@Framing A Moose He would know she wasn't one of the recipients the same way he knew where to send the letters inviting the others to the center. But she might be able to convince him to allow her to study them. She's approved we are about to start day two

Yes. Gem is the one in charge. And this isn't the first time he has dealt with the Gems and their powers. So fooling him wont be easy. I think he would be curious to see what someone like the character your suggesting would make of the group. And if she could help them.
