Ice Fox felt pushed into a corner by these attack's but her strategic mind give her an idea as she quickly end her ice beam attack and quickly moved back as the three attacks slammed toguther to make a smokecloud for her and she quickly vanished into it.
She closed her eyes before a golden aura flared to life around her as Sashia began the Fairy Z move dance (Which I've honestly never used in game)

Shiranui saw the dancing and Ice Fox glowing and deduced that Ice Fox was about to use a Z-Move. "Zoro, use Detect!" Zoro dropped his Ninetales illusion before his eyes started glowing cyan. Ice Fox conjured a blue field with star shapes around Zoro and toyed with the Zoroark before delivering a devastating strike on the illusionist. After the Z-move was complete, Zoro was looking worse for wear and panting in exhaustion, barely surviving the hit. Shiranui pulled out his Pokédex and looked up the move that had just been used.
"Twinkle Tackle, a Fairy-type Z-Move. The user creates a very charming space using its Z-Power and totally toys with the target. The power varies, depending on the original move."

(I bet one of those nasty thoughts are to do with Ice Fox, nudge nudge wink wink say no more)
Ice fox could see him increasing his power so her tail lit up behind her and she sent a moonblast at him as well to throw him off so she could increase her Ice Beam power even more.

"Zoro, Focus Blast, now!" The Zoroark aimed one of his tails forward and fired a Focus Blast from it. The Focus Blast met the Moonblast and was pushing it back towards Ice Fox.

"Zoro, boost your power with Nasty Plot!" The disguised Zoroark's eyes narrowed as he started thinking nasty thoughts. His Flamethrower attack grew thicker and started pushing the Ice Beam back.

Zoro leaped back and shifted to the regular form of the Ninetales species before counterattacking with a Flamethrower. The Flamethrower and Ice Beam attacks met and each tried to overpower the other.

"Zoro is unlikely to survive more than one Fairy attack at this point," Shiranui mused as Zoro's salvo landed both real and fake Bounce attacks, "It'll take strategy and some luck to overcome Ice Fox's type advantage."

Zoro however was craftier than he had let on. Both he and his illusions shifted into Hitmonlee guises and posed like they were using High Jump Kick. Each illusion that landed kicked up a very convincing dust cloud to try and trick Ice Fox into firing at an illusion instead of the real McCoy.

All the illusions except for the Espeon vanished and Zoro was hit by the Dazzling Gleam. "Zoro, Bounce!" Zoro jumped high into the air, avoiding the Moonblast. The Zoroark conjured more illusions and shifted guises while high up.

Zoro stood in his fighting stance. "Zoro, open with Double Team!" The Zoroark disappeared from sight before a Delphox, an Espeon, a Ninetales and a Manectric appeared.

Ice fox chuckled and said "Strength in mind is good too, but I wonder if the big bad wolf could handle a cute fox in battle"

"You want a battle? You'll get one!" Zoro rebutted, noting to himself to ask Ice Fox or his trainer what a wolf was as he had not heard of any Pokémon who could truly be described as lupine. He got Shiranui's attention and imitated a trainer opening a Poké Ball. It didn't take Shiranui long to put two and two together about Zoro's antics
"Sashia, looks like Zoro and Ice Fox here are about to have a battle of their own," stated Shiranui.

"My strength lies up here," replied Zoro, not noticing the blush that appeared on his face and pointing out his head, "Being a Zoroark, I'm all about outwitting my opponents through illusions, deception and underhanded tactics. Those are what makes me a Dark type, but I can assure you my heart is in the right place thanks to my master's guidance and learning the origin story of his strongest Pokémon."
