Incidentally, are you allowing multiple characters to be made by the same person? I've wanted to play a dashing French pretty boy for a while now, and I've found these recent discussions to be inspiring.

As my one and only Stale box of Pizza has been AWOL for a week or so by now, I'm probably going to get around to it soon. Do you know what Stale's up to with the current mission, or not? I'm not sure if I can really advance much of anything with where I left off and all that.

He was a really old actor who played a lot of "dashing swordsman" type roles back in the olden days of film making. A lot of the Princess Bride fight choreography was pretty derivative of the stuff he did in his films if I recall correctly. I think I might have forgotten an "r" or something, though.

Also, evanist, lifting it should be no issue at all! Even proper broadswords made for humans were never more than two or three pounds. The idea of a sword being -heavy- is simply ridiculous! If it's heavy, how can you fight with it? And a rapier, no less!

I do want to see Lusser with a zweihander, though...

The issue isn't with weight, it's with balance. It's hard to effectively lunge, parry, and Erol Flynn with something that isn't proportioned properly. Otherwise it's clumsy and awkward to use.

Even if Alina could sing, you'd have better odds of finding a shiny than getting her to do so.
And I'm not so sure on the adorableness of Rapiers, I think it'd be more cool than cute.

It depends if you ask me. I mean, in Erion's case, he's just a foot tall; any normal-sized rapier would more easily qualify as a ceremonial lance than any kind of sword, so I imagine him only having a little baby one. Imaging an Espurr frowning and waving a little spike around Silver Chariot/Million Stab style is pretty adorable. In the same vein, I'd say that the best weapon for Lusser would be a zweihander, because the idea of him trying to lift one with his stubby arms amuses me.

You mentioned his character by name. That, at least to me implies that your character somehow knows him.

It's written in a third-person perspective. This doesn't imply that the character knows the other character, it implies that the narrator knows the other character. Either way, it's generally easier on both the writer and the readers to just refer to him as "Dexter" than "The Growlithe" or something all the time.

Yeah, I think I'm just going to use it three times, then it'll look like I'll die, but I'll find the strength to continue in my heart or whatever. After that it won't be so ultimate anymore, and I'll probably just discard it for some new power. Probably a Stand.
