@chukklehedHeh heh...you know it.
NOTE TO EVERYONE: If any of you are struggling with what weapon to use...try considering this as a reference.

Well I cant do much about the image, that's just how he looks. But I can swap out the bombs for the 2 hand grenades and an incendiary, and remove his desert eagle altogether. I'll add a few petrol bombs and molotov coktails in its place. Maybe he can have a smaller custom pistol like the colt.

Colt 1911

Let me know what dates would work better.

I don't want to be a Bummer yet again, but maybe for weapons...This Might Help

As for the appearance, maybe making a second image to show what they look like as a person without that gear would be ideal...The camp wouldn't trust someone who keeps masking themselves up for no reason.
@SgtEasyGood to see you again...I might consider the Marksman position Mid-RP, but you might want to go as a Spotter with some sort of Ranged weapon. Keep in mind that ammo won't be something you'll have a lot. When you get a CS, PM it to me, so I can decide whether they are worthy of being that position. To answer your question, a Hunter might be a better strategy.

I have had maaaaany failures and few successes. Most of my successes boil down to my RPERS as well. It's people like DP, NK, Chuks, n all who make them successful.

If you need help, just let me know. I'm not the expert but I do have experience.

I made it...Took me way too long to fucking write it all out. And sure, I could use the extra assistance when needed. You actually having people to make them successful is really cool, unlike me who is about as lonely as that Corpse in my Basement.

Thinking of going for the Scavenging group, but as to what character exactly, I haven't got that ironed out yet.

Right...Well, for a Rank, there's either Scavenger, or the opportunity to be the Team Medic. Either way, we can only have one Medic, and the rest have to be Scavs. For a Role, think about their weaponry and body structure. A small, nimble man or woman could be known as a Runner, for their role and ability to make the daring dashes. That's the second most dangerous role within a team, the most being the Team Leader. For someone perhaps with a stronger build, they could act as a Guard. That role is assigned to those who might have a fast, and stronger, body type. Their kind of role is the Team Leader would set them to occasionally go with the Runner, or assist in any of the other Roles. Their job is incredibly suicidal as well, them usually being the Cannon-Fodder for the person they are guarding. Or there's the Spotter, usually someone with a pair of Binoculars or some sort of Rifle Scope, without the Rifle of course, and are usually spent staying near the Team Leader. They act as both a Guard and Reconnaissance task member, attempting to look out for danger. They usually don't get their job done properly, but it gives them something to do. Perhaps there could be the Packer, the name for those who usually carry, either in hand or in their bag, important or larger materials. They are usually strong, and have to be trusted with the Team Leader's designated material as a second role. There's also the Explorer, who are usually sent in pairs or threes down into lower compartments to check if the area is safe. They are sort of the Pointmen of the team, and would act as a Clearing out party for small rooms. The rarest Role, which has been taken up by an NPC, but I may allow someone to take it, is the Supporter. As the name suggests, their task is to only support the group, and usually only carry ammo and weaponry for themselves and others. They don't have the responsibility with important materials, however, and usually carry an L86A2, which is a British Light Support Rifle. I might not give this position away, but yeah...Their job is to literally set up overwatch positions that can suppress any incoming threats. The last role I'm not going to give out straight away unless someone asks me, then shows me their CS through PM, is the Marksman. A Mid-Ranged Designated Rifleman would be rare, due to the difficulty in finding the weapons. Most of the Marksmen Weapons are given to the Individual Group, however, and they aren't particularly safe. They pose as a huge target for Leapers, usually falling under their onslaught due to their time being alone up high.

I hope this helps...It should also apply for everyone else, so take these roles into suggestion. If anyone has any Roles they want to suggest and add, ask me so I can confirm whether it is good enough.
@LetMeDoStuff

I'm not exactly sure what to put for the roles and ranks portion, any suggestions?

What Group are you going for, and what kind of character are you making?
Vern listened carefully to the entrance of the, what seemed to be, final member of the meeting. He'd kept quiet as the loud Feren from across the room began yelling at him for his lack of knowledge. She began to pull one of those faces that you can't take seriously, yet you clearly have to. With the tone of voice, it was honestly quite difficult to take the statement she put forward as a priority. Yet it still managed to find a way to make him muse. Vern thought about what she said, and she was treating what he said like he'd just committed mass genocide...

"Before I hand this off to your captain, I'd like to introduce each introduce yourselves. I'd also like to mention who your Captain and your first Lieutenant are. They are Shaewyn Arca and Sylvia Sterling respectively. So, if we will... Please start us off Shae. Just simply mention how long you've been with ECHO and something interesting you wish the others to know about you." The Harp stated. It seemed a bit odd, for a job as important as such to have such a strange Activity as such. To add to it, Vern hated talking about himself. 'What was there to love about it?' He thought to himself. 'All that happens is you find something that you think is interesting about yourself, when in reality no one gives two flying fucks...' Obviously, the Hero of the Feren, and most likely everyone else in the room, spoke up, starting the meeting with her own introduction. She kindly referred herself to not be treated as a god, which sort of let off a little slack in Vern's mind. 'Why have a group where everyone is treated like cannon-fodder, whereas a single individual is treated like someone to praise...at least someone has the common sense I wish I could share...' The room fell silent after her introduction, everyone waited for whoever was going to speak next, which Vern presumed it'd be their First Lieutenant, Sylvia Sterling. Yet, everyone waited politely, or nervously, on whether who was going to speak next. He watched Shae move to the last remaining seat on the rounded table, leaving Vern to awkwardly stand by his original wall-space. It lasted about 10 seconds, the silence, and so out of sheer awkwardness, feeling rude himself for doing so, Vern began to get his part over-and-done with swiftly.

"Uhm...Hello..." He began, stuttering only slightly. Vern knew that hesitating at speech wouldn't exactly make a great impression on himself for the rest of those in the room, especially with the Harp staring at him just as he began to speak. Such pressure, for something so small and minute. "Well...I'm Vern. Uh-Vern Phelps. I've been with Echo for about...Uhhh...Five Years, nearly Six. Though nearly four of those years I spent with the...Uhhh...Weapon Servicing Department as a Designer...So...I like designing stuff. I've been a Hunter for a short time and...uhm...done some of those Low-Key Reconnaissance Missions behind the fronts of Fallen Territory. Something...Interesting. That's a bit...difficult. Let's see...I like to craft stuff, like...Decorations, in my spare time. Wood-craft, that is...spend a lot of time doing that...and also, I guess this counts as somewhat interesting...probably not...I have no clue...Who any of you are, or the majority of the Hunters on here...Minus Harp, if...I can call him...I mean...her...It...The Harp that..." He looked away from the room he was addressing, turning into his arm and muttering to himself. "Dammit Vern, you idiot..." Once he'd been finished with his little monologue, he turned to who he presumed Sylvia was and nervously apologised. "Sorry if I like...spoke before you...I forget manners sometimes..."
