Shiranui's Fennekin was male and he named his new friend Higitsune. He admired the view of Lumiose City and how it was bigger than any city he had ever been in.

Shiranui said his farewells as well before boarding the plane.

"We're so proud of you," Shiranui's mother stated.
"Thanks mum," replied Shiranui.

"Indeed we will," answered Shiranui.

"I'm with Liam," Shiranui stated, "We'll answer any questions you have tomorrow."
