift his head to the left as far as possible to trick him in case he shot dead center where his head would have been.

This process would require all of his concentration for now so he couldn't begin forming his next plan until it was over with.
I'll post tonight. Posting on weekdays has been harder lately. I forgot if I mentioned this or not somewhere, but even if I did it's likely lost in one of the dozen or so posts that we're using for arena chatting. I'll still make the 3 day deadlines though. It would be odd for me to miss them.

EDIT: Posted.

ImportantNobody, fites me!

I do still want to fight Dragon Girl at some point.

We can set something up.
