Wasn't it agreed that all sentient life with Slough's life essence could evolve and improve on their own without guidance while all those without life essence required the aid of the gods? I'm not sure though but I remember a small discussion about this when we created the Hain and such.

I believe they already made such a deal. In fact, I'll ask @BBeast if you can be included in the collab we're doing, cause I think I might have Kyre teach the Hain and perform his first acts that involve sentient life in the collab.
A life that he seems willing to invite others to join him in.
