"Saisei, Titania, return!" Shiranui recalled his Pokémon and got on Smaug's back. "Smaug's offering to take us there," he stated.

"That task has already been completed by Looker and the other two," Saisei updated, feeling disgusted at the mere mention of the Rocket duo. The Mewtwo addressed Sashia and Shiranui. "We can make our way to Fuchsia City and rendezvous with Liam now."

"Even Sashia here agrees with my suggestion," Saisei continued, giving Sashia the mental equivalent of a thumbs up.

"Liam may have been innocent, but he took the risk to snap you out of your rage and prevent another human from dying a gruesome death," Saisei explained, "The only way to alleviate your guilt is to apologise to him. He still cares for you and is showing that by helping your own mother recover from that poacher's brutality as we communicate."

"Nonsense," Saisei rebutted, "You were not sound of mind and what you've done was the best way to snap yourself back into a lucid state of mind. Had you continued on your berserker rage, the outcome would have been much worse—something I know all too well."

"I'm on it," Shiranui acknowledged after receiving Smaug's Luxury Ball, "Saisei, come on out!" The legendary Mewtwo made an appearance and almost immediately spotted the guilt-ridden Charizard. Saisei read Smaug's memories of the battle and was sympathetic towards the Charizard.
"I know exactly how you feel, Smaug" stated Saisei, "I too was a berserker that wanted to eradicate those I wanted revenge against."

"It's no use, Blissey," said Titania after trying to use Heal Pulse for the umpteenth time, "She needs professional medical attention or she'll be taken by a Dusknoir! Liam, have Sherlock take Smaug's mother to the Fuchsia City Pokémon Centre; Master, Smaug needs some counselling from You-Know-Who now that the Rockets and that Arceus-awful poacher are gone."

"That's it, Smaug!" Titania cheered, "Burn that Venusaur until it's nothing but ashes!" Shiranui had never seen Titania in such a state of joyful anger.

Shiranui realised Titania was in the cage as well when the electricity went off. "Mega Ring activate!" He activated his Mega Ring and an electric pink glow issued from the cage as Titania achieved her Mega form.
"Have you ever seen The Matrix? Spoiler alert!" Titania rebutted, quoting a certain wisecracking mercenary, as she used Thunder Wave to disable the remote with an electromagnetic pulse.

Titania used her psychic powers to block the vines from entering the cage. "Not on my watch, buster!" she warned the Venusaur, "Do that again and I'll give you more pain than you've dealt to 'that little pipsqueak'!"
