The Pinsir charge straight at them as Jen calls out Michiru her Buizel. “Hail,” Jen says as Michiru summons a hail storm. The Pinsir runs off to find a warm place and a mate, Jen have a feeling they will run into more Pinsir.

"Good call," Shiranui commented, knowing how Pinsir hated the cold. Taking a leaf out of Jen's book, Shiranui called Ashika out and had the Primarina do an Icy Wind at another Pinsir that charged at them. Like its predecessor, the Pinsir ran off.

“Thanks for the advise,” Jen says as Maui nuzzles Dusk’s neck before following his trainer. “Yeah,” Jen says as she agrees with Shiranui them they hear a Pinsir call in the distance.

Shiranui heard the call as well and had a hand on Nayamashii's Poké Ball, ready to call the Salazzle out in case things got dangerous.

"Duly noted," replied Shiranui with confidence as he and Jen landed on the island, "We can handle them."

Shiranui noticed the commotion and saw the downed men in black. "Looks like Elisa and company bought us a bit more time," he commented, snapping back into looking for the flute.

"That's a fair point," replied Shiranui, knowing how lacking in subtlety the poachers were, "We should hurry."

"Sounds to me like they're either on the approach to the island or they may have beaten us to the flute," stated Shiranui, hoping it was the former.

Shiranui nodded as he explored with Jen. "If you're worried about poachers on the island, you can ask our psychic coordinators to scan for them," he suggested.

"We should get the flute and skedaddle while we still can," Shiranui suggested.

"Possibly yes," answered Shiranui, implying the plausibility of both scenarios.

Shiranui was uncertain of where he would end up as he was teleported out of Seafolk Village. When he reappeared, he checked his PokéNav app and found he was on Exeggutor Island.
