He is sometimes seen in his dress blacks from his cadet days with his newer flat top cap as his new assignment allowed him to wear it.

Personality
Young and more interested in learning and advancing the young officer typically is quiet and tactful. Instead of using instinct as pure judgement he will typically take time to decide what to do. As well as it must be extremely organized. He is not straight to the point with most things he does not know, or if it will offend, or hinder his progress of progressing forward into a different more political field of work.
In his spare time, if you can call it that, he is typically being very utilitarian and spending most of that finding ways to fix small problems in systems he controls. He is not extroverted or introverted as is still learning when to speak and be open in the area of superiors almost as if he was homeschooled and did not have a lot of social experience in his youth besides with authoritarian figures such as parents and teachers. This time is also spend sleeping and eating, but he will usually try to be near someone as if to follow them like a puppy does its mother.
During his time working, he does everything in his power to make sure it is done effectively, as he does take varying shifts through the day and night due to his position, he is sometimes one of the few officers on the deck while others are asleep. But he makes sure everything is in order, and suited for when the next person in his position comes to relieve him. He also leaves an extensive paper trail of everything that has happened during his watch.

Biography
Born to a rich family, and being the third son of the household. There was not much strain on the Early life of Gothic Paul, a young man from the North American Continent. He went to private schooling for the entirety of his life, and soon found himself in higher education. Inside his years at university, he joined a program for young military scholars. Mainly to make officers, to which he joined in his studies of math and sciences. He was well adapted to trigonometry, statistics, and calculus. In the sciences, he performed well with physics and chemistry. In his other classes of military training and leadership classes, the young man did not do so well. He was barely able to keep in the program due to his physical abilities alone. But that he did make up slowly through a later camp.
Once he had finished his life in university, he was soon inducted as a cadet in the planetary defense force of Earth. Where he became a logistics officer, as well as an artilleryman due to his skills in mathematics, organization, and physics. But he was mainly in the logistics divisions, and through that he got the skills and recommendations to be placed in the project of a lifetime. Also his parents paid people to make it happen, he was probably not the most qualified, and he would most likely have several people over him to make sure he didn’t screw up. But he was there, the fresh out of cadets school Ensign. Through this program, his family would have another thing to add to the list of accomplishments, as well as their family could expand with the company far past the stars their current ships have been able to reach. He was the breakout of the Milkyway, and he was going to probably suffer for it. He does not know if any of his family members had come along as well, or if any officials from his parents company, to oversee expansion of Hessen Shipyards and Manufacturing, or if once he was able to continue the legacy of his family's business into this Galaxy.
