Gods of Tomorrow

Roxy flipped off the voice that echoed through the air. She knew it was pointless but it made her feel better. She wasn't a rule follower. She had already spent years proving herself to one father. She had no desire to so again. Especially when the man appeared once ans disappeared. He wasn't here to force her to do jack so she was going to do what she wanted to do.

This was going to be a disaster. She glared at the people she past as she made her way to the gym. She was here because it was a chance to learn the things she needed. Plus her human father couldn't get here to stop her. It was her one chance to become whatever she wanted to be. She just had to figure out what she wanted to be. And the only way to do that was learn what her options were. For now she was willing to see what this place offered.

Griffin followed the others inside. His stomach rumbled at the mention of food but he had no intention of eating. Not until the he knew the cost. In the world he had grown up in everything had a price. Without knowing what he was expected to give in exchange he wasn't touching anything. He leaned against the wall and watched the others. He was studying the others.

He knew that their lives were different from his. He had grown up at sea and they had grown up on land. He was sure that there were other differences. But the one thing that they all had in common was that they weren't what their parents wanted them to be. He wondered what methods their parents had used to try to get them to do what they wanted. He supposed some of them would be similar to the things his father had tried to force him to follow in his footsteps.

Lots of demigods and young gods arrived to their first day of the academy. Most of them had no idea what to expect. There had never been a school like this. Through out history gods were responsible for teaching their offspring. Most demigods were ignored. But that wasn't an option anymore. Times were changing and the gods had to change with them. The PA system crackled to life. "Welcome students. Please gather in the auditorium. It will be clearly marked in the maps you were given but if you need help there will teachers in the grounds to guide you."

@PillowSniffer they are similar but her character can only vines. At least I assume that's all that she can control. Lots of God's have similar powers. Technically me and @xXSINXx have similar powers. They both control shadows just in different ways.
