@Jaredthefox92: And to answer your height question, I would suggest no more than 100 feet be her max (aka she can't hold that size for very long).

I would say two good comparisons are Hank Pym from the Ultimate Universe (60 ft max) and Mount Lady from My Hero Academia (~67 feet). That allows her to still have a good height advantage, but she's not so tall that "Kaiju" level enemies would be the only real threat to her.

Okay, yeah normally she's around 60, 100 is basically straining herself. So alright, seems fair.

Ah, I see. Then perhaps I can leave that out and just that "people had fear of another 9/11", just as we in the USA had fear of the Soviets invading after Pearl Harbor was on our minds.

Alright, although keep in mind universally Grief has a very juvenile and snarky like demeanor. So he's a troublemaker by character traits as well.

I would also suggest changing the 9/11 reference. Although we have a sliding timeline (since time passes faster in real life than in IC), the current year is somewhere between 2014 and 2018.

Okay, I just tried to do the DC/Marvel thing now where they try to tie in real life events. I wanted to make her backstory semi-realistic.

You mean they would spare him? Hmm, that would work. I mean he maybe grumpy, but if it's submit or die he'll choose to fold.

My only real concern is just how big she can get. I'm not sure that someone who can grow to the size of a kaiju really fits with this setting. Might I suggest limiting her growth more to the levels of say, Giant Man or Giganta.

Yes, but if you want he can basically be ammoral. I mean I would like for him to crack a joke or two, but if not I can just play him as "he's survival and tactical smart" instead of able to communicate.
