She might have animal DNA in her but that didn't mean that she was an animal. She might not follow the laws but that didn't mean that she didn't have a code. She had her own code that she lived by. "I agree that Vlad wants us to become a team. He wants us to become soldiers. His goal is to have us take missions too dangerous for regular soldiers."

"I am used to crowed lunchrooms filled with hungry excited kids but the whole power thing is new to me." Roxy explained. She had gone to a regular elementary and middle school. But for high school she and her father decided that the academy might be the best way for her to train to identify powers and abilities and how to handle them. She would almost feel the powers in the air. She hoped that she could adapt to the new challenges these teens presented.

Roxy shook her head. "You aren't thinking like Vlad. He wouldn't be obvious about this. It isn't going to be something to do with our experiment or science. That would be too easy. We have to think of something less obvious." She didn't know the answer but she knew Vlad. She had been watching and studying him. He liked puzzles. He liked being in control. He loved data. That was what this challenge was about seeing if they could work together when they didn't trust one another.

Katherin carefully made her way through the market. She hated going to the market. It was very challenging for a blind person to weave between all the people. Which was one of the reasons she needed help for this quest the king was sending her one. That and she was suppose to gather several items for the ritual they needed to return the princess to good health. Unfortunately she was new to the area and didn't know anyone. The king had given her coins and told her to buy herself a slave to help her along the way. You think he could spare a knight for his daughter's health but no he wasn't willing to weaken his guard. Not that she blamed him with the threat to the kingdom but it would have been easier if she didn't have to buy a slave to complete her task.

Appearance:

Personality: Griffin comes across very gruff. He had little patience for people, especially those who don't know what the hell their doing. He hates crowds. He will be loyal if you earn his trust but he doesn't trust easily.

History: Griffin was raised by his mother after his mother died when he was six. His father was a cruel and abusive man who worked for one of the local gangs. Griffin spent a lot of time in a garage near his house. The owner and the bikers that were regulars too him under their wings. He grow up in a world where only the tough survive. He didn't want to be like his father. So he ran away at sixteen. He spent a couple of years on the street trying to survive. But he quickly learned that his mechanic skills weren't enough. He needed an education. So he got his GED and joined to military looking for a place to belong and a world different from what he had known.

Roxy leaned against the wall watching the two compete. It was silly really but she was learning a lot about her classmates. She liked watching the others. Eventually she would join the group but she didn't see the need to do so yet. She wanted to gather as much information about the others as she could.
