"Do you get the feeling a powerful ice Pokémon is causing this chill?" asked Shiranui.
Shiranui thanked Liam for healing his Pokémon and spotted a pitfall. "Whoa!" he exclaimed, "That's dangerous."
"Iroha, Yamamoto, help us out!" Shiranui's Kangaskhan and Pupitar came out. "Iroha, catch; Yamamoto, Rock Slide!" While the Pupitar slammed the ground and caused a cave-in to fall on the bats, Shiranui threw his Kangaskhanite at Iroha and the Kangaskhan caught it. "Iroha, Rock Slide! Mega Ring activate!" Shiranui touched his Mega Ring and Iroha had evolved to a Mega Kangaskhan. The baby jumped out and both mother and child added their own attacks to the cave-in.
"Need some help?" asked Shiranui, watching the battle.
Shiranui didn't have much luck finding any Pokémon he would catch, but he did find a marble-like stone that looked like Titania's Gardevoirite, but cream with purple highlights—a Kangaskhanite.
When Shiranui entered the cave he was glad he got the parka as he felt the temperature shoot down.
"Will do," replied Shiranui, buying some Dusk Balls just in case.

"I agree," replied Shiranui, deducing from Liam's statement that the Seafoam Island caves were a habitat for Ice-type Pokémon, "Perhaps we can find some more Pokémon to catch."
Shiranui admired the Seafoam Islands and wondered what kind of Pokémon lived there.
