Secrets - Closed

Nathan woke up in a surprisingly good mood. For once, he had finished his report on time and was excited to turn it in and see the look on his professor's face. "He'll be so proud," he thought with a loopy smile on his face as he began to pack his stuff. He had to make sure that he wouldn't pull the classic "actually doing the assignment for once but leaving it at home" bit. He had already taken a shower, shaved, and brushed his teeth earlier so he was pretty much ready to go. He grabbed a questionably ripe apple from the top of his kitchen counter to eat for breakfast while he waited for the bus to arrive.

As he was waiting for the bus, he messed around with his black hair. He wanted to look nice but not like he tried too hard. Effortless sexiness was a hard thing to pull off, but it reaped a sweet reward. He thought about that cute brunette in his Stats class. What was her name again? Tiffany? Joanne? Sarah? Whatever it was, he was feeling pretty lucky today. Maybe he should ask her out. Then he'll have a date later, for the weekend.

Finally, the bus arrived, interrupting his train of thoughts. He paid for his fare, and began to look for a seat. There he saw a familiar, sleeping face. He took the seat across from his best friend, not wanting to wake him yet. James had probably been up late again and who was Nathan to deny him these precious few minutes of extra sleep. That however, did not stop Nathan from taking a picture of his friend dozing off, drawing a princess tiara, and sending the picture to mutual friends with the caption "Sleeping beauty <3".

Still, he wished he could do something to help his bud out. He was overworking himself and it was not good. Nathan didn't need to be studying (sports but still) medicine to know that. He'll try his best to convince James to go out with him this weekend of what's her name rejects him. He spent the rest of the bus ride, whistling a cheerful tune and ignoring the looks of tired passengers that probably want him to stop.

Terry was taken aback by the sound of Daniel's voice. "I... whatever..." she muttered back, unable to come up with a decent excuse or defense. Her face quickly returned to its normal color and she pretended as if nothing had happened.

Luckily for her, everyone had apparently arrived and Grimbold was starting the meeting officially. She waited to hear what her mission was. Apparently they were trying to keep people inside their homes on Saturday. Another random task that somehow was a part of something bigger. The person she was assigned to was Ms. Victoria Young, a girl in her English class. She had nothing against the poor girl, she rarely had anything against her victims, but it was a mission. Now, how was she going to keep her inside? She would prefer to do it without hurting anyone but if it came to it, she wouldn't hesitate.

When Grimbold announced that they were going outside to "learn", Terry frowned. "Why did I ever agree to this?" she wondered, feeling exasperated. There were other ways she could have been spending her Monday night, like work on that 20 page research paper due next week. "Well, no use complaining now."

She went into the other room and decided to remove her clothes there before changing into her animal form. Unlike Nina, she wasn't going to show off her body to the entire group. After taking off her clothes, she was already starting to shiver. She quickly transformed into a raven so she didn't have to deal with the cold anymore. Even though it felt weird the first few times she has done it, she was quite used to transforming now. It was like putting on a sweater or something. She flew out the window and perched out on the branch of a nearby tree. She waited for the rest of the group to come out as well and wondered what Grimbold had in store for them.

Nathan likes girls a lot and often tries to flirt with them but ultimately gets rejected. He never gets discouraged though and is always ready to move onto the next girl.

He is easy going though a little bit lazy and childish. He likes to look for a good time so naturally working at the amusement park was a natural choice for him as a part-timer. It also helps that he gets along well with children and elderly people find him charming. He can be serious when the time calls for it but it usually doesn't.

He has a high self esteem and his confidence may get him into trouble at times but he usually gets out of trouble as easily as he gets into it.

Despite how he looks and acts, he is actually an intelligent guy. He is not exactly a genius, but he is quick to learn new things and taking what he learns and applying it to other situations. He is studying to go into sports medicine, but has been considering going to medical school. Ultimately he decided that it was too much work to be a doctor, even if the nurses are hot.

Nathan grew up in a normal family in the town of Millington. His father worked as a construction worker and his mother was an elementary school teacher. Growing up, he got to know James Reese and the other Reese family by extension. James was a really nice guy and Nathan was fond of him, if not slightly worried about how much of a pushover that guy could be. They became best friends, though their friendship wasn't like most friendships. If James ever felt like talking to Nathan, Nathan would listen. The Reese boy was often too busy to talk to Nathan but when they could hang out, they had a good time. Nathan is often trying to get James to take it easy and making sure he doesn't overwork himself.

Nathan did well in school and managed to get accepted to Millington University with a mini-scholarship that helped him a lot in the short run but not the long run. He moved out of his parent's place once he got a job at the amusement park but he visited them often because he needed good homemade food every now and then. He likes the freedom of living on his own so he doesn't regret moving out, even if it means he has to eat instant noodles five times a week.

Yeah, he does seem to have a full load. I'm still tempted though because I wanted to make a male character and have his best friend also be a dude. Could they have been friends back in like middle school and though they don't talk like all the time, they're kind of the people that can still be close friends regardless of how long it's been since they've talked?

Terry was slightly taken aback by Robert's thanks. "You're welcome, I guess," she said as she rolled her eyes. She was not used to such forward behavior, especially since she scared most people away. Much to her relief, Robert was busy talking to Eddie now and left her alone.

If there was anyone who knew Terry well enough, they would notice that her face lit up slightly when Sloane arrived. "Hey Sloane," she said with a small wave. They didn't talk too much, but she always felt a little better once Sloane is there. She was interesting to talk to and even Terry needed some social interaction once in a while.

Then a black cat finally made her presence known to the group. The cat made her way around the table, rubbing against the legs of people she liked (or maybe was just okay with). Terry fought the urge to pet the cat when it approached her. The cat was a real person after all. That would be weird. Robert seemed to have no qualms with it though. Then suddenly, the cat turned into a Nina Constantine, a naked Nina Constantine. Terry's cheeks slightly reddened and she began to feel jealous of the girl's body. It was so beautiful and smooth. And the confidence that she wore with it...

After what felt like eternity, Terry finally peeled her eyes away and Nina had went into the other room. Shit, was she really staring?

More people have seemed to arrive. Or were they here before that whole scene? She wasn't paying attention nor did she really care.

"Though this place is starting to get really crowded."
