Katherin carefully made her way to the pool. She had never been in water she wasnt deeper then a tub. She wasn't sure she could handle it. She had no idea what to expect. She hung on to the ladder and the side of the pool. She wasn't letting go of the wall any time soon.

As for power that is optional. Not all stories have them. Maybe flight. Or just sword fighting. Backstory is flexible. Im not a real stickler for that. You could just say she doesn't know her mom.

2.Teacher/Student-

Zack loved teaching. He loved helping young people. He loved knowing that he was making a difference in the lives around him. He considered himself the kind of teacher that students felt comfortable approaching. He had an open door policy. Hoping to encourage students that were struggling to come to him. He didn't care if the struggles were school related or person. He told his students that they could come to him anytime about anything. Zack did his best to help his students anyway he could.

At the beginning of each school day Zack stood outside and watched the children arrive. He had his long black hair tied back today to keep the wind from blowing it in his face. He did this to help the students to feel safe, being well over six foot tall had its benefits, and so he could see the students off school grounds. Many students behave different out of school then the do in school. Zack believed the more he knew about his students more he could help them. Zack scanned the students as they arrived. His blue eyes taking in every detail for future use.

Quantum Leap

I have been watching the show Quantum Leap, yes I am old, I think it could be fun to do an RP passed on it. A group of people who are sent through time to fix things that have gone wrong. Little things like in the show, if you've seen it. A romance that went bad or someone arrested for a crime they didn't commit.

Roxy lead her to a small hotel just inside the rough side of town. It was white. It was in good condition. There was a few cracks but there was no obviously signs of damage. She went up to the door. She tinkered with the lock until picked the lock that she had installed. It wasn't high class but it wasn't a simple lock to pick either. She opened the door and waited for her to enter. She wasn't being kind or stupid. She knew that the odds were better if a group worked together. But only if the group was trustworthy. Jared had proved that he was capable of caring for others and that she had learned was an import characteristic of a team player.
