Elyse settled down to quite sobs when Jamie gave her a hug and went down to mere sniffles after she was in her mother's arms, giving her mother a tight hug. The comforting voices of both adults helped settle her down completely, as she let go of her mother and wiped her eyes, looking around. She didn't see whoever it was that had hugged her and she seemed a little scared. When her mother set her down to get another shake, the little girl moved close to the guild master before looking up and giving Jamie a small smile while holding up her new stuffed octopus.
"Jamie, Jamie, looky. Got new toy!" She said excitedly, the incident already forgotten. As easily as she got upset, Elyse was as quick to forget the moment something she wanted to do was possible or the moment you put something she liked in front of her.

Ellis

"I agree. Who knows what will happen if they see her again. But she also keeps her wings hidden most of the time. I hope she stops, since they are beautiful in their own way." Ellis said to Jarvis before he left. The spirit herself sank into a magic circle a few seconds later, returning to her daughter

It is the strength, flat out, though there are instances dragon slayer is better. Example, Wendy being able to heal physical wounds and someone's energy while Chelia can only do the former with her magic.

Also, remember that Dragon-slayers cannot eat a God-slayer's flames, probably because of this power difference.

Where Devil-slayer is in the hierarchy is rather unknown. Until a devil-slayer fights a dragon- or god-slayer of the same type, it'll likely remain a mystery, though I'm sure it's at least stronger then dragon. Sometimes I think the battle between Gray and Silver revealed too little.

Ellis

Ellis shook her head.
"The council had that group's base raided years ago. Every mage in the group was killed while those they experimented on were taken away and given new homes. I was in that group and I was the one that found Amelia." Ellis said, looking thoughtful." I only know of one other person who went through the experiments like Amelia. A young man, probably in his early to mid-twenties. He was the only other one with a pair of wings. Ones that resembled a pair of bat wings, as if they were trying to make him some sort of demon. I think they even changed his eyes. They were a bright yellow color. According to the records I found, Amelia originally had green eyes but they changed some time after she got her wings."

Letting out a frustrated sigh, Ellis gave Jarvis a concerned look.
"The only two leads you got are whatever remains of their base and that man or any other survivors. The Counsil will likely had kept records on them, to keep track of them. Outside of that, I can offer nothing else on the matter."

Elyse

Elyse was till looking for Jamie and enjoying her strawberry milkshake when someone suddenly came up behind her and grabbed ahold of her, causing her to drop her shake. Still being just a child, the young girl instantly panicked and reacted the only way she knew how.
"MOMMY! JAMIE!" She shouted in a fearful voice, cutting above all the noise around them in that way only children could. Probably not helping Ayame gain any positive points, the little girl began crying, partially out of fear and partially because of her spilt shake.

Joshua completely blocked Nero out, not caring about the jester's comments. Really, why had he even bothered. He didn't get too far out of the guild when an unfamiliar voice appeared behind him and said 'boo', causing him to turn around while grabbing the hilt of his sword. When he saw no one, he muttered to himself and continued walking.

Amelia

Amelia got up from the bar and followed Jarvis to the room, after the red lights around her returned to her wings. She didn't seem to be getting any better and rather, like she was getting worse. By the time they reached the room, all she did was nod when he told her to choose. Thankfully though, Ellis showed up and picked up her daughter. Giving Jarvis a nod, she took Amelia into one of the room and closed the door behind her. After a few minutes, the spirit came out and closed the door with a sigh.
"She's asleep for now. This happens every time she summons those elementals. I think it's a side effect of those wings. I'd have tried to remove them while I was still alive but they're a part of her body now. To remove them would probably be as painful as when they were added." She said to Jarvis, looking concerned."I don't even know what those wings even belonged to, or if their natural in the slightest."

Elyse

"NEW TOY, NEW TOY!" Elyse shouted happily as Rose warped them away and to the local toy shop. She took several minutes before selecting a red stuffed octopus, thinking it looked funny. When Rose warped them to the guild and placed her at the bar only to give her an additional award of a strawberry milkshake, the little girl let out a delighted squeal before taking the shake and walking around the guild while drinking it, looking for Jamie so she could show off her new toy.

Joshua merely gave James a cursory glance before focusing on Nero again.
"I speak however damn well I please, no matter who it is I'm talking to. If I think Jarvis or Master Jamie are being idiots, I will not hesitate to call them such. Tis just the way I am. After all, why honey my words when the truth is what some need to hear." He said, giving a slight shrug. Turning back around, he raised a dismissive hand."I only came over to shut him up incase he up set someone or started scaring some kids. As for you clown-man, it was not a wish. Wishes are for those who lack the confidence to achieve their goals on their own terms and with their own strength.

And while I don't know your goals, I will say this. If you focus on granting others their own wishes, don't ever expect to achieve your own. After all, if you don't focus on your own wish or goal, how do you expect to achieve or get it?"

With that, he walked away and out of the guild, deciding he needed some fresh air. Fresh Earthland air.

"He's back to normal." Amelia mumbled." Mr. Jarvis, when can I go to my room? Or will I be in yours?"

I know a thread that used that to make most of the characters. I still stuck to anime but then again, I know which characters are most like the ones I use.
