As Luca finished explaining himself to the woman, Ember let out a soft and muted yawn as he opened his crimson eyes and smiled at his father. For Ember everything was peaceful, nobody was coming for him, the mother he never met had not died, and his father wasn't trying to hide him from the Mage-Hunters.

Kai finally managed to calm down her room mate. He had just joined the school and he had already learned something new, he was a really patient person. He because drunk in happiness when he heard Karen, his room mate, say that maths was optional, that meant that he could focus only in his arcane studies and go to classes that he liked, like sports, biology and physics.

"Oh it's your second year here? So you should be great using magic, no? What is your specialty?" Kai stopped while analyzing the girl. She didn't look much the physical type, in his mind she was some sort of elemental user, maybe air. Or she might as well be trained in some type of mind magic. He didn't really knew so he was expectant for the answer.

While talking, Kai started heading towards the door and left the girl behind, forgetting to mention that he would accept the invite of her showing him the school.

"So, aren't you coming? You said that you wanted to show me the school. Let's do it then. In the meanwhile you can tell me more about the classes, we do have magic classes right? They aren't all theoretic or are they? I hope not. Do we fight each other during classes? How do we train our powers?"

As Karen might already have noticed, Kai was a young boy full of questions. The excitement on his face was endless, and for someone who, minutes ago, was going to bed it seemed like meeting someone new had fully charged his batteries.

Luca was hesitant, he didn't knew how he would explain to the woman what he needed, but this was his only plan and he had to protect his son at all cost. When she finished talking with Sarah she walked towards the arena where a new battle was about to start and draw her sword from it's sheath and put in on the arena floor. "Not sure if you know how to use one of these Eric, but if you do I think it might balance things up."

Professor Jacob told Cole not to worry about that he helped him take a sit. "Later if you want you can come to my office and we can discuss that. Now just enjoy the fight"
