"Bakeru, use Charm!" Bakeru performed some movements that made the Mimikyu look adorable before receiving a punch that was weakened by the harsh drop in Jangmo-o's Attack stat.
"Play Rough!" Bakeru jumped at the charging Jangmo-o and chaos and pandemonium ensued. The Mimikyu came out with its disguise busted from the Shadow Claw landing a hit during the struggle.
Hala made a speech to Tapu Koko about how this battle was to show gratitude toward it for watching over them over they year. "Now, Jangmo-o, vs Bakeru, begin!"
"Start with Noble Roar!" Liam ordered.
"Counter with Taunt!" Bakeru was faster as he used a shadowy claw to make a come hither motion at Jangmo-o.
"Kommo-o, It's time to shine!" Liam called as he tossed the Luxury Ball. The Dragon/Fighting appeared and took a battle stance.
"Bakeru, I choose you!" Shiranui sent out his Mimikyu in response.
Shiranui met up with Liam and Sashia after his training. "Looks like I'm in time," he stated.
Shiranui had chosen Popplio for his starter and to his luck it too was female. He named her Ashika and sent Hoshi back to Prof. Oak, keeping Bakeru and Zoro on his team. He put Saisei's Master Ball in a very safe part of his pack in case of emergency.

"Hoshi, restrain them with Psychic!" Shiranui sent his Starmie out and the grunts were held in a psychic grip. "Before I make a call to the local Officer Jenny, I have a warning for you guys: you're on the losing side of a war of attrition! With that, we shall bid you Alola."
