Katherin was glad that the sparing had been cancelled. She had no desire to fight. She knew that Leo was disappointed. He wanted to show off. But she didn't want him to be hurt. And there was no way that he wouldn't be hurt in a fight. It wasn't that she doubted her brother's power or strength. But she had never seen a fight where both parties didn't get hurt to some degree. She took out a notebook. But deciding what to wrote was hard. She didn't see herself as capable of much. "I don't know what to write."

Personality: Roxy comes across tough and sarcastic. She keeps a wall between herself and others. She doesn't trust easily but if someone earns her trust she is loyal to them. She isn't very forgiving or understanding. If you screw up or piss her off it will be along time before she is willing to let it go. She is brutally honest. She doesn't care if you like her or not. She is very stubborn. Once she decides something it is hard to get her to change her mind.
Bio: Roxy was raised by her father. Her mother was never part of her life. Her father was very abusive of her because he wanted a son but was never able to have one. She rebelled against his expectations out of spit. She spent more time on the streets of Chicago then she did at home. She left home on her eighteenth birthday. She found an old mechanic willing to take her under his wing. He gave her a place to live and taught her everything he knew. When he passed he gave her his garage.

Experimental Army

Scientist have found a way to give human unusual abilities. The government has agreed to fund this experiment. The question was where to get volunteers. After much discussion it is agreed to offer the option to young criminals as away to avoid jail and turn their lives around. As one of these young criminals you will have to learn to control their powers. If you survive the training you will became a solider defending the United States. The teens are kept an apartment complex that was build under ground. The idea was to give them enough space not to kill each other. It was understood that the teens would do exactly what they were told or they would be destroyed. They would be tested and educated. It was hoped that they would be the soldiers of the future saving others.
